They never answer their phones, regardless of which office you call, so forget trying to reach them, and they dont return calls, either. The recruiter I was on the verge of getting a job through one recruiter when he suddenly stopped returning my calls and emails; just silence. The worst professionalism ever - even worse than Robert Half, and thats saying a lot.

Insight Global found me a great job and they were very responsive and patient with me. I was separating from the military and they took very good care of me. Its unfortunate that you dont collect PTO while working those 6 month contracts but its not as bad as it sounds.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience with a staffing agency. I had issue with the job from day one, ended up ending the contract. They did nothing. I had to discuss my departure with the client, they couldnt be bothered.All I heard was Im sorry you had a bad experience. They only care about the commission and their clients.

I was called in for a pre-screen for an open position, which went well. At the conclusion, the recruiter told me theyd be setting up an interview at the client company for me. 3 weeks of follow ups were met with Oh, the girl who works with them isnt in the office today. Then, the responses from Insight Global completely stopped.I continued following up for 2 more weeks, until I finally received a email from another employee saying that the recruiter I was working with had LEFT THE COMPANY 3 WEEKS AGO. The employee told me that they would look into the position that I was inquiring about, only to never hear from them again.Dont waste your time with this recruiter.

There constant follow ups to insure they found the right job for you really shows they care and willing to look out for you.Downside to insight is of a job doesnt go well for you and they terminate a contract thats it they dont help you look for another job. They say they will but they wont.

I was contacted by phone and by email saying they reviewed my resume online. I called back and was asked questions by a different person and he apologized if this information is provided on my resume and I patiently answered those questions. He couldnt tell me the proximity of the location of the job. I was told I would be provided more information in an email about the opening. The email received said per our conversation please provide an updated resume (what?)I called back in an attempt to talk to the original person who contacted me and it was the same person who had answered the phone earlier. I asked to be sent to the original persons vmail, I was hung up on.I then responded to the original persons email and said Im confused, has there been a miscommunication? I did not receive a response. Seeking a job is a full time job in itself, this was an inconsideration of my time. I usually brush these things off and historically do not submit reviews. I recently decided I will submit online reviews for any entity who excels or completely disappoints.This is a completely disappoints. I wanted to give no stars but then it would not let me post the review.

I have found this company very frustrating to work with, after being drawn to their office for a short but useless interview, I was offered a job way outside my skill set that I had just spent 45 minutes explaining to them. After leaving I found listings that could have been sent to me but where not made available to me for any real reason. Contacting them returned a load of unfulfilled promises of options and not returning my inquires. I feel that they have a hidden agenda and that it has very little to do with assisting me in locating employment. Don’t waste time and travel expenses on this company.

Worst temp agency in the world, my recruiter is amazing but the loops you have to jump threw is ridiculous. Started out as, a company is interested in you, then two months later I was finally able to meet with that company. Then got the offer and accepted it, asked if I should put my week notice in at my current job at that time, they said yes so I did, two days later they called and stated my start date was for three weeks out, I sat without a job for two weeks. Now Ive been working at this company for two weeks. They pay every Friday, first check is paper. Its Friday now and still have yet to get paid, now was just told I wont get my paper paycheck tell next week, which would make it three weeks without pay. I drive 30 min to and from my job everyday, this company apparently expects you to live off of nothing and still make it to work everyday. Do NOT work with this company.

Haley Slaughter just called me today to tell me that after two months working at century link as a operations tech 2 that the contract has ended even though it was supposed to be for six months. She said that Dave the manager at century link said that i wasnt performing or that they wanted to add more responsibilities and i wasnt meeting up to their performance. This is ridiculous because first of all they never told me which responsibilities they were adding or in other words they are lying and i will suggest to anyone to stay away from contract or to work for insight global. They are a bunch of fake people. In addition, century link and their fake people are nasty and will never suggest you work there. They have like 20 that left this position. Do not let Phil or Haley sell you this position for operations tech 2 because they will let you go for no reason and try you like a slave. Beware.

I was interviewed by phone yesterday for 45 minutes about an instructional designer job. I was asked to go for an interview in person today. I drove an hour to get to their offices an my interviewer, Ingrid Aleman, spent three minutes with me. She said that their client didnt want an instructional designer (which was what the add stated) but a web developer. I doubt this was the real reason for her up-handed attitude. I was totally disrespected and treated highhandedly. I have a Ph.D., so at least that should have deserved an explanation for wasting my time. At the end of our conversation, she sat me at a frozen computer screen where I was supposed to enter an application for their files and left never to be seen again. This experience gave me the impression that this company does not respect honest people who are just trying to get a job. I hope they never cross my way again.

When initially contacted i was told that i would have a window of wed to sunday which i agreed to i even video chatted with a lady ill leave her name out but she gave me some info and then asked questions and sent me an email. i agreed to take a huge loss to secure work even though i already work. i should have went forward with my initial feeling of visiting the place that needed the work done because i would have done it. i got a call the following monday from a recruit manager and the time had been extended. i explained that i would have to work something out for one day and after several phone calls i was informed that i was taken off the job because of a change they made randomly and that they couldnt accommodate. it was a difference of 30 minutes per day. im in the future going to just use them as a resource instead of as an employer

I have worked for Insight Global in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa markets and have thoroughly enjoyed both locations and teams I have worked with.

I spoke with an employee named LJ Sidwell that works at this company and he was extremely rude with me. I would recommend Mr. Sidwell takes a few classes on how to handle himself when discussing issues with others. In his current state, he is doing your company no favors! One star based solely on LJ Sidwells attitude!
