Really disappointed in our experience. We booked an interior, climate controlled unit on the first floor, even paid the premium for the first floor... the office called us and confirmed the unit was on the first floor and that we were good to go. Today we went in to sign the paperwork and we were told that there were no units available on the first floor and then they still charged us the premium price!! Be careful booking with this place as it seems they are ok to confirm one unit and price and charge the opposite, even after confirming TWICE and offering to rent ahead of when we need to lock in the first floor unit!

Ryan was extremely helpful with helping me find the best storage solution for my current needs. He broke down different combinations of units to meet my budget (i.e. price of 2 smaller units vs 1 large unit) without haggling me to pay more than I needed to. The storage facility itself is less than a year old and everything is sparkling clean and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing storage.

I rented a 5x5 unit this morning. I was able to reserve it online quite easily. I showed up right at opening and was helped by Debbie. She was so excellent. She explained everything well, showed me around and made the experience very pleasant. The facility is top shelf, the rates are more than competetive (my 5x5 is 19.00 per month AND climate controlled). They even insure your items! I would reccomend Debbie and her location to anyone!!
