My sister rented a car for me, as a gift. I was not allowed to. Pick up the rental, because my name was not on the purchasing credit card. The rental requirements are hidden in the menu, instead of a link on the page. Miles Car rental stole 18% of the refund, due to deceptive practices. I had to call twice to get the cancelation done, because the first woman I spoke with was rude and consistently interrupted me.

This place is fake. I rented a car with instructions to pick up at the airport. Nobody there had heard of it. I called the location and nobody answered. I drove to the address on here and it took my to the back door of a bakery. Place does not exist.

There is no such rental place at this location. Zero people on the phone know anything about the location either. That’s because it does t exist!!!

They insisted many many times that my rental would be contactless. Then they required a visit indoors to the rental counter. They are all about sales at any cost and you cant trust a word they say.

All was great and as agreed prior with Tatiana Quevedo. Highly recommend Tatiana who answered all my questions and helped me a lot with car rental.

Telephone and mail support is brilliant. Tatiana Quevedo a sublime attention. I still cannot rate the final experience since I did not remove the car from the agency, but in terms of attention it is spectacular and the prices very good.

This is the second time that I rent my vehicle through Miles and I liked the attention, they are pending of the client and that this is satisfied
