Women beware of applying for any position with this Company. I had an interview by the Sales Manager and was told that they typically do not hire women for this position. Even though I was more than qualified and could do his position as well. Maybe if I were given the opportunity the office would not look like a ghost town. Poor Management and discrimination equals low sales and profits. The empty office speaks volume. Ohh also was called after my interview asking what my back up plan were if my child got sick? Would a single father applying for the same position be asked this question? Dont waste your time applyingwith this Company.

I can not think of a worse place to work. There is Jared McDonald, brother-in-law of the owner, that mico-manages you, makes you go out get accounts then gets rid of you so he can have the accounts. Stay far, far away from here. Best advice I can give you

I’ve worked for American Trades off and on for a few years now. The only time I had an issue was because I didn’t turn my time card in on time, but that was my fault. I like working with them, they’ve always treated me good.

This company is horrible, they don’t care about the people they hire... they treat their employees like they are beneath them... when you go in to the office it’s smells terrible.. there are so many reputable recruiters and agency’s out there.. use anyone else first...esp if you want to get a paycheck on time... btw, I am just a witness to all of this.... pretty sad

A.T.C. is honestly the most shady bunch of clowns Ive ever worked for! They deducted hours from numerous paychecks and then claimed they would put it on the next check and that never happened. Then I was hired at 21.50$ an hour and I get my 1st check only to find out Im getting paid 17$ an hour and it took 2 weeks to get that corrected and the most I maid was on my 3rd check and that was 19$... they just lied after lied after lied.. and then I call corporate only to find out as an employee you cant talk to hr or any kind of management just the recruitment who hired me! A bunch of really bad people! Do not give these shmuks your money!!

This is not a full time job it is a labor ready kinda place but for skilled labors who have above aravge experience if your a good hard worker looking for a honest day pay this is the place to go if you show the compney and there clients that your a hard worker you can work 7 days a week with ot and bennys payed weekley

American Trades Contracting wont pay you on time! They are terrible with communication, and they are liars! Watch out for these shady people. Worst staffing agency in Tampa, actually all of America! They should change their name because they represent our country terribly!

The recruiter is shady, dont trust anything these guys tell you! Go to a REAL staffing agency, not this run down hole in the wall.
