I set up an appointment to have my brakes and rotors replaced, and Jean arrived much earlier than my scheduled time; which I really appreciated. 6/14 - Alex was great. He finished a prior appointment early and called offering to come early to mine which worked out perfectly. He was able to diagnose the issue as bad wiring vs a bad starter which will save me money but get the car back on the road safely and sooner.6/15 - Jean was great as well. Alex was not able to complete the wiring repair he had diagnosed but Jean confirmed the issue, helped me track down the exact parts needed at a local store, and had everything completed quickly. The car fired right up as soon as he finished. The service was completed in my garage within two days total time from when I reached out initially. Just towing a car to a mechanic would probably have cost more and who knows how long it would have taken. Plus I was able to purchase the parts directly and avoided any markup in that regard.

I was alerted via text and email that the assigned mechanic was on the way. The mechanic arrived and I was alerted that he had arrived. He performed the scheduled work and kept me informed along the way. I was provided a quote at the end via text and given the option to schedule. The visit was reasonably priced for them coming to my home. Even scheduling the appointment was quick and efficient.

Well, I have never tried this service provider before and my SUV stranded me at work on Monday and I knew exactly what needed to be repaired. I made an appointment for the next day and I thought all was good. 1hour before the scheduled time I get a text that the Mechanic cannot make it and is requesting to reschedule. The Mechanic was no longer available until 8 days later so I chose another more available one. Same pattern with this mechanic and he rescheduled twice. That means I would not get my starter replaced until Tuesday of the following week. Saturday came and I loaded my tools and headed to my job site and acquired a new starter, then replaced the bad one in my vehicle, and bam, I was in business. Seriously, 10 minutes after I completed this I got a text that the mechanic wanted to reschedule for another date and time. I was now looking at someone coming to do this simple job on Thursday the week after! I called the phone number and spoke to the Tech that solves issues and I explained the major run around I was experiencing. The Tech was great, and canceled my request and since my scheduled time was more than 48 hrs in the future there was no cancelation fee! I think these guys play the Customer on jobs that are not desirable because they would reschedule knowing more Jr Mechanics were available sooner. I will never use this service again. They gave me a serious run around and that is very poor customer service.

Keith was amazing and explained everything very thorough for me. He replaced my alternator and found that I needed a new radiator and worked hard to find me one and stay within my budget! Was very skeptical using this service at first but definitely recommend and will be using Keith again in the future!

My first time using the service and I was happy with the booking process, how easy it was and what a great price I was quoted. But of course it was too good to be true. No one ever showed up. No one called me. And when I called to see what was happening they were no help. I took an afternoon off from work unpaid and for nothing because no one came to fix my car. No one called me to tell me they weren’t coming or were running late. IMO that’s unprofessional.

I self diagnosed my car with tie rod replacement as pep boys replaced my driver side tie rods for almost 700.00. Richard took one look and said it was a rotor issue. We took car out for test run and confirmed his diagnosis. Stopped by parts place and got necessary parts and was done in about 45 minutes. Got brake rotors and pads done at my place. I highly recommend this service but I also personally recommend Richard. Good mechanics are hard to find, but even more rare is the good mechanic that you can trust. I trust Richard.

Actually after some time diagnosing the issue had to do with a faulty ignition key. Apparently, the key attracted some moisture or dirt causing the car not to start. My mechanic was extremely professional, courteous and patient. I shall call him back when and if I have another issue. The cost was well worth his service!

Jonathan arrived at my house before the scheduled appointment time, which was great. He was very nice and professional in explaining everything to me. We bled all the brakes and they were all good. He checked the MSTR cylinder for leaks and there were none. Gave me his recommendations and he was very professional and polite.

It was the worst experience Ive ever had I can say clearly barnun . 1st the mechanic was 45 minutes late then he didnt do anything he told me what was wrong which I had already told him what was wrong. he didnt bring the cable with them then he left and I was still charged a $100 then I was told it was $600 to fix the issue which they said was a broken shifter cable. I then signed up for Triple A so I could get my car towed to my mechanic when the Triple A driver came he fixed the problem in 30 seconds and did not cost me one cent. The cable was just Stuck and needed to be moved up-and-down and lubricated and it works fine and the car started right up.. Very very very very very disappointed in this company and for mechanic to have 16 years of experience and doesnt even know to look for that problem is absurd? this AAA driver looked for in 30 seconds I am extremely disappointed and I would like to be reimbursed the money I was paid for him coming out and taking a look at this..... inexcusable.. . The worst experience I have dealt with. Everything they say on website is a LIE! They tell you they won’t charge you until the work is done, he charged me before he started. Then he use the word it’s just authorization but it was a lie. Then when he found something else he charged me again. So I’m out of $1.100 for just brakes because he must not known what he was charging. So I don’t recommend

We used them for one issue and the car ended up with a bigger issues. They sent a mechanic to check the car. The guy says he thinks it was the other mechanic fault and sent a report to the company. And guess what? They didn’t take responsibility leaving us with a 1,100 problem. Never again. Save your money!

Mechanic was almost 15 minutes late nor did he apologize. He did not complete the work. He did not have the proper equipment to finish the sensor replacement. The price for labor was agreed at 103.00 but the work was not completed but I was charged more than 103.00. I was charged 142 dollars and he didnt finish what I was charged for. I dont think I would use your service again. I couldnt give you a recommendation either. Sorry to say

Break system bleed/replace fluid & power steering flush. I also wanted an AC inspection due to a sudden loss in cooling and then moderate recovery. Jean inspected and tested the system and found all parts in working order with a charge needed to raise the AC from .5 to .658. He then showed me the unit was cooling down to the right levels and discussed with me the normal operations.I had advised that I already replaced the cabin filter.

This is an awesome application. I was just checking on the Internet the amount I was in need to spend in fixing the front windows mechanisms of my car and I saw that you can make an appointment with them and the mechanic will come to your home and do the service to you car at a less amount compared with the dealer. Mr. Encarnacion is very professional, honest and on time, he even called the night before to discuss the service he was going to do and to confirm the appointment. From now on, if God permits he will be my mechanic, we scheduled my next appointment in six months for the oil and filter change. I recommend this application 100% you will love it.

I had no issues with my technician, Chris. He came out, did his job (seemingly well), and left after giving me some quotes. Only issue I had is that I called a few days prior to my appointment to confirm my technician would have the tool needed to remove my water pump/timing belt assembly. The representative told me it would all be fine, were good. On the day of my appointment I got a text from Chris saying his kit didnt include the necessary tool and asked to reschedule. Thankfully this didnt hinder me much, but it couldve been worse for someone else.What Im saying is, their phone line service is definitely outsourced and has no meaningful contact with the technicians. Contact the tech directly once they give you a chat option instead.

We used them to get our daughter power steering pump replaced. Within a days of them replacing it, it’s leaking constantly. I’ve called, I’ve emailed, no response. Finally my husband gets someone and is told the warranty department will call him back. They don’t. So he calls again and is told by the end of the day the warranty department will call him back. They don’t. I finally call again, raise hell and still don’t get anywhere. Management says they can’t connect me to the warranty department, I have to wait for them to call me. Still nothing. I have disputed the charge on my credit card, and have emailed them again. This is insane, and completely unacceptable. I will never use the company again.
