Brought my car here to get some wheel marks removed from a door and a complete detail. They do awesome work. They got all the wheel marks off the door and the car has never been better. The shine is great. The staff is very friendly. We stayed a while to watch the airplanes takeoff. Even saw a few Air Force planes. We will be back.

I have used elite autosports for over 3 years to service my 5 vehicles, & they had been nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately, things entirely imploded with my last & final detailing with elite autosports. I had my 2018 Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder & my G63 AMG Mercedes, both detailed outside my home. As I come out toward the end of the service to pay, I see a young kid live-streaming my cars on Facebook & uploading pictures of my Lamborghini (complete with my license plate info & home address visible). I asked him to stop immediately & delete the pictures/videos, but he replied that it was his phone & I did not have a right to delete anything, despite his actions breaching my personal privacy & family’s safety. To add insult to injury, I also discovered – immediately after the service was complete – that the young kid was not familiar with the intricacies of a Lamborghini & broke my gas cap actuator release, as well as the engine bonnet release. This ultimately resulted in me having to flatbed my Lamborghini over 100 miles away to an authorized dealership, paying over 1k in repairs, & waiting for over a month without my vehicle. Despite all these issues, I simply reached out to the owner – Dallas Cathey – to request a refund for the detailing services (not even asking that he cover Lamborghini dealership repairs) & he told me I could sue him if I wanted a refund. So, I did sue him out of principal so that no other consumer would be treated as I had been. It wasn’t until my corporate lawyers got ahold of Dallas that he finally decided to reach out to me over 4 months after the fact, & reluctantly offered a refund for services. Probably the worst business experience I have ever had.

I brought my car to Elite Auto to repair scratches on the side of my car after hitting an orange construction barrel as well as a full detail. They did an amazing job! They were able to remove all the scratches and my car look brand new!

Excellent service, everything was done on time and my car looks great.

Just want to sum this up, given the 3 stars, and the response from the ownerEDIT:I called to have my jeep clayed, waxed, and polished. I called back within 24 hours and wanted to turn it into a paint correction because after further inspection I didnt think a polish would cut it. (Just picked this vehicle up, new). They wanted me to bring the vehicle by to have it inspected to see if it needed the paint correction, because they didnt want to charge me for something it didnt need. (their words). I brought the vehicle by 3 days in advance so they could make extra time for me on the weekend if needed for a paint correction. Upon them looking at the vehicle they claimed they could get all the scratches out with a 1 step polish and approx 30 mins extra or so on the hood to correct the hood (also their words). (in my head I was like cool, its been 5 years since I have been in the game, maybe there are new techniques and such to correcting these finishes or maybe they didnt think it was as bad as I thought)Upon leaving the day it was done, the scratches will still prominent in the hood (this was at first look, scratches still existed everywhere after I put a light on it when I got home). The barrels of the wheels were not cleaned so when I pulled away the wet brake dust flung all back over my wheels and the jeep. I had their one step polish/wax embedded all over the hood and crevices of the jeep, I had contaminants still embedded all over my hard top (orange in color on a black top, very noticeable), the door jams were not cleaned properly, and I still had very noticeable dirt deposits on the paint around the fenders and steps that was not cleaned in the cleaning process. Despite what I paid for given any miscommunications or whatever we want to call it. Nothing should have looked or been left as it was as described in this paragraph. With the combination of everything listed above and the scratches still left in my paint thats why I am giving it a 3 star. A lot of this probably could have been avoided but it was all done in the shadow of a car port and not under and kind of light.I appreciate the opportunity to make things right but I just spent around $600 on equipment, compounds, and other supplies to properly wash and detail my own vehicle. It has since had a full paint correction done by myself and I will continue to keep up on my own vehicles from here on out.

Update to below review. Great customer service, they were prompt. It seems that it was geniuan miss and they came back and fixed revaccume and redid the interior again. I was satisfied with their exterior detail and they fixed their mistake with interior so updating the review.I just had full interior and exterior detail done.Exterior detail was ok. However, they did not do good job vacuuming. Even at home I vacuum better than this. They didnt pay attention to corners like between seat back and base, under the mat etc. The detail was from my employer but I wouldnt spend my own money here if I would pay to get it done.

