Military guy...Had my windows tinted here. The tint they used on it is scratched and their application is very bubbled. 2 stars initially, until the owner tried to argue my review and blame me for his bad work. Also their cuts are uneven. Wouldnt recommend to anyone, shop around. Ill have to replace my tint after the summer. For 180 you can get way better work than this I promise you.**Nice attempt at covering up my review with nonsense. I didnt cover tint with tint, even if that were the case that means YOU covered up tint with tint, and the bubbles are there to stay. An honest review is not tasteless, your work is bad and people deserve to know that before they waste their money. You further proved point that you work is careless, and you business is questionable.All in all, terrible work, terrible quality and even more terrible management.

Had Steve redo my windshield strip that was done by another tint shop. He cut and measured everything by hand and took the time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Nice guys, great customer service, fantastic work. I will definitely be bringing my other car here.

The owner is very rude! See response below. This place was probably good at one point but the work they did on my car was awful. I felt the need to review was nesessary. I paid $180 for tints that had to be redone to do being cut short and they argued with me over it. I also stupidly paid $50 for their more expensive clay wax job which turned out to be a compound wipe down. They didnt even wash the car prior to waxing it and they didnt wipe it down correctly either. I made Percy redo it or I was not going to pay. Simply put, Ill never be back or recommend this place to anyone.

Very surprised to see that these guys ever get less than 5 stars. They did a beautiful wax job on my Subaru Baja today. Aside from good work, they were professional and courteous. Very satisfied with their service and highly recommend!

This place is known for SCAMMING people. Ive asked for a 2 Star car wash and before heading over to the cash register, Ive double CHECKED my receipt and it says 2 Star car wash with its rightful charge. As I handed over the receipt, she basically hid my original receipt and handed me back a 3 Star car wash receipt! A fellow customer also spoke with me afterward that this place is known for swapping recipes to bump up the charges.

I don’t usually do things like this but this was too drastic for me to ignore. So not even a year ago my mom got my windows tinted for me as a birthday gift. She paid extra for me to have a lifetime warranty because she knows how particular I am and that when it needs to be fixed I will want it to be fixed. She had my windows tinted at Percy’s Window Tinting and Auto on S. Dale Mabry right by Macdill Air Force Base. This by far has been the worst experience of my life. They will not honor their lifetime warranty they offer and will give any excuse as to why your tint looks the way it does. I have been there 4 times since my windows were tinted in December 2017 trying to get the bubbles and peeling fixed that are covered in the “lifetime warranty” and have had no luck without a hassle and an argument. The owner Percy is very disrespectful and tries to bully woman and acts as if they are stupid and don’t know what they are talking about. Moral of the story. DO NOT GO TO PERCYS. I promise you it is not worth the hassle and disrespect.

2015 went to Percy personally for a birthday gift for my wifes dodge challenger to tint the windows. $200, Percy up sold me, not a problem. Paid Percy for a lifetime warranty. Fast forward 2017, window tint on drivers side, passenger side and rear window peeling away. Talked to Percy be said bring it by and he will get his guy to replace it. But, it will cost me $50 to strip it. (Kinda pissed me off) so we dropped the car off. Just got a phone call from percys tint guy, he said the reason it was peeling was that it was tinted over tint. He needed another $50 to to clean the glue off. Now, Im really pissed. It will be the last time I have Percy do any tinting or detailing any of my vehicles in the future. No recommendations from me. Poor business practice. I assumed that when I paid for a lifetime warranty any blemishes would have been covered.

Percy is very quick, thorough and so nice. I highly recommend him for detailing if you want your car to look like it just came off the showroom floor!

I got had so you dont have to be. They literally squirted some oil on the seats (not evenly) didnt wipe it (still have splatter marks), didnt pull the seats up, didnt get the leaves under the hood, had to be asked to do the back windows and several other obvious details (not even going into the little details my old guy used to get). Im doubting they even waxed it. Charged me $200 and I wouldnt have paid $50 for it. Live and learn, I guess.***edit I did complain after standing out in the sun for over 30minutes having them finish what I could see. Pictures posted of the work he stands by.

As others have said Percys used to be where I took all of my cars to. Cheapest place in town that actually did quality work. Took my last car to him got the windshield back with deep cuts in the tint. He told me to give it a few days and come back if it was still messed up. Well came back and he kept saying he was too busy to do warranties that day. Came back two more times and he refused to make it right. Now I tell everyone to avoid him.

Honestly they use to be good, taken every car Ive had to them. But with my newest vehicle, the tint on the back window was all messed on along the edges and part of the rubber that keeps the window in place was cut for no reason. When i took it back to ask why, i was told they didnt do it. I also had them wax it, which looked fine for a day. Then i started to notice the white smear of wax that wasnt removed properly and the wax that was on the plastic parts. I used to tell everyone to go to them for tint since Ive never had any trouble before. But now Ill have to tell people idk where they should go.Also Percy isnt the one who does tint, he only washes/wax.
