We take all of our cars to Autohaus. John is extremely knowledgeable and can work on any car. Their prices are reasonable and their recommendations are honest. You cant ask for more.

THE only place I will bring my BMW X5 to! John is so helpful, informative and is the only person I trust with my vehicle! I will drive from Largo to Tampa just to he can service my baby! I am very pleased with his staff, the service and the pricing. He is a great person! Very professional and very honest!

I love this place! I am a single lady who only knows a little about cars. I have a VW GTI and this is the only place I will bring my car to. John who is the mechanic is AMAZING! I trust him and this company and the prices are great.

My wife and I had to drop off my vehicle at the business next door to the Authaus. She parked in their parking lot as I dropped mine off next door and was asked to move her car by a rather rude female employee or it will be towed. My wife explained that it will only be 5-10 minutes and we will be gone. As we were leaving I said hello to a male employee outside and got in our vehicle to leave. Once inside our vehicle, my wife heard him call me a cock sucker. When my wife asked him what he said, he said F you to my wife which I clearly heard. Very disrespectful and unprofessional!!! I will take great joy in repeating this incident to everyone I know and would NEVER recommend doing business at place with such rude employees.

The worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. John the mechanic and Beddie the owner are the most unethical and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Not only did John mis-diagnose the problem, but he put the wrong parts on my car and then presented me with an estimate for over &3k to fix additional issues on my car that didnt even exist!!!!! Luckily I brought my car to Reeves Audi where they had to fix everything john did wrong and charged me 1/3 of what John did. I tried calling Beddie and John multiple times to resolve this issue and Beddie was aggressive and argumentative and would not acknowledge what they did wrong. I have everything in writing from Reeves documenting what the Original Autohaus did wrong to my car....unfortunately for me I will need to pursue this so that I can get my money back.....DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!!!!!

We have used this shop for a long time now (at least 5 years) and theyve always treated us with great service and treated our car with great care. We have Germán, italian, Japanese, Swedish, and American cars and they are the only mechanic in tampa that we trust to touch any of them. I highly recommend this shop!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER -- A BUNCH OF CLOWNS WORKING IN THERE ! ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS ORDERED ALL OF THE WRONG PARTS, THEN ON THE DAY WE WERE TO PICK UP OUR VEHICLE, FIRST WAS COME IN THE AM, THEN AROUND 3PM, THEN TOLD TO COME IN AFTER 5 --- SO GO, RETURN OUR RENTAL CAR ( CLEAR ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN, GET BACK TO AUTOHAUS AND WE ARE TOLD THE MECHANIC WENT HOME EARLY AND DID NOT TELL ANYONE !!!!!! OMG - FUMING BY THEN !!! THE OFFICE ENDED UP RE-RENTING THE CAR FOR US ..... THEN 2 DAYS LATER WE DO GO TO FINALLY PICK UP THE CAR, THE LADY IN THE OFFICE HANDS US THE ENGING FAB, I LOOK AT IT AND SAY HEY, THIS IS NOT OURS --- IT WAS BROKEN- SCRATCHED ALL UP AND BUTTON BROKEN OUT OF IT --- I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT, WE GAVE THEM A PERFECT FAB -- CLEAN -- NOT SCRATCHED AND NO BROKEN BUTTONS .... THE ONE LADY IN THE OFFICE JUST KEPT YELLING -- NO - OUR GUYS WONT DO THAT AND THEY SAY IT WAS LIKE THAT ----BULLSHIT -- TOTAL BULLSHIT, THEN GET AN EMAIL LATER THAT THEY WILL NOT HELP TO REPLACE THE FAB. JUST A MESS THERE -- TOTALLY UNORGANIZED - INCOMPETENT BUNCH OF IDIOTS !!! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE -- AT ALL !

Worst experience ever! Poor customer service and pure crap work. Had a brand new 2014 honda accord coupe hfp v6 ex-l and had a lady txting and driving hit me doing 45mph in fm. Had this place recommended to me. They told me 1month to fix it, well within that 1 month they didnt even order the parts for the rear of my car. And I tried to be understanding and called the person at fault insurance company and complained. Well after 16 trips to the shop, countless unanswered or answered and no one cared attitude, and countless return car to shop for ghetto repairs. I gave up after 7 months and took the car. Biggest pile of crap ever trunk of car became a lake of rusted stagnant stinky rainwater every time it rained. And exhaust was never fixed so my mpgs dropped 7mpg less than stock. My paint was burned and was different colors. Please dont go here save yourself the headache
