It was really fun to experience my cousins car getting washed. The colorful soap, the jets of water, the air dryer that makes it sound like youre on a plane taking off. It was also a decently efficient wash. I would recommend going here for a quick car wash.

15.00 for a top of the line car wash. Car had places on it not washed the rims were not cleaned. Will not come back here

Dont waste your money. Wheels didnt get cleaned, vacuums have no suction, nothing to dry or clean your windows with. Cant purchase anything either. Waste of 15.00

As far as car washes go, this one is pretty solid, sometimes there are spots that dont get washed completely and I have to manually wash it. But if you are on the go and dont want to put in the work yourself. This right here.

Have 2016 F150. $15 wash failed to remove bugs from windshield. Several spots missed on the side of my truck. Tailgate came out dirty. Better off paying for hand wash.

Its a decent drive through car wash with included vacuuming. I get the medium priced ($11 as of typing this) which cleans better and lasts longer than the cheapest one. I like to pretreat my car with bug remover spray on tough spots and wheel cleaner. I do have to hand clean my wheels further when I get home but thats probably because my break dust is very bad.

It is a good car wash great for the day after New Years celebration soaps to wash off all the firework fodder

The cheapest wash option does not come with the free vacuum. The $9 option does. The car wash is adequate, and they had a guy brushing loose dirt at the beginning of the automated wash. The 2 stars comes from the terrible vacuums. The suction was abysmal, which causes you to take twice/three times as long to vacuum loose dirt/debris from your car. Avoid this car wash if youre looking to vacuum your car, especially for $9.

Perfect place to get your car washed. The 10 minute oil change place gives me a free car wash to here everytime I get a oil change and I recommend others to go here. They have great package deals which is convenient for most. When I get done with the car wash my car is immaculate. It stays pretty clean with the spot free rinse and wax coat they have. Overall Ill say its a 5 star wash.

I paid $11 for a wash with a tire shine. The machine didnt have enough cash to give me change for a $20. There was no tire shine and it did not get the smooshed bugs off my car. Pretty disappointed.

Staff are amazing and love the guys who work there! Like the most recent additions to the car wash! Rating is 3 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because of employee conditions (guys must work long hours in direct sun light with no cover). Please get the guys some sort of cover to work under. And the vacuums are not kept in good condition.

The attendant that was brushing vehicles was aggressive and rude!! I had some things in the bed of my truck that werent sticking out and they were secured. I was waiting for him to bring out my refund because he said I couldnt go through with the stuff in my bed. No problem!! He came out with my money and asked me what my problem was! No problem here, just waiting on my refund! He tells me that if I get out my truck Ill have a problem!! He tells me that he has been there a long time and he isnt going anywhere after I told him I was going to call corporate on him! I have never been threatened by an employee of a business like I was there!I If this behavior is tolerated by your company, I will never be back! You better hope that guy doesnt put his hands on anyone!!! Big lawsuit!!!

Flippers raised the price of their monthly packages without notifying me. This is a violation of their Visa merchant agreement and I have filed a complaint directly with Visa as well as my bank. Additionally, when I attempted to contact the manager, John, he refused to identify himself or assist.Be careful!

The washes are pretty good, but they have the worst vacuums! In the year Ive been going I found only 1decent one. I have recently asked them to deactivate my account as twice Ive been charged the monthly fee 2 times in the same modelj! Im still waiting for them to call me back to give me a refund!!

I was very disappointed in the quality of service here. I have been coming here since it first opened and have noticed a decline in maintenance on the equipment as well as the structure itself. Here are items that need to be addressed if I ever go back.1.) Replace the Boars hair brushes that the employees use to target areas that the wash misses.2.) Re-train the personnel that does the prep work prior to the car wash.3.) Replace (All) the mechanical cleaning brushes.4.) Increase the flow of the rinse sprayers so that soap doesnt stay on my car after the drying section.5.) Replace all broken and cracked vacuum hoses. This system will not work properly without the correct amount of vacuum suction pressure.6.) Repair the roof. Rusted areas with visible holes need to be sanded, patched with flex seal and painted. ( I would be able to dry my vehicle properly if the roof did not have water continuously dripping on car.Thanks again for the incomplete service. The price went up as well.It should have gone down. I am not willing to pay for lesser service.

