Carlos is an absolutely, incredible, professional, skilled, and kind automobile detailing specialist! I care deeply about keeping my environments clean and tidy, especially my car! I am amazed how filthy our car was and how spotless it is now. We had a very very sick dog a few nights ago. He is also a huge shedder. After taking him to and from ER while he was bleeding and vomiting, I thought our car would never be the same. Now not only was his hair everywhere, but THIS HUGE MESS! We told him ahead of time what he would be facing. I was worried he would bail on us, but he and his wife showed up prepared and covered to protect themselves. They went to work, and our car shined. Top to bottom, not a trace left of this mess. They also scented it which I highly recommend. We feel like we are in a brand new car. The leather shines. The carpet is new. Nice work!

Carlos has done detailing and wash for my car 5 times so far . He knows what he is doing and he is expert in it . He always does amazing job and makes my car look brand new ! He brings his mobile vehicle with all things needed and cleans the car at your place. He removed stains on my sun roof cloth just like that !

Purchase a Groupon deal from this merchant & try to contact him for 3 days to set up an appointment without any response. Also drove to the location and discover that they are not there any more since who knows when. I ended canceling my Groupon cause he never respond back & cause the address was not matching up with the one that shows on his Facebook & website. Still not sure if this is a legitimate business & if it is you needs to update the information of your business and reply back your message to your customer. Poor experience with this business.

Absolutely KILLER work on my interior. My wife bumped another car and made me spill a smoothie on myself a week or so ago and hadnt been able to completely clean my car since... It covered my seats, middle console and cup holders. A terrible time all around to be honest not to mention a few slight stains on my seats... It just got stuck in a ton of nooks small spaces, and Carlos took the time to clean it all. Kind of wish I had the befores to show the comparison.Im V E R Y particular about people that detail my car since I mainly do it myself but did not have the time too since we just moved. Carlos and his wife are absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend their work. Made my baby look literally brand new again. Not to mention that he was very polite and loved to do what he does. 11/10 will visit the next time I need a thorough cleaning!

Carlos was great! The pollen is crazy this time of year and my silver car was starting to look a little green. The wash and wax has it looking amazing and even feels amazing! Would recommend for any detailing needs someone has.

Wasn’t expecting much before Carlos detailed my Jeep Grand Cherokee but when he was done, I was absolutely amazed. He made my Jeep shine like it was showroom quality. There wasn’t any traces of swirl marks on the paint. This guy is the best!

Carlos washed, waxed, and polished, and clay bared my car as well as restoring the headlights for my pops car. Excellent job, quick and effective. I have black exterior paint which is a nightmare to keep up with. The clay bar left my 10 year old car’s paint smooth to the touch which was long overdue. Excellent job

Carlos did an awesome job with my newly purchased black 2019 infiniti Qx60 (large SUV), it had some hard water spots. I requested the super exterior package with an add on for the water spots...i strongly recommending you call him up directly for any of your car washing needs. Price was on point and he we also honor the same Groupon prices when available

Had an interior detailing done and they did an amazing job. It looks like the car is brand new again. I didnt even think they could do that great of a job.One point though, they are very busy especially on weekends. So if you drop it off be prepared for it to take all weekend. They do warn you of this though so you can at least be prepared for it. Otherwise fantastic work

My car is beautiful again! Staff is friendly. I would have given five stars, but the detailer didnt look up and didnt clean spots on my head liner. But then, I didnt notice until I was almost home. I guess I need to learn to look up too!

Carlos and his crew did a beautiful job with the inside and outside of my car. There were still some bugs on the front end of my car after it was waxed, which I was disappointed about, but this is Florida and it is difficult to eliminate them completely. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service from Cars by Carlos and intend to use them again for any detailing services that I may need!

This is a small shop beside the gas station. The work done by their crew is awesome. They cleaned my car very well. I bought a coupon from Groupon for the service. I would suggest everyone to call the place before you buy a Groupon though. They might offer a similar discount. They do an amazing job. I recommend it to everyone.

I had bought a groupon for a complete auto detail and honestly I would come back and pay regular price for a detailing due to my high level of satisfaction. My car literally looks like I just brought it from the dealership. You can tell a lot of effort was put forth into cleaning the car and making it look brand new. Carlos was very professional and prompt with timing and I’m glad groupon introduced me to this place because I will be back regularly. Highly recommend!

Groupon (coupon company) nightmare avoided. Seller is not even operational right now. But, the company is still selling groupon/ services. I prepaid with Groupon for an appointment. Called the business over three days to schedule, no answer. Someone changed the voicemail on the 3rd day to say text, not call. I received a reply text that they arent even in service right now. WTH?!? fortunately for them all, Groupon refunded me asap.

Yall I wish I had before and after photos (It was bad). These guys did WORK on my car. I managed to snag a promotional Groupon from them a few months ago for a complete auto detail. (SIDE NOTE: Everyone is complaining about the Groupon. Read the fine print, guys. It says it on there, and its common sense. Bigger cars are more expensive because they require more labor, products, and time.)Typically the service I got costs about $100, which seems like a bit of an investment, but with the stellar and thorough quality of work they did on my car, I wouldnt be against paying the regular price for the same experience again. Its obvious they took their time and put effort into what they did. I have a 2017 Hyundai Sonata that had an interior that had seen better days. Food, dirt, a few stains, dust - They were left to handle the aftermath of a few road trips and a girl with two jobs and always on the go. The interior of my car looks, smells, and feels brand new. The exterior is streakless and shiney. They even got all the little nooks and crannies that are dang near impossible to clean. The customer service was super polite and laid back, and I understood fully what to expect, and I really liked the fact that I was able to interact with exactly who was going to work on my car. When I asked about how much theyd be able to do, I was told my car would look brand new and they definitely delivered. Ill be back and sending any friends whose cars need some TLC, for sure! Thanks guys!

I purchased a Groupon and they didn’t want to honor it because they tried to tell me that it was stated in the fine print that an SUV was an extra $20, so I read the fine print, highlighted the part that said it was an extra $10 and then they texted me back and I quote, “Best just to get a refund from Groupon”. I guess they wanted to try to scam me for extra money! Don’t sell Groupons if you don’t want to honor them!
