I had a great experience once I found Hiregy. I just completed an assignment thru another staffing agency. I was hoping to land another job immediately after, since I was on the assignment for 18 straight months. However, that was not the case. So, in my search for a new opportunity, I found postings from Hiregy. Never worked with them before. To my surprise, I received a response immediately after applying for one of their postings. Jasmine Gonzalez was the representative who reached out to me. She was very pleasant, polite, and very professional. She coordinated an interview right on the spot. The position I interviewed for, wasnt what I wanted in terms of salary. Nevertheless, she took her time to find me another opportunities right on the spot. After discussing three different options, we ended our interview. But, a day after, there she was calling me back with a job offer. Yes, a job offer! I was so happy, and so excited. I was hired, and started working 2 days after this initial interview I had with Jasmine. I have been in this temp-to-hire position for 3 months now, and I am still loving it. Working for Hiregy has been an excellent experience, and I will recommend this Staffing agency as well as working with Jasmine Gonzalez. Victoria followed up after an interview I had with a potential employer to see how it went, and had also called back and advised I had gotten the job offer! She had also messaged me the morning of my first day of work, good luck like that actually made my day; you usually get told that by your spouse or friends. I have nothing, but good words to say about this company. Little to no follow up, lack of interest in actually helping me find a good employment opportunity. Then I came across Hiregy and had the pleasure of working with Michelle. I found a great job through Hiregy many years ago and couldnt have been happier. Fast forward to 2017 and I once again needed employment and my first thought was to go through Hiregy. This has turned out to be a waste of time. I met with Victoria and she stated she will contact me if something comes up and I never hear from her! I have to constantly contact her to see if there is anything and only then does she attempt to look for me. The icing on the cake was last month when my recruiter was the contact on a job fair they were holding FOR POSITIONS I WAS LOOKING FOR AND WOULD HAVE TAKEN!! SHE NEVER EVEN CONTACTED ME BUT SHE GOT JOBS FOR NEW PEOPLE?!?! I emailed her and she said there was only one position left to far away for me. This has been so frustrating since they did such a great job years ago. I would not recommend this staffing agency. I currently use another staffing agency and the owner constantly contacts me to keep me updated.Update: The CFO reached out to me and discussed my concerns with his team and I did appreciate that; Thanks Bill.Still, Victoria seems to show little interest in finding me employment. Michelle Louden responded quickly to my requests and worked closely with me to get a placement. I had recently returned from the UK and Hiregy worked especially hard to overcome difficulties due to having worked overseas for several years. My employment/401k/ leave questions have always been answered quickly and efficiently. I changed my bank and they forgot to move my pay over. This did not cause me hardship, but I had to follow up with them. When I brought it to their attention, they apologized and corrected the error by the next pay check, no harm done. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Hiregy and I am happy to recommend them as an employer.

At first I was skeptical to sign with another staffing agency. The last 4 I signed with promised me the world until I signed with them, then they forgot about me, they wouldnt return my calls or emails. When I asked about certain jobs I saw, it was always met with some lame excuse, they decided to hire from within, it was already taken, etc.This place actually lived up to their word. I met with my recruiter, talked to him about my experience and what I was looking for. He emailed the very next day with a job he thought I would be good for. I interviewed with them and within a matter of a couple of hours, NOT days I was hired!The whole process from signing up to getting the job was extremely easy and the other ladies that helped me with the usual forms were very helpful and friendly too. The companies they deal with have been around and are very stable. You wont be disappointed if you sign with them.

I went in for an interview three weeks ago and the staff was pleasant and energetic but the environment was very casual. The recruiter and I sat down and briefly discussed my qualifications and she told me about two opportunities where my skill set might be a good fit. She was submitting my resume and would follow up with me the following me the following week. I emailed her that day thanking her for her time and assistance and never heard back except for automatic emails with very low level $11 an hour opportunities. I feel like they bring people in to meet their interview quota and arent really interested in doing a high level consultative placement.I would recommend to anyone entry level or administrative but if you are looking for a professional opportunity go with a higher level headhunter or consulting firm.

I contacted Hiregy at a point where applying directly to various companies was not going my way. Ive used other staffing agencies in the past and remember always hearing about Hiregy, so I decided to give them a shot. They accommodated me for a next day meeting with Brandi Edenfield, and during the interview, Brandi was already able to find a few options for me. A few weeks and 5/6 interviews later I landed a position Im extremely happy with. I cant be more satisfied with my experience, and even if I was not able to secure a job, I would have nothing but appreciation for the amount of effort Brandi put into connecting me with multiple different companies. I am so happy that I happened to stumble upon Hiregy. I was unemployed for a couple of months and was getting concerned. I spoke to Victoria Helton and I had an interview the next day. She was very professional in the office to me. I was very impressed about how she handled my situation and worked very hard to get me an interview the next day with a company I had been employed with previously. I picked Hiregy because of Google reviews and i was speaking to Molly. 2 times we decided to have video call meeting she never called. Although she never called she didnt notify me that she would not call. I kept waiting and being prepared in the morning. Very not professional.
