I have been to Express Wash on the Hills on several occasions. Overall I’m pleased with the experience I had at this location. The facility is well equipped and has everything you need to do a complete detailing of your vehicle. The staff are polite and professional and happy to help customers. Keep up the good work.

I went in for a car wash on Monday since this place was close to my job. When I pulled up the gentleman mentioned my bike rack which I took off the back of my car and put in my trunk. He proceeded to fold in my mirrors after I got back in the car. The wash was good and I used their vac station. Once I started my car and left express wash I noticed my right mirror didnt unfold when the car was started. Ultimately when I got home and inspected it the following morning it was evident that the mechanism was damaged when the gentleman folded it in for the the wash. I called to speak to a manager about this immediately and got nothing but voicemail. I left a message and no one has called back. I called a few days after conservatively and still voicemail. A $10 wash is now going to be a costly repair. Someone needs to contact me asap.

Top notch staff and a good value if you sign up for the wash club. I wouldnt recommend getting a single wash the price is steep for single washes. If you wash your car twice a month the membership is the way to go.

I would definitely get the car wash club if it wasnt so far from me. The single car wash is a bit expensive. It did a fairly good job though. My car is shiny again. 👍

Love having my membership here! Compared Express Wash on Hills to a membership with Mister Car Wash and decided this was the better option for me. If you’re from Miami-Dade county, it’s very similar to El Car Wash. Get a membership, wash your car once a day — done.After the wash they have clean towels, window cleaner, and some really high quality vacuums. My only knock on this place is their music (which is good music!) but every time I am here I find myself rushing to vacuum because the music is just way too loud. Very happy with my membership here.

I was in the area so I decided to visit again to see how the basic $10 wash did on my very dirty work truck. Nothing crazy like stuck on mud but everyday dirty. It did alright. Cleaned the front bumper near perfect which is a big one for me due to bugs ect. The sides still had some dirty areas so that was a egh. I really do like the excellent vacuums and the bottles of window cleaner adds a little extra to the experience. Overall will visit again.Giving free car washes for opening week. So im sure we got the ultimate. So base my review on that. Excellent team at the check in point. Very nice. Selling first month at discount rate. Boss came through to check back of my truck was empty. Efficient. Sprayed front of truck. I prefer them to brush front but at least they did spray it. Car wash was very soothing with lights and foam. Honestly. Did a good job cleaning off my truck. Vacuums are very powerful. Got junk out of all the cracks in my sons chair. Have bottles of windows cleaner and towels. All in all very nice car wash.

The best Ive been to. Towels, window cleaner, mat cleaner, two different powerful vacuum tips. Air to dust off. Not sutpiresed to see thia place always so packed. Well worth the premiun subscription.

Honestly it’s An amazing location it’s not like other locations that the first couple of months everything’s amazing and then they start restricting towels and spray’s and things like that everything is Neil everything smells very nicely everything is clean you never see a whole bunch of dirty towels they always have fresh ones to use for your car not only that but it leaves your car in Barry nice and shiny and buffed as if it was hand washed I know the tire feature we got the middle package and they leave those tires so shiny like if they were brand new and the rainbow FreeCE or some thing that my daughter loves hopefully they don’t change and keep up the great work The third doing

Nice staff and facility. It didn’t really get my SUV clean though. I went with the $10 single wash and used their manual prewash station (where you wash your car by hand with a soapy sponge) to clean off bugs and bird droppings before I drove thru the wash tunnel.When I got home I looked over my vehicle and it now has a lot of spots, especially on the back. It also still had smears that were there when I went in. I took a damp paper towel and went over the back of it and wiped the smears. The paper towel came out pretty black so I don’t feel my car was actually cleaned even though some kind of soap was clearly used. Maybe the machines aren’t effective on flat backed vehicles like SUVs.

Great location to clean your ride.. very clean and professional.. All the equipment and towels you need on site.. They even have powerful air hose.. This helps blow in small areas that vacuums typically dont get.. Very satisficed I purchase the monthly service as well.

This is my favorite Carwash anywhere. The staff is extremely helpful, and go out of their way to make it a great experience. So far I have dealt with Manual, Carlos and Haydee, and they have all been a very helpful. The wash is high quality and the towels and glass cleaner is appreciated. The staff did not give me a hard time about accessory lights, or after market bumpers like another area Carwash. I am grateful that this wash is around the corner, and it is now part of my daily routine.

