I bought an ozone machine paid $300 I looked online and found the exact same machine for $120 at several outlets. I understand making a profit but $180 I call Ardex several times asking for the manager to contact me. the lady that answered the phone seemed to not care.

The owner is a wealth of knowledge. Does not try to sell you what you dont need but gives you a lot of information so you can make an informed decision. Very pleased and will be returning.

Great product line and customer service.

This store is great, I’m not sure about the past reviews about costumer service, but every time I’ve gone in there I seen them go above and beyond when customers need something they may not have on stock inside the store. Everyone is friendly and trustful. Prices are reasonable, and the store is kept up very nicely.

Nobody answered the phone, i tried 3 consecutive calls.... NOTHING !!

The lady in the front desk has a horrible attitude, she was watching a movie in her laptop the whole time I was there. Answering my questions while starring at her laptop screen. Bad customer service! Rude! She was getting annoyed about me asking her questions about the products. I’m in sales, I can promise that type of service won’t sell your product...

I walked into this place about a year ago with my wife asking about a specific product, the woman that was at the counter did not even acknowledge us or said hello. She was looking at her phone I assume she was in Face book or texting but not working, never even lifted her head to say hi and when I inteded to bother her from her entertaining activity on the phone she simply said we dont carry that product and kept looking at her phone, OK now a year later went back same lady at the counter but now she was talking on speaker to her friend and when I asked her about a product she pointed with her finger to the wall with out even speaking, i am really sorry I bother her again. The owner of this place must really consider keeping this employee....BAD BAD attitude and bad service but again maybe is just me!!

Customer service sucks, walk in to the store and the cashier was watching movies, she dont offer assistant and not even a hello or thanks, im surprise this kind of business still open, i been working for retail for 30 years and that kind of behavior is not acceptable, customers are first, without them we cant succeed .

The customer service woman has a very rude attitude unhelpful ... I make a call to the store and ask her if the rupes pad works .. she tells me that if and when I travel and arrive at the store I tell her I am the person who I talk to you on the phone about the rupes pad ... she tells me that she does not work that pad line and with a very rude attitude ... it made me lose my time and travel from a very distant place I do not recommend this place.
