Very disappointing. I used to come here when I lived closer. I was in the area today and decided to get a car wash. They only had three employees and one which was the boss I believe, told me they were short staffed. Possibly because it looked like it was going to rain. Nevertheless, in the past when I used their services my car was always clean. This time I had to re-clean the inside myself. I was the only customer so I’m not sure why they didnt pay better attention.

First time in 6 years they denied me an oil change for not having enough workers. I think you guys need to pay your workers a better wage. I loved this place but I must give one star for this sorry

I drive 20 minutes in the opposite direction of Coachman Carwash (5 min from my home) just to get my car cleaned here. Staff is personable and service is always great. I carry dogs in my car and the crew does a unbelievable job with getting out the pet hair and making it look and feel like the day I bought my car. They are extremely patient and the car actually feels clean...a nice change from other places that just want to move you along.

This place doesnt wash some main things like the trunk and the windows. Not only that, they charge a minimum of $20. When I was living in Chicago, $20 would get you a full detail top to bottom. Not only that, if you come here on a sunny day during their indicated hours of operation, dont be surprised if you find out theyre actually closed with no posted sign saying theyre closed, or why thats the case. Very sketchy car wash.

Always a great job when I go here. We have dogs and play lots of travel lacrosse so our cars are very “lived in”. They do a fantastic job.

Customer service is great from the ladies as far as the guys that clean the car in the inside they do a horrible job after they bow the horn to my car to let me know that my car is ready I get in and the car is still dirty the dash panel discussion still had dust on it the cup holder were dirty and so was the ash tray looked like all they did was vacuum and I paid for the ultimate car wash I bring it to the guy that dries the car off attention and he passes the buck to the people that actually are supposed to be cleaning the inside of the car and I bring it to the ladies attention inside of on the desk and she is very nice very polite apologizes my car is already there allegedly being cleaned I get in its still dirty I had to ask them to let me use one of their own rags and their own cleaning supplies to clean my own car they they start to stare me down all of them except the big guy that puked the car up Wich I think was the one who cleaned my car. why pay to wash your car if Im going to end up cleaning it myself. The pricing is fair but for the work it is not

Friendly attentive staff that works hard to get your car perfect and returned to you quickly. Comfortable seating with tv to watch while u wait. I usually get the 27.99 ultimate that really makes the car shine. I do construction and my vehicle really gets dirty but they never complain and return it looking like new. Thanks guys

WARNING! You take a chance by trusting your vehicle with these clowns. After 10 minute car wash they returned my vehicle with a 2 inch cut in the driver side leather seat. Tried to discuss with owner who just waved his hands at me and told me to take a hike. Scumbag owner doesnt give a f* about customers. Go elsewhere.

Hands down this is the worst self serve car wash place I have ever been to, out of all the selections the only thing they offer is the foam brush, which doesnt even foam just a little soap comes out. And a high pressure rinse option. Thats it no foaming soap gun, no tire and wheel cleaner, no Tri foam polish, and no spot-free rinse. I will never come to this self-service car wash again!

When I cant wash my car, I take to A Plus and they always do a good job. Heather is very friendly and I probably also go because of her. She is Always happy and IF there is an issue she is quick to fix it!

Second and last time I will use them. My wife and I both had our vehicles cleaned. They did not vacuum the vehicles fully, did not touch the windows inside that we could tell and the wash was less than desired. Still had streaks of dirt on both vehicles. Paid for ultimate and got $10.00 worth of service.

I have been washing my car here for some time, and I love it. The place is very close to my house which is super convenient, customer service is amazing from the moment I pull up, I get greeted with a friend smile and a warm welcome. I also love that they have an indoor and an outdoor waiting area, makes it great when I have the kids with me, their bathroom is kept clean and tidy and love the selection of items you can purchase for your car. And there is no beating the wait time, on Saturday morning the longest I’ve had to wait would have been 20 minutes. Go over to this place and try it out, you won’t regret it :). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice car cleaning.

Very deceptive self service car wash. They have a 10 year old faded out display sign that you would never know to glance over to look at that says there is no soap except for the brush. So, when you follow the instructions on the menu, i.e. Soap, Wax, Rinse, etc, the menu doesnt follow the directions that it tells you to follow. I had to get a worker to come over and show me the faded out sign to the right of the menu instructions. Save your money and your attitude by not getting ripped off by this farce of a business!!! If I could post 0 stars, I would have.