The customer service at this place is great. I love that they supply microfiber towels to dry your car and windex for the windows. The vacuum has strong suction so be careful.

The place is new, so everything work well. The feature that I like the most is that they offer a air hose on the vacuum spots, so you can take out the water from all the gaps. Tip: if you have an american express they have a promotion going one called let shop small, so you buy the entry level wash which is 10 dollars, and american express give you 5 dollars back. So there you have a 5 dollars car wash. Keep in mind, the american express offer end on September 30th.

When I first went to this place I was impressed by the machines, towels, etc. so I got the $30 unlimted month deal. I was happy until their machine scratched up my brand new car. I have only had my car a little over month and it had NO SCRATCHES on it when I bought it. I dont drive it much so the scratches on the hood didnt come from the highway and the scratches/chips on my left quarter panel didnt come from driving either. I guessing their machines scratching cars isnt out of the norm for them because when I asked cancel my membership, I told the guy I was cancelling because I think your machine scracthed my car. All he said was OK. Not a care in the world to say sorry or even take a look at it. This was most frustrating.

Best drive through car wash I have ever been to. Spotless dry: car looks hand washed and waxed after getting the 22 dollar wash. The vacuum area has multiple types of nozzle attachments and compressed air blowers for getting dirt out of cracks and crevices. Also provided is clean microfiber towels. Will definitely be coming back. Cheers.

Help me understand why I witnessed an associate take towels from the dirty towel bin, fold them and placed them in the clean towel bin. I watched the said associate do this from different car ports. I am very disappointed, I use to liked this place until I witnessed this. Also get a mirror over the entrance of your wash bay. Bring your own towels.

Wow.. what can I say?? Best wash in Tampa. The owner was great, he was making sure I was satisfied with everything and made sure the car came out looking great, he even upgraded me to the deluxe wash since it was first time here. Love the spray bottles and.. they are next to Popeyes !! What’s not to love ???? I will be getting the membership next time I visit without a doubt. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best car wash in the Tampa area. The customer service was exceptional from the pay station to the vacuum area. All of the employees were so friendly. The vacuum stations work extremely well and the free towels and windex provided were a welcome bonus. Great music playing while you vacuum. I highly recommend taking your car here!

Love the concept and feel it’s a great car wash overall. However both of my vehicles were not rinsed fully. Left soap on the vehicle in several places and all windows. Got the basic wash but something is not adjusted properly. Please fix!

Attendant kept telling me to pull forward but gave no left/right guidance so my tire hit the guide. Luckily no damage but either you need a mirror like other washes so customers can not damage their vehicles or have better attendants that care about customers property. Later in the wash got two decently heavy bumps from below, one at the beginning and one at the end, one wheel is now scratched. This isnt an excessively low car whatsoever. Didnt get the front end very clean. Like the towel stations at every spot but overall not worth it to worry about damage to my vehicle.

Honestly the best ones on the area, great service. The only thing they need is a pressure washer that washes the back of the cars that have spoiler from the manufacturer like suvs, other than that excellent service.

No attendants out when my wife and I were using the pre wash brushes. Kid comes out and points at the sign saying dont use on wheels.... Neither of us did. Are you blind or unable to communicate your issue with your customers?

Drove Infiniti g35 through expecting a good car wash. The car wash literally chipped the paint off of the top of my car to the right of my sunroof. Also left multiple deep scratches. If you care about your car I do not recommend.REPLY TO OWNER: cool, I’d LOVE to see the camera footage . I know for a FACT these scratches were not on my vehicle prior to going to the car wash. I also have photos of my vehicle prior to getting in washed via iPhone witch will clearly show the time and date of the photo. IVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAVE GOTTEN NO ANSWER, if you’d like i can post a screen shot of my call attempts aswell :)

Recently opened, so I decided to try it. I am very pleased with results of the wash ; but most impressed by 2 things ; the fact that they actually HAD clean detailing towels at the vacuum stations ! A few of their competitors claim to, but dont . Oh, and one more VERY important thing ; the nozzles on the vac hoses actually fit between the car seat and the door sill ! The competing car wash places have wide nozzles on their vacs .That means that I can clean up the small pieces of dirt, leaves, etc ...that makes its way into that crevice to my consternation !

I was given wrong information by one of the staff employees and after speaking to Rafael which is one of the managers he went over and beyond and made sure that I was satisfied! Ive been to many businesses that act systematic and have no type of sensitivity to professionaltheir customers. NOT HERE!!!
