Pleasant and professional staffing agency. Regardless of who answers they phone, I am met with politeness and courtesy. On more than one occasion, I have had to call in last minute staffing requests, Express never disappoints! We have been using Express for years and will continue to do so.

Will NOT work with these people again. The lady who answers the phone tatyanna is always rude and I have had others who I had previously referred there say the same that they lie about drug tests if they do not want to hire you. Seems like a poorly run facility, the only good thing they have going for them is the girl nataly who is actually professional and helps get people jobs and along the process. Overall, would not work with this office because of how off putting some can be.

I have worked with them off and on since 2008, I have always had a great friendly professional experience. Worked different branches, different cities as well. Same experiences.

My experience here was an absolute waste of time. They got me an interview and a job very quickly. The first thing that I told the girl was that I was looking for something TEMPORARY and she told me I was perfect for the position she suggested me for. I got an interview, got the job and was fired the next week. I told the company that hired me that I had another job and told Express. I was fired my first week because they claimed Express didn’t tell them that I would be temporary. When I was notified of this, the girl that helped me get the job acted as if she didn’t even know I had another job. She SPECIFICALLY recommended me for this position because I had another job. Her response when I reminded her I told her was “oh okay. I’ll let you know if there is anything else.” I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN! THIS ORGANIZATION IS GARBAGE!!!!

I am blessed to have found this agency when I moved to Florida back in 2015. They helped find me work at some amazing assignments then I was a learning to get hired on with a company. They made my transition from a other state moving to Florida a smooth transition with a stable income. Thanks Joanna for all your help and believing in my skills/ability to represent your company.

I stopped in at the agency since it is located close to my home. I was determined to work closer to home instead of driving 20 miles in heavy traffic to and from work. In the reception area, I was impressed that there were pictures of seasoned professionals hanging on the wall. Every other agency had pictures of younger employees, not giving an older person any hope of possible employment. I registered and tested with Joann at this temp agency. She was friendly, enthusiastic and made the process painless. We discussed what I was looking for and within 2 weeks, she called me with an assignment that was a perfect match for me. I have been there a week, its temp to perm and 1 mile from where I live. The people are extremely friendly where Im working and I feel my efforts are appreciated. Kudos to Joann and Express Employment.Id like to add that every other temp agency I signed up with (and there were a lot) didnt even extend the courtesy to return my calls or show an interest in what I wanted even though I aced every test they gave me. They fail to realize that even though I may be older, I am still a productive person and can work rings around most younger people due to life and work experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HELLEN AVILA!!!!! She was very rude, and seemed rather clueless when trying to communicate with her. After I told her I didnt want to be put in a pool for jobs she flipped out and compard me to 30 other drivers and said we dont want you anymore. Really????

No communication. I have emailed them on 3 occasions and left 3 voicemails (to an associate and even the branch manager) in the last 2 months and never heard back. Very unfortunate as Ive met with other Express branches and had excellent service. Dont let their awful service deter you, select another neighboring Express although their (Town N Country) territory is responsible for the heart of Tampa. When I did visit them to interview their professionalism lacked. Sloppy appearance and interview tactics to identify areas of interest and skills.

Do not recommend. They constantly mess with you pay and are not concerned if your paid in a timely fashion or not. Constant issues with their online time sheet, not user friendly at all, then when you call them regarding a concern they have the nerve to have an attitude with you! There are much better temporary agencies around in the Tampa area they pay a much higher salary as well! Dont waste your time with Express they were getting 23.50 an hour in their contract with they job they sent me on and I was only getting paid 16.00 hr, with no benefits, while they sit back and eat bon bons!!! The nerve!

I have recently used Express for a receptionist position. Their staff is friendly, kind and responsive. Joann is great to work with and I plan to continue using their services. Recommended!

They have a hard time responding to emails in a timely manner.

I was offered a warehouse position. They seen my indeed resume plus i told them i didnt have any warehouse experience and they told me to come in anyway. After finishing the applications which took an a hour and a half i was told i didnt qualify for the position.

They really help you find the perfect job for you and very friendly and helpful staffs.

They do not follow through. Unprofessional.

I have the worst references of this place, once I and my mother were left without a job because during the season and we were desperate, we went to this place with excitement and when we entered we found 3 colleagues who had gone through the same situation in our same job. And when talking to the receptionist, she did not let us fill out papers with our information, and she treated us super nonchalantly, she just asked us for a name and phone number and she copied it and all lies, PURE DISCRIMINATION. People kept entering the agency and she he was still attending except for us.

It seems to me that it is a company that has a lot. Because it is a very good deal

It really is the worst of this place. They call you an illusion of some job and at the end of the day they find another person for the position and they do not even let you know that they are not interested at all. In this company you are just a toy that you use at your convenience. I do not recommend them at all. They talk a lot and do too little for the people who really need a job!