I do not leave many Google reviews but I was so dissatisfied with A Plus Car Wash ... here I am. I used them for the first time this week, it was convenient to see they also offered oil change as well as top off fluids and tire pressure. I have boxers, the dried drool spots are something you come to live with as one of their enduring qualities. When my SUV pulled around and I was waived out the first thing I noticed when I opened the door were the filthy door jambs, then noticed the center console was untouched (coffee spots, general dust, etc.) I told the guy the job was unfinished to please wipe down the door jambs and clean the interior. He did a quick dry wipe and moved onto another car. I looked at the back seats and they too were untouched... I spent 10 minutes parked in their spot with my own cleaning products and finished cleaning my own SUV. It was pretty bad... I think the only thing they did was run it through the wash and vacuum. Oh, and as I was pulling off I noticed the low tire indicator light .. they did not put air in the tires, I had to pull around, go back inside and then drive my own car through their oil change bay (Ive never seen an oil change place let a customer drive their car through an oil change bay). The guy put 43 lbs of pressure in tires rated for 36 lbs. so I pulled out and let a little pressure out (I was on my way to Orlando for a business trip and wanted the proper pressure for interstate travel). The cost was 52$. I will not go back. That said the girl who seemed to run the place was very nice.

They stole my iPhone jack adapter out of my work truck.They were the last people to touch my SUV before I left the next morning at 4am to a long road trip to Atlanta. I only noticed it when I was on the road the next day and was stuck having to listen to radio as my truck is older and doesnt have a Bluetooth connection.I waited to speak to a manager and the manager adamantly stated that no one that works there has an iPhone so no one would steal it. I kept explaining that if it got vacuumed that they should have told me as its not that expensive to buy a new one. I doubt they vacuumed it because its not easy to remove from the ac line.This man claiming to be the General Manager hung up on me when I said I am more upset that my item was either stolen or vacuumed without anyone telling me as the item only costs $9 and I could have replaced it before my trip. HE HUNG UP ON A PAYING RECURRING CUSTOMER.#1. Its ridiculous for him to state that no one the works there has an iPhone. How does he know what type of phone everyone has?#2. If a customer is stating that the item is missing after leaving, then work with the customer.#3. Extremely unprofessional to hang up on a customer with a complaint about service.They just lost a good customer over a $9 iPhone jack adapter.Also note that I was giving this place another chance because they are so close to home. The last time I got an oil change and wash here they didnt even clean the inside of my SUV well. I had to beg them to clean the cup holders. When I noticed dust on panel the General Manager told me that they arent going to wipe the panel because they dont want to mess up radio stations and settings. Ive never heard of that before.Years ago this place was great. The General Manager has run this place down and you can no longer get good service here. Ill drive further for better service next time.

Visiting from out of town took a shot at getting my car a full service cleaning. Have to say this team of professionals were very good at their jobs and had me on the road in no time. Thanks for the great job

Always a good clean experience

I paid for an ultimate car wash and got nothing. They didnt touch my back seats and there was still dirt everywhere. I had to go clean it myself. Dirt still all over the place! Dont go here unless you would like a sub par job. Now I am out 30$. Thanks! The discriminate against older cars. My sister in law has a Mercedes and got a great car cleaning with mud and hair everywhere and I got nothing! I will never go back here.

What a disappointed service. I received my car with leaves on the sides or peripheral of the trunk. when I asked the manager he told me that they do not touch or clean the trunk. Also he told me that in 20 years working for that service they never clean up the trunk. This is completely an illogical argument. There is a poor quality service from this manager. I will not back to this car wash business.

I came here for the first time to get my car washed. After I was told my car was finished I walk out to my car to find it still really dirty in spots. Unhappy with the job I asked the owner/manager about it and he could care less. He basically told me that they couldnt clean everywhere if the car was too dirty on the outside. I have a white car so yes it was dirty but it did not have extreme dirt by any means, not mud, bugs etc... just your normal dirt that happens. I could literally run my finger through the dirt that was left on the trunk. He told me it was a hard to reach place. So I asked him well do you just run it through a car wash or do you actually wash it? He said they run it through and use a brush. So again I asked him why the trunk was still so dirty all around the license plate, on the hinge, the logo etc... he basically ignored me and said it wasnt reached by the wash. So I said okay well why then is the hood of my car still so dirty? Thats not a hard to reach place. He then told me that it was stuff from the trees and it would never come off. I told him I was unhappy with the wash I received when I paid $10. If I wanted a bad car wash I would have driven it through a car wash myself for half that price. He then finally got a rag and made a half-effort to wipe clean the hood. Which by the way those spots came right off despite him telling me it would never come off. He left the back dirty and the other half of the hood dirty too and said there you go. I left disgusted at the job that was done and the attitude of the owner... horrible customer service. That was my first and last time there. I will be telling all of my friends about it too.

The wait was a little longer than usual. Staff was professional and courteous. This is my go to for car wash +. Love the air freshener they use. I even bought a bottle, lol

Used the self-service car wash which was pitiful. Only takes quarters and wasnt sure if bill changers worked since there was yellow tape over the accepted denominations so went inside and got change. The only 2 choices that worked were the foaming brush, which hardly foamed at all, and the hi pressure rinse, even though there was a sign advertising the no spot rinse (this choice was the main reason for using a self-serve due to the hard water in the area.) There are much better ones around.

