My biggest takeaway from working with Naviga was the communication piece. It was how professionally Naviga presented themselves. And throughout the sales process, Naviga was great. They were looking out for my best interest and the client’s best interest. Even after the fact, there were check-ins with me to make sure everything was going well and asking about my family. That personal touch to it was definitely a winner for me.
