I work for this place. The location for me was conveniently placed. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly. They really go the extra mile to find you work, and there easy to talk too and approach. Im pretty happy were they placed me too. Randstad has been one of the better Temps that I worked for. Cant say much for their work safety videos though, that gets a little Hairy, but to spice things up try taking a shot every time the dude says Powered industrial truck. All in 5 stars definitely, if your looking for work, or your looking for employees, this is the company I would first reccomend.

If you’re looking to find quick temp to hire work Randstad in my experience is the best staffing agency to work with. Both Danielle and Brittany at the Tampa-Brandon location were responsive and professional in helping me find assignments in the wake of Covid. Danielle went above and beyond to place me after a mishap in communication on my part. I would highly recommended this agency.

I had never worked for a staffing agency before, I’ve always been capable of landing my own interviews and jobs. But I decided to give Randstad a chance, and let me just say that haven’t been so professional in not only providing me with options to interview at great organizations but also allowing me to choose the right option for me. I have had the pleasure of working with my staffing agent Miché Wallace and she is exceptionally professional caring and prompt with her response. I would absolutely recommend her (Which I have) and Randstand.

I don’t understand how this location operates. Barely if ever answers the phone. I have called this location several times and got a answer once. She placed me on hold for 15 minutes that’s completely unacceptable. Called back & straight to voicemail WOW. Your a staffing company you have clients looking for skilled individuals to fill positions. Plus your commission base as well why not put money in both our pockets. Very unhelpful & rude. I truly feel bad for individuals who have to communicate with this location for answers.

I came to Randstad weary that they’d actually be any help at all, You never know what kind of jobs you get or what kind of people are the ones helping you when it comes to temp labor but not with Randstad. They took me in felony and all and gave me the opportunity to not only put food on there table but also walk into a job where I have the ability and opportunity to move up and advance. They not only provided a stable foundation but they supplied the good hearted push in the right direction that I needed. Danielle was my recruiter and she went above and beyond making sure I got paid on time, that I didn’t get in trouble the few times i was late and even answered my questions and worries when it was past her hours or before her hours and she was off. Judging by how she treated me I’m almost positive the same experience accompanies each of their recruiters! If you are dedicated to earning better for yourself or if you feel you have nowhere to go, Give it a shot and you never know what you can find yourself in!

Absolutely the worst staffing agency ever! They are complete morons and will never return your calls. I showed up for an interview ( that she made)and the lady was not there. Was told she would call me and never heard back! 90% of the jobs they have lisited are already filled, so its just giving you false hopes. Ive never been more frustrated in my life with a staffing agency. I would give them 0 stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. One word to describe them is USELESS.

Two Thumbs down..., I worked long hard hours and it was a hassle to get paid,on my first payday the agency couldnt find my check... it was an horrible experience...,It took them 21 days to pay me my first check. Unproffesional in handling disputes, Contracts held with Clients are priority other then making solutions to issues Employees have. Making reports of unfriendly work environment wont make a change if anything if will make you unsuitable as an employee to that company, so best to keep mouth shut. Their whole moto is make the client happy even if it means, unreasonably terminating their employees job.