I had some stains on my front seats of my CRV and Elite made them look brand new again. They even suggested a nearby spot to have breakfast while they got the work done! Highly recommended!

I had them wash and vacuum my boyfriends car while he was out of town as a surprise. He came back and was VERY pleased with the outcome! They were timely, professional, took under 40 minutes to detail the entire car and even waxed it with the base package! Would definitely use them again :)

My vehicle was vandalized with chemicals.... They cleaned it and its silky clean. The finish feel like silk. They did a fantastic job.

Im not sure what the other reviewer experienced, but my experience with Elite Auto was superb. I arrived and they quickly took my car, and did an excellent job fully detailing the car inside and out. You can tell these guys are professionals. They had 2 garages full of equipment, in addition to two mobile vans that were fully stocked. I couldnt have been more pleased with the end result. It has rained 3 days since I got the car detailed and the car still shines. Very pleased and will return!

They promised to finish at 4 pm, but when I was there to pick up my car I had to wait extra 2 hours. Asked to wash car seats, but they are dirty, they dont know how to wash water marks. Also asked to wash car ceilings - it is dirty too. I had a lot of stress in this place. I would never choose this place again! They were arguing with me, receptionist was lying. The owner told me they are working 20 or 25 years (I dont remember), but in my opinion it is not enough for them and it does not guarantee the quality. They just want to take your money, they dont care about the quality. As a proof I can provide a pictures of my car seats. All the negative reviews are TRUE!

My daughter spilled milk in my car and its smelled awful! The receptionist is so informative and they are so accommodating. They were able to get my car in the next day and finish the entire interior in a few hours. The interior is so clean and the milk smell is gone! Thank you Elite Auto Salon!

I made a bit of an emergency stop one day in April or May after a friends elderly grandmother accidentally soiled my front passenger seat. (Truth be told, my car usually smelled after running her errands with her. So it was only the next day - when the smell was STILL present - that I realized there was a problem.)The owner, Dallas, was busy out front working on another car with two of his crew members, so I went in and asked the secretary for a bit more info on their cleaning services. When Dallas made a quick run inside, the secretary flagged him down and explained my situation. Dallas didnt even hesitate to stop what he was doing in order to come check out and clean my car seat for me. Very nice guy.He warned me that he could only do so much, given the timeframe. But it was a noticable improvement and I never got any complaints from anyone else riding in my car, so I really dont think I could have asked for more.This story is long enough already, but there were a good handful of things that made it very clear this place was worth returning to. Try it out.

I had the unfortunate experience will taking my recently purchased 2006 jeep grand Cherokee to Elite. My first mistake was not researching. I believe they may have obtained the name from a similar named company and there relying on taking there business. Because this was the worst company ever. I found them on the web and angies list recommend. But I have since contacted angies list to complain also.I payed $185 for the premier detail also gave extra $50 because was told it had over spray. I dont belive this. when I went to pick up my car. It did not look like it was even vacuumed. I immediately complained .The supposed owner, Dallas came out and said he would take care of it. I need to first mention the outside of car look good .. Another hour later I drive away to find out there is still dog puke in the back carpet, dirty filthy in vents, behind sterring wheel had coffe everywhere, food stains from previous owner on sides of seats, food stains on seats and seat belts, carpet stains I could go on for hours. I took a wet rag and just showed all the dirt they missed . they just kept saying we will take care of it The 3rd time I came back I brought my own cleaner and he said that it was good stuff .lol I helped clean my own car and gave him a $40 xtra thinking he would do a better job, right this time. i was wrong he just took the money and I still have a filthy smelly car. When I called dallas to complain again. He just kept telling me to bring it back. I brought it back 3 more times.When he came out to clean up the puke they missed, he brought out a bissel home carpet cleaner. when I asked where his extractor was he mentioned it was in back of shop . I dont believe they have a professional carpet cleaner. And I never leave reviews. I just think the public needs to be aware of this company. or Take yur chance. I thought you will get a good job if you pay more. I was wrong. P.S. the receptionist will tell you they get between the crevices and nooks and crannys. that is a joke. they wipe it down with armor all and thats it.