This self service car wash sucks and should be closed. I dont give bad reviews but whoever owns this place is stealing by the quarters. The rain could of washed my car better.

On Saturday October 5, 2019 at 9:57 am I took my car to wash, once it was finish I notice a fresh dent on my back door driver side, I have a black toyota 2018 no dent or crashes on my car brand new, I try to have a clam with so call Manager and he quote ( we can scratch it and you can do nothing, so I came back in the afternoon to see if I can see someone and he called the cops, Im filling a lawsuit against the company for personal damage, and for this unprofessional call Manager will be fired on the spot.. dont waste your time going there trust me..

Weve been going here for years, washes arent great but theyre tolerable. Today I encountered a very rude older gentleman who let me know he didnt have time to have someone hand wash my seats, and then he walked away dismissing me. There are many other ways he could have said this without being disrespectful. You lost a customer, two actually, and my Yelp review will be next. Sayonara...you certainly arent the only game in town.

Literally the worst car wash ever. Ive gone there numerous times and each time my car is dirty. Ive had to go home and clean my car myself after wasting my money there. They wont do anything for you but offer to have you come back and re wash it. Why would I want to waste my time to come back and have my car not cleaned again? Seriously stay away. I wish I learned my lesson the first time my car was done poorly.

Fast and the wheels were cleaned really well. They did miss a few spots so 4 stars. Was kind of annoying to have to wipe a couple spots myself aftewards

I have been going to this car wash for years...The employees, especially those when you first pull up, set the stage for the experience. I typically bring my son to the car wash with me, and he is always greeted with lollipops and smiles. He asks me to go to the car wash all the time...The work is almost always done to my complete satisfaction, a couple of times I have had to ask the drying crew to go back over an area, which they do without question or hesitation. I do a lot of driving, and my car is typically fairly dirty when I bring it in, and being an older vehicle, it is amazing how new and clean they can get it to look with the Ultimate Wash. The attention spent on the wheels and tires is unlike any car wash that I have used in town.I cannot make any comment on the oil changes, as I have not used that service, but I would highly recommend the car wash. Great people, reasonably priced, and exceeds my expectations for a car wash...And they have great priced, decent wine for sale inside the customer lounge, from one of their sister liquor stores, so I can pick up a bottle or two while I wait!

If I could give this establishment no stars I would. I went in for a car wash, wax, and oil change. I paid $60+, I also tipped out the guys who wiped down my car. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT GO HERE,THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND. After I left I noticed they didnt put windshield wiper fluid in my car just plain water- I went back so they could put the right formula in and they REFUSED to, even though they advertise and CLAIM that it comes with the oil change. Oh, and the best part, THEY NEVER CHANGED MY OIL OR PUT OIL IN MY CAR. Two days after I got my car serviced here, my oil light went on and I checked my dipstick (I should have done this to begin with), and there was the littlest drop of oil on the stick. I couldnt believe the crooked, awful way they run business. Im a full time student and now I have to go somewhere else to get my oil changed. When I called the establishment to speak to a manager about how upset I was, I was basically spoke over, threatened with the cops (for no reason?), and they refused to take responsibility for their lousy business and crooked sales skills. IF YOU GO HERE, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR- THEY ALMOST RUINED MINE. THEY ARE RUDE, INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY TO RUIN YOUR CAR PLEASE!!!!!!

Harder and harder to find a full service car wash these days. Seems like all you get is some pricey DIY part gas station part self serve type of place around that keep popping up. They still do a full service wash and inside clean/vacuum etc with humans. So make sure to tip them once you look the car over and think the work was good. This has had some changes over time, but still around now for years. They do a pretty thorough job for the money. Always get you through pretty quickly if you know when to swing by. I will say that the quality though compared to years ago has been in decline.

Ive been coming to A + for years. Unfortunately, the last four times Ive come it seems as if there is less and less attention to the detail cleaning. I usually get the ultimate cleaning and it is one that runs around $24. This time I was charged $26.03 and there were areas that were not wiped down at all including the seats and there were also spots all over the carpet/floors that were not even vacuumed. Upon opening the doors there was still water and dirt that wasnt even wiped with a rag. I dont understand this since the time I went they were not very busy at all so there should have been no reason to be in a rush and miss details when that is the service I paid for. Im very sad to say but I dont think Ill be returning and I will be looking for a new place. I wish them the best.

Did not wash part of truck. Man advised that I did not ask for it to be washed..... I shouldnt have to ask for tailgate of truck to be washed....did not wash running boards.... Again shouldnt have to specify each spot...Lady advised it was hard to get good help...

Generally they do a good job. But the last two times Ive been there they didnt do a good job.

