Patricia Rivas is extremely responsive and professional and helped me through the hiring and onboarding process in an extremely swift and straightforward fashion. Every time I have a question or concern, I have reached out to her and she has gotten back to me faster than I would expect from anyone else. Im glad and lucky to have worked with her through Adecco for this position.

I had the fortunate opportunity to work the Super Bowl Experience and it was wonderful! Patrica and Fernando were great from the day I arrived for my first shift! I have been an event coordinator in the past and Adecco did a great job with what we needed and where to go and our responsibilities. I would gladly work with them again! Thank you! My recruiter was Patricia Rivas~

I had the opportunity to work as a Technology Manager Supervisor this year at the Super Bowl Experience in Tampa with Adecco. I was very pleased with the turnout being this was the companys first Super Bowl. This was my third time working the SuperBowl and I have to say I appreciate Fernando and Patricias hard work in getting everything situated and communication was consistent even with the whole pandemic event. It was a joy to work alongside the two and help in any way I can to make their job easier... I liked the fact that they had electronic time clocks and were able to handle any problems on site! In my previous years working for other agencies, they didnt have the set up like Adecco did.. Also the turnout of employees that attended on the given days credits Fernandos consistent relationship building and ability to provide a great working environment for all. I would be honored to be able to work next years Super Bowl in Los Angeles with Adecco if the opportunity arises.

Me Patricia Rivas has been the most sweetest, caring, patient, understanding, respectful, person I’ve ever dealt with over the phone in my entire life. She has never been anything less than lady like professional. I would recommend anyone to her because I believe she just cares whole heartedly about people like me who are down and are struggling to find gainful employment and better their life. Patricia Rivas is simply the best. Yours Truly Dahmian Lewinson

On January 16, 2019, I applied via Adeccos website for a Customer Service job here in Tampa, with a large company that I always wanted to work for. When I received an email from one of their National Recruiters, Leonor Reyes, asking me to provide a callback number so we could discuss the opportunity, I was very excited. This proved to be a big mistake. When she called me, the reception on her end of the phone line was unclear/distorted, and I struggled to hear what she was saying the whole time. This, within itself, shouldve told me something wasnt right. Since I was really interested in the position, and really needed a job, I entertained the call anyway. She went on to explain what the position entailed, went over my work experience, and made it sound as if I had a good chance at being hired. Also, she asked for my birthdate so she could create an Employee ID or Badge Number for me, in case I got the job. From there, she told me she would forward my resume to the companys hiring manager, said she would follow up with me on January 21, 2019 and asked me to do the same. So, I did my part and emailed her on that day, and asked if she heard anything from the hiring manager. I received no response from her for 3 days. I decided to call her, and she was unavailable, so I left her a voicemail. For the remainder of that week, into the following week, I got no response.I left her another voicemail on January 24, 2019, letting her know Ive tried to reach her several times, to find out whether or not Im still being considered for the position. Low and behold, a few hours later, she finally decided to call and email me. She was apologetic, and claimed that she had been so busy participating in some sort of training. Although it sounded like she was lying, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She assured me that my resume had not been rejected, and said she would contact the hiring manager to find out when he plans to interview candidates. Then, she told me she would definitely call me the following day, January 25, 2019, to let me know when interviews will be conducted.Well, today is February 1, 2019, and that call never came. Im convinced, this woman was feeding me lies, and giving me nothing but the run-around.Back in the 90s and 2000s, Adecco was a very professional and upstanding employment agency, that really went out of their way to help those who were having trouble finding work. My family and I used to recommend them to everyone. Now, I realize theyve hired a new breed of cold hearted, incompetent individuals that do not care about those of us who have bills to pay, and are in desperate need of a job.I will never recommend, or trust Adecco or any other job agency again.....

Lucy Clementson whos a recruiter there. Does not mind giving you false information in regards to when the start date is. I feel like they give you the runaround and do not take their jobs serious. Just sitting up there lying and waiting for a cigarette break. If youre trying to just get your feet in the door maybe if theyre not lying about when in fact the class starts and reassure you that indeed you will be starting dont go here!!!

The whole office is confused. The interviews aren’t even professional. Two days of training and you will still be walking round like a chicken with its head cut off. $13/hr is good for anyone who is willing to get terminated at any given sec. And no they won’t literally tell you, just a constant “I’m sorry”!!! Where are the real temps, because Adecco seems to just be a middle man for Epiq who is ALWAYS HIRING 🤔. And I’m never comfortable in an environment where the Leads, supervisors, etc are barely 18 and over and everyone with a little piece of authority has something to say yet everyone have their own set of rules. No PTO, no benefits, can’t call off, EMERGENCYs aren’t EMERGENCY’s at Epiq and Adecco. And don’t be out of dress code, the surveillance is there to monitor not your SAFETY, but YOU‼️ Oh and they take pics of you. Good luck 🍀And this is the TELECOM Park one I am referring to! Never Again

Worse place ever. Let me start a job without doing a background check or even doing a drug test. Drug test I would pass because I dont do drug. But the background check I wasnt supposed to start till it came in and cleared me. Now that it came in they terminated me and said nothing they can do. And said good luck to you..

What is that black haired ladys name who didnt even smile and introduce herself? Oh yes. LUCY. Apparently Im not the only one complaining about her. She was very very rude very condescending. Poor customer service. Dont know what crawled up her ass but she was seeming very tense and frantic to get it done and over with. She wasnt good at explaining things and she seemed like she didnt appreciate me or have time to answer my questions. I really was tempted to walk out almost as soon as I arrived there. Her energy was very negative and unprofessional. I complained to Laura her supervisor who never even emailed me back to apologize. Im not going to waste my time with them. Ill just work this NHL All-star event thru the agency I usually work with. They love me there and Ive been there for a good year or maybe slightly longer. BYEEE!!!

I started an assignment and received a call from the secretary at adecco stating that i was being let go (on the second day) because they assumed i didnt know how to operate a fork lift. companies will not succeed if they refuse to offer training and support for their requirements for the job. also, the adecco staff call me a liar about knowing how to use a fork life and was very unprofessional about it on the phone.