I have been going to this car wash for many years. The past 2 years it has been on a total decline. Recently went in and when I went through the machine that has the long strips of cloth wrapped around my passenger side mirror and completely ripped it off. One of the employees that work there brought me out a claim sheet and I filled it out. He told me that the manager would call me within 2 days. It had been over a week and I went back to the car wash to see why I hadn’t been called. A different employee then made multiple attempts to call the manager named Gary and he was unable to reach him. The employee then gave me his number and I have made several attempts to reach Gary and none have been successful. I will NEVER give my business to this car was ever again. The management does not care about your cars so be prepared to receive damage and not get reimbursed.

I use this car wash regularly. They do a great job of scrubbing the bugs off the front and any extra dirty areas before you go through the automated wash. They offer free vacuuming and also have monthly unlimited wash plans for very reasonable prices. Note: If you do purchase a monthly plan, you have to fill out a form from the office and get an RFID sticker to put on your windshield, so that their system will recognize your vehicle when you return.

My car roof was damaged at this location I spoke with the attendant who took pictures and made me fill out a paper and informed me the managers would contact me it has been over 2 weeks and I havent heard from anyone. I have been up there twice since and I continue to get the run around by the employees. If you dont want your car damaged dont go to flippers

This is my favorite car wash around. I’m pretty confident that you get the same wash no matter what you pay for, but it’s a good wash and worth the money. My one gripe would be that some of the vacuums are broken and don’t work very well.

Today attendants were good. My previous experience made me unsure about returning, attendant was hand gesturing in confusing manner, I even rolled down window to tell him I didnt know what he wanted me to do. If I encounter this guy again I will speak to a manager.

I usually dont do touch car washes but I was in a jam and needed my car cleaned pronto. The brushes and scrubbers were beating on my car much harder than any wash Ive ever been to. After the dryer there was still lots of water and soap on the car. Watched a couple other cars exit after me that were still wet and soapy. I was here a few years ago and the quality of the wash was much better. Maybe its time to update or maintain the equipment.

The man that takes two broom to scrub your car a little before goes to the carwash is very friendly and helpful the car wash usually washes very well but I got some car wax that I didnt get off when I wax my car and the car wash didnt take it off

Good quality wash but the vaccums havent been reliabily working the last two times Ive been here. Had to move to another parking spot because ours quit working while we were using it.

Its good that they offer free vacuum, but honestly not going back there. It appears that my car didnt get cleaned at all. I dont know if they have a crappy machine or what but it sucked, I paid for the most expensive type.

5 dollars for a basic wash. Too expensive. I had to turn on my windshield wipers to wash off the remaining soap. Unfortunately I didnt have a towel to dry off my car either since the dryer barely did its job. They should have courtesy towels and papers towels because of this. Unsatisfied and upset that I spent 5 dollars for the vacuum. Dirty but it works.

Concept and place great. However, pre wash employee has bad attitude and yells at you. His attitude affected his ability to do a good job. For 12 bucks, my car still looks like it backed into a dust storm👎 I wish that it was only a joke, because today is April 1st.

Car wash works well when is open but when you get there at 6:45 PM and everything is already closed that is very disappointing. When I pay monthly fee to use that car wash I would expect them to be open during the posted business hours.

Almost exclusively go to Flippers. Reasonable prices for an excellent job, plus free access to vacuums. Theres almost always a line, but its worth the wait.

Terrible place!!!They don’t even have water at the vacuum stations. They charge $5 + taxes for the cheapest car wash. Vacuums are super weak and they will not suck all the dust inside your car. Good luck if you visit this location.

Like most auto carwashes, does a fairly good job. If you have a lot of sap, bird droppings, etc., expect some to remain. Likewise, brake dust on your wheels. But, can beat doing it yourself.

I paid for the cheapest wash. Only $4 and got the RainX package addition for $3. They taped my back windshield wiper down, but they did not do a good job scrubbing my back hatch. When I got out of the car wash it wasnt completely dry as some others have commented, but that was not a concern of mine. What I didnt appreciate was that the back of my car was still very dirty. Also during the rinsing process, the tape on my windshield wiper came loose. Their free access to the vacuum was very nice though. It has a good shaped head to reach even tough to access areas with a strong suction. However, I was overall displeased with the dustbuster package for not dust busting my entire car.