You can wash your car and thats pretty much it at the self-service area. Looks like they turned everything off. You of course can pay more money and have them hand wash it all but at this moment, I wanted to do it myself.

A solid service for the price when doing the car wash (they also do oil changes here). We bring both of our cars here. Definitely not a detailing car wash, but perfect for maintenance and getting it sparkling again.

Good price for a full service clean.$15 for full service is very fair given that there are other places that think it is OK to charge $50 for the same wash.4/5 because they can take a while.

These people are rude and inapt. And washing a car really not that hard. They did a horrible job with my car and refused to do anything to fix it. They scratched my side mirror and refuse to even acknowledge it. Do not go to them.

The workers do not strive to do a great service had time without coming for the same reason I came to see if they had changed and the same is the aspiration is above leave dirt and sand on the seats and on the floor hairs on the seats. You pay a high price for nothing because it is as if you had not cleaned the car.

Decent prices to get your car washed. The lady at the register is always nice everytime I visit. They dont solicit a tip, which is more of a reason to leave a tip. Free WiFi, comfortable waiting area, and TV. They also sell wine by the bottle here, which is unusual for a car wash.

I like to try a business twice to at least give them an opportunity to do something right. Not this place. My one week old car was christened with a glob of grease on the paint, and that was from going to the car wash! Then they proceeded to apply a fine coat of armor all to the inside of the windshield from one of the dirty rags.The management is a well aware of the shortcuts and probably encourages the thrift.Dont bother using the self-service wash out back, it is just water. No soap.

I came here about a year ago and wasnt too happy with the service. I drove by a couple months ago and saw how busy their car wash was. So I decided to stop by because I desperately needed a car wash. They did such a great job that I have been coming back every week since then to get my car washed. I think they might be under new management. This 5 star was definitely earned!

Finished driving from Washington DC a few years ago, and was looking for a car wash, when I noticed a line of expensive cars at this place. We have been coming here ever since.The employees are polite, courteous and very friendly. One of my cars has a special black finish which shows every scratch and swirl. I have never noticed any excess scratches. The wheels on that car and both of our Porsches have never been damaged.The only room for improvement would be cleaning windows, otherwise 5 stars.I recommend this business completely.

Today; April 2, 2014 I went to this location and had my car washed. The method of washing they use is an automatic car wash machine. My car was scratched by either a worker driving my vehicles into the automatic car wash or it was damaged by the machine itself. There is one scratch that scuffed the paint and two scratches where the paint is completely gone. The scratches are about an inch long each and are located on the left side of the bumper and left panel over the wheel. My car is new and in excellent condition. These scratches were not on my car when I woke up today leaving my drive way and they were not on my car when I arrived at their location and handed them my keys. I looked over my car before it went in the wash and looked over my car immediately when it was done. I noticed it within 2 seconds (it is that noticeable of a location). I took a picture and pointed it out the them right on the spot. I was told by the supposed manager there is no way it could of happened there, that they have a brand new machine and wash hundreds of cars daily, that this has never happened to anyone else. I do not believe this guy was the manager as they said. I asked for the owner and they said the owner was not there and would be in an hour or so. I asked for the owners personal phone number and they just kept saying in a hour he will be there. They really just brushed me off and didnt want anything to do with the scratch that happened at their car wash.

I usually get the Full Service treatment to clean my car both inside and out... Nice & Refreshing! Exterior Wash far exceeds the cheaper place for just a few bucks more.

Used to be the best car wash around.... Now it is just the slowest car wash around. You better have an hour to spare and that is if you are the only car they have.

Crazy I drove by and saw them sitting down so I pulled up bought one of their car wash package only to have them not do the job but then noticed my money($$$) was missing from my ashtray.

Today I took my car to wash it and I paid 80 dollars to wash it well and inside it did not fit well many parts that did not even touch it very badly

Every time Ive gotten my oil change, they never refill my wiper fluid. I asked two employees to make sure that they refilled it as its on their checklist on the receipt when you leave. Who knows what else they are just blindly checking without actually doing their job.

I drive a stretch limo part time and went to this car wash on 12/17/15 to get a wash. The limo is a stretch 14 passenger Excursion. I usually take it to Mister Car Wash on Park Blvd near Seminole but I was in this side of town and thought Id get a wash here.First when I pulled up, a young man came and said I need to talk to the boss. Old fat bald man comes up, looks at the limo for a minute and shakes his head as if he cant do it but then turns to another man who said sure, they can do it. Then the fat man said ok, fifty bucks. I asked just for a basic wash and tire shine? He said yes, fifty. I said I usually get it done at Mister Car Wash for $6.00 and he said Well, ok go there then so I left.Mister Car Wash charges $6.00 for a basic wash or $13.00 for the works which includes vacuum and tire shine.Will never go back to A Plus Car Wash. Will continue to take my business to MISTER CAR WASH in Seminole.
