Nathan reached out via text message at 6pm, not giving an appropriate time to respond he reached out again via text message at 11:37 pm same day. Saying guess you are not interested. I asked him to stop sending text messages and contact via email. Nathan ignored the request and continued to say guess you are not interested via text. Very inappropriate, unprofessional and just about Harassment. I know nothing of this company, but from my experience with Nathan I would stay far away.

Applied for a company through Ascendo Resources at the end of May of 2021. My recruiter name was NATHAN KRISTOPEIT. Everything started off very well,Nathan appeared to be very professional and punctual and stated he would “KEEP ME UP TO DATE” on the whole process. Here it is JUNE 28th 2021 and after I have reached out numerous times via email,phone call and text i finally decided to get in touch with another recruiter at Ascendo Resources just for her to tell me i wasnt considered for the position. So for over a month i sat here waiting for an opportunity or for NATHAN to tell me i didnt get it so i could look elsewhere. Horrible, stay away from this agency as they clearly have no accountability and i will be posting photos as proof

My first impression of this company was that was very bizarre and unprofessional. I called to talk to the owner and when he was not available, I asked Alaina if I could leave a voicemail for him. She said yes but sounded very unsure about it. She stayed on the line, totally silent and never acknowledged if she was transferring me. After about a minute she just hung up without a word. I called back to ask again if I could leave a voicemail as I thought her hanging up was surely just an accident. She hung up again. I guess they dont want our business or money. Talk about disrespectful, rude and unprofessional!

If I could do a negative star, I would. Gustavo Reardon reached out to me regarding a compliance opportunity the first of April. Was reluctant as I never heard of this company. Later agreed to speak to them. Received a call from Chris Fontana. Oh I got phone calls, emails. They were on me like white on rice. Long story short, I got a telephone interview. Was given the expectation that they would receive the feedback regarding that interview the following week. Gustavo called after the interview to inquire how it went. Got the impression from that conversation that it didnt go well. I figured just wait and see. Little did I know that the nightmare began. I ended up sending emails, making phone calls for 2 weeks to get the feedback on my interview. Lie after lie and delay after delay from Chris. On May 29th, I left Chris a voicemail requesting we setup a phone call to discuss where we go from here as emails were not working. No response. On May 30th, I emailed both Gustavo and Chris informing them their services were no longer required and that I had withdrawn my application. Only then did I get a phone call saying oh just wanted to touch base to go over the feedback. I asked him did he get the feedback that day. He said NO. I told him that it was over, I withdrew the app so I didnt need them anymore. I added that I didnt want them reaching out to me ever again. I removed the linkedin connection that I had with both of these gentlemen. He had the nerve to change the call into a survey call. How can we improve. My answer was to have better communication. He even thought that we could still network. I told him no, I didnt want anything to do with him or this company again. This was not only unprofessional but down right rude. This was the worse service I have ever received. I deserved better than this. I attempted to call their corporate office and email that office. I believe the gentlemens name was Gustavo Pena to lodge a compliant. No response from them either. So this was my first impression of this company. So Beware. Enter at your own risk. I will move onto a more reliable company.
