All they want is your application fee of almost $100.00 and then deny you for living there. Tried to see what I could do to live there and it was just a game. They said that they would see what they could do and they never got back to me and I’m still waiting after 2 weeks for a response and they never answer their phones.

Car Was Wrongfully Towed...They only Have Two Guest Parking For Guest ...Which Is right By The Entrance & Dumpster Another Car Can Hit Your Car...I Told My Guest where to park which is the guest parking and her car still got towed

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Within a few weeks of moving in my brother had his place almost broken into. Two kids in black hoodies showed up with a crow bar, he just barely was able to scare them off. The staff did practically nothing to reassure him, all they did was put a new lock on the door. If he hadnt have just gotten home from work someone wouldve broken in. Shortly after, even though he paid his rent early, the staff decides to harass him, threatening to kick him out based on incorrect information provided by a nosy neighbor. The manager was rude and treated him poorly just based off of his young age, not even taking into consideration anyone else his age would be mooching off their folks or doing drugs and being a worthless member of society. Bottom line, its a crappy apartment complex in the wrong area of Tampa, not the damn Ritz, and they should treat their tenants better. If someone minds their business and pays up, leave them alone.

The absolute worst customer service ever. The people in the office are some of the rudest, most incompetent people you will ever deal with. Dont waste your time or your money coming here. Rent is cheap but the trifling mentality of the people in the office ruin everything. I just had a simple question in regards to the lease but both the manager and the leasing consultant were rude as hell. Theyre all the look you in the eyes and lie to your face type of people. I only gave them one star because none wasnt an option.

Little to no insulation between bottom and top floors, i can hear every conversation, foot step, even snoring of my upper neighbors. I was even able to record a video as proof. The rent has already been raised though there havent been any updates or improvements..it doesnt make any sense. Why raise the rent if nothing is being added?? We already have to drive to the pool. The parking lot set for residents is probably 7ft worth of space to try & navigate through & then park. Ive seen a girl almost wreck her car trying to get out of a ‘space’, if you want to call it that. I wont be renewing this lease. Its horrific. On my off days i cant even sleep because of the neighbors above me’s creaking floor. The office claims these apartments have been updated, but i have yet to see it. & the water heater is literally in the bedroom closet. No door to cover it, so it takes up 1/3 of the small closet. & when my neighbors flush their toilet or run any form of water it literally runs down the walls. Its HORRIBLE.

Wish i could give a negative review. Susan Cabrera is by far the worst property manager I have ever encountered. For one she lies about everything to cover herself even if its ruining her maintenance or leasing office reputation. I have resided there for over 3 and a half years prior to PSDM (Pacifica SanDiego Management) taking over. I not once had a problem with the previous property management. With this property management I have had leaks from tenants above moving out and their washer leaked into my apartment, mold had built and Susan swore mold does not accumulate that fast; mind you it took them over a month and a half to fix it. Maintenance even said it was mold while she swore it was not, I was forced to buy a air purifier ($400 not reimbursed). Had my fiance pregnant at the time and a 2 year old, so you know I was worried and frustrated. Once taken over pest control stopped coming for 2 and a half months, roaches occured (never had a problem prior). Terminators said that the new management did not agree to the cost of exterminating and had not been paid. Grass and lawn care didnt show up for 2 months. Than I finally move out and left the place clean and still they took $215 out of my security deposit i didnt receive till 2 months later. I moved out Oct.28th, didnt receive my deposit till January 2nd and had called corporate over 100 times as by Statute of Fl 83.49 they violated. Please do not get hustled by this new management. Better yet please do not have Susan running these locations into the ground based off unprofessionalism, the worry free state of mind, condescending, ruthlessness that she posseses. I have owned two businesses managed 3 other business and never in my life have dealt with such appauling management, who does not care for the residents nor leaving residents. You never know who may be a returning resident, for me that is out of the question. Please do research on PSDM Better Business Bureau. Most of the positive reviews were based off a possible discount on rent, and by the same person. Research people!!

I was trying to lease an apartment and never recieved a call back regarding the decision to be made. I applied monday and was told i would be informed in an hour. I waited until Friday to call and was informed that i had been denied. Which pissed me off hell at least call and tell me dont have someone waiting because we were denied. And when i call to find out they had the worse attitude ever. Smh.

Just had a water leak at 5 30am. I called for emergency maintenance 6 times it is now 839 am and still no call from anyone. I even called the corporate office. We have changed management 2 weeks ago and this is what we have to put up with. I have only been in this apartment for three months and Im ready to leave.
