Robert and his team did amazing work; doing a top to bottom, bumper to bumper detail. My Mercedes hasn’t look this good since I bought her home from the showroom dealership. I can swear it even drives better! No lie! Thank you B2!

B2 is the best! I’ve purchased a package from them for a number of years. Great communication. They are flexible. You can’t beat the price. And they always do a great job. My 8 year old car still looks brand new thanks to them!

Herbert is now my go-to guy for a full detail. I brought my SUV to him in horrible condition and bought the full pinnacle package to make it look pretty before returning it (as it is a leased vehicle). I was hoping for the best but he exceeded expectations in every way!! This thing looks better than it did the day it came off the lot - no joke. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and I will definitely be returning with my new car.

Good place to drop your car off for a wash or detail. If you need to wait for it I wouldnt suggest it. Its hand wash but they do a good job.

Had my car clay barred and waxed, dont think either was done!!! Just looked good when picked it up, a week later the water wont even bead.

Love this place. Ive been coming here since they opened, and I really have no complaints. Its the best place in the city to go to if you need a quick car wash.

When I couldn’t find this place (it’s located at the back of a parking garage underneath a building) I called and asked for directions. The man that answered the phone asked if I had an appointment. I said I didn’t, and he said okay and gave me directions. 15 minutes later I find this place and then he tells me he’s too busy and I need to make an appointment... frustrated that’s he could’ve told me this on the phone and not have wasted an additional 30 minutes of my time driving there and home. I was polite and made an appointment for Monday. Now here I am. It’s Monday morning, I’m here for my appointment and the shop is open but the guy is no where to be found. I called their number and someone else answered saying they would get someone down there when they could, but I don’t have time for that. Between sitting, waiting, and driving, another hour of my time wasted, and to top it off, I had to pay the parking ticket that should’ve been validated had someone actually shown up for my appointment or had the decency to call me if they were having issues. Unacceptable behavior for a business.

They do a fantastic job and they do it all while youre at work. Totally worth the price for the convenience and the quality. Ive been all over Tampa bay for detailing and they are by far the best!

I have been using B2 Carwash for a little over six months. Recently I had an incident with my vehicle that couldve happened at any other carwash but I doubt very seriously it wouldve been handled as professionally and diligently as B2 handled it. I informed them of the issue when I got back to the office and within 24hours it was handled no questions asked. When I spoke to the owner he appreciated me bringing it to his attention because he knows our field gets busy and vs bringing it to his attention most just dont return as customers so he often doesnt know if improvements are needed. That stuck with me because he is a small business and feedback good or bad is necessary to achieve top notch service. So here is my feed back...they really do a phenomenal job however if an issue is to arise Rob is more than willing to make it right. Thank you, B2.

They made my car look brand new!!! Amazing job by these guys and they took a short time for such a detailed work. I do recommend the pinnacle package if you want to experience out of a showroom feel. Totally worth the money I spent, would definitely go back to them. They are located at the basement of RIVERGATE TOWER GARAGE near the loading bay area. The security at the entrance can guide you to them.

These guys are hard to find literally located in a corner of the basement of a irking structure. Great attention to detail and affordable for the type of service.
