We stopped in late Sat. afternoon before Easter Sunday to see if my daughter’s formal outfit could be repaired. She was only home from college for a few days and we knew it was a long shot. Kim took a look at the outfit and agreed to do it immediately. She stayed almost an hour past her closing time to complete the work. She is the best! Highly recommended!

I came in on a Friday at 4:30 pm (they close at 5) with a dress I desperately needed fixed for an event that weekend. Kim graciously fixed it, stayed after hours, and it looks AMAZING!! She saved my life!! Thank you Kim and Village Repair! Highly highly recommend.

These people are amazing. I toke in my boots because the heal had fell off. They did such a great job and quick too. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to anyone i know.

My experience here was perfect. I brought in a jacket and dress pants for dry cleaning, it was well done. I also brought in three pairs of mens boots. One a fine pair of high end boots which she polished very well for a reasonable price. On the other two pairs, she did a hand polish which turned out splendid. She did a complete sole replacement on one pair of the boots and that was also done perfectly.I was hesitant to give all this to any one place, but had to pick somewhere. She happened to be the closest and did a wonderful job. Ill be returning.

Excellent customer service! I am very pleased to find this alteration shop although it is located quite far from where l live. She fixed my leather purse strap right away so I didnt have to make another trip, even though she had a stack of work to do. How considerate! Her stitching skills are satisfactory as well, and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend this shop!

I had a very nice belt brought down to size(looks great cannot even tell). I brought the belt in, and took it home the same day. The lady was very nice and personable. I initially just wanted the end cut and she said Oh no. We are going to unstitch the belt buckle, cut it, and put it back together brand new. I am so glad she stopped me from ruining my belt. This is my new alterations place!

Great little shop! Nice old Asian couple, and they resoled my motocross boots for me which are nearly $400 new for only $30! The bottoms were mangled from foot pegs and Im sure it took a lot of work.

Just my experience on shoe stretching service. I came in to see if they could stretch two pair of brand new expensive shoes I purchased on sale and specifically in areas towards the mid foot as I have a wider foot. Kim said yes yes yes .we can stretch .now she said they didnt charge for stretching and thought that was out of the norm. I was going to pay regardless but was then up sold on heal protectors at $6 ... well I knew that was a bit high but considered it since they dont charge for stretching . Went to pick up the shoes ... still extremely tight .. and didnt want to leave them longer like she stated I could because as I looked over the shoes and had a few scruffs and the heal area was crunched in... was told because of the equipment they use ... not happy with my experience when I stated my concerns I was looked at like a deer in headlights and she said nothing or gave excuses on why my shoes where damaged ... Well now I will take note to make better arrangements and service for over $400 pairs of shoes. Suggest you do the same unless they arent a long term investment for you.

I took a Louis Vuitton Purse there for the handles to be painted this purse cost over $500.00, I was told it would be ready on Thursday 8-16-18 drop of date was 8-14-18 I attempt to back up on 8-17-18 my purse was a mess it was full of black paint everywhere, the lady said to me “ oh this was for you to look at it, then we clean and you pick up later” I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. She will say anything to get your money the work is terrible.

Hard to find a shoe repair place but here they are. For $10 they gave me months more life in my favorite pair of kicks. Thank you.

Although we went there last year we promised ourselves wed leave a review and judging from some recent poor reviews from others, we think our experience still applies. Absurd shoe repair. Unprofessional, shoddy work. They had a hard time finding our 4 pairs of shoes and when they did, they were not ready. We had to wait as they repaired them in front of us with glue. I could have done that. A total rush job and ripoff. Its hard to believe the owners would allow such work to be passed off as professional repairs to customers. Rethink your next visit here for these services.
