Ive lived here for five years in three different units (I only moved around because of remodeling) and have absolutely nothing bad to say about the complex and leasing or maintenance staff. Any maintenance request has always been handled swiftly, the front office has always been so kind to me and answered any questions or concerns Ive had throughout the years, and the maintenance guys always say hello when they see me. Tati does an amazing job making sure residents are taken care of, Heidy is very easy to talk to, and Briana is so nice. They are always doing things for residents as pick me ups and they communicate very clearly with notices on the door and emails. 10/10 suggest renting at Arbour Ponds.
I love living here. The maintenance team is awesome !!!! Place is recommended if you would like to live in a quiet, safe, well maintained, full of nature and very well priced apartment community in Tampa.
Nice apartment, with good location, leasing office is also very responsive
I have lived here for over two years and the staff is always nice and friendly. Whenever you call they are always happy to help. Ask for Briana! The Maintenance team is on point and fixes things very quickly! They have also down great with Covid-19 CDC guidelines and protocols. The location is amazing and of course my favorite part is all the Pounds and Fountains with Ducks 🦆 all around... and the Bucs Stadium 🏟 is super close too. Go Bucs!
1. The people in office never pick up the phone. Terrible service from the office
I recently moved out of this Apartment. Did not have great experience here. Mainly because of their staff at leasing office. The staff is very unresponsive and not at all friendly. They do not communicate properly. When there was a scheduled inspection of our house they did not tell us that we had to out of our house 2 hours before the scheduled inspection and then they tell us you were supposed to be out. We understand the COVID concerns but they have to communicate the rules and regulations well before.
We have always had a quick response for any maintenance problem and everyone is helpful. I would like to especially mention Harold and Bryan in particular since they are always willing to help!
In the past 10 years I lived in more than eight apartments, and I gotta say that this was the worst place that I ever lived. After I lived here for less than a year, I decided to move out ASAP even it was during the peak of COVID. With rude management and not well kept apartments, you will be overwhelmed with frustration. There are plenty of nice apartments in the area with good management. Please spend a few extra bucks and save yourself from this apartment.
Management services are good when u put management request they will fix it out as soon as they can .. appreciable Nd very friendly ..I don’t have that much issues with the apartment Nd it’s decent only .. so many families living here
Management completely ruined our idea of possibly applying here. My roommate called to setup a tour. We got confirmation that the tour was scheduled and it was virtual, due to COVID (no one told us that at first, but okay). Day of, we never got a call or email with directions on how to “start” the tour, we had to call ourselves and got general info from a general MAXX Properties line, not even the specific complex. Later on that same day, we went driving and got the actual complex. At the time, they had other people in the office, but my roommate went in to see if we could get more info on availability, since we never really got the tour per se. They told him to stick around and as soon as they were done with the couple they had there, they would call us so we could come in. We waited outside and saw the couple leave and kept waiting around 20 minutes, no one called. We left. We got home and for the rest of the day, no call whatsoever. We are both very disappointed and have no interest in this community anymore.
Arbour Ponds is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. You will pay over $100 for water, sewer and trash. They will try to charge you for as much as they can and tack on fees to your rent. The management is awful. Our neighbors have termites, there were so many ants in the apartment when we moved in, and everything in the apartment is super cheap. I would not recommend living here and cannot wait until my lease is up so I can get out.
I am a current resident and this is just a bad place to live. Walls are thin; ventilation is jointed so anyone that smokes, it vents through the other units. The office is closed most of the time, and the units are economical class over charging rent. The rent is worth the amount they are charging for these economical units. The ladies in the office are friendly but that is about it...
Its actually in a very good location, the apartments are nice. However, like most complexes the management is extremely unfortunate to deal with. I had several issues during my time here. One being, they try and refuse showing you the apartment before you sign your lease. Dont fall for their tricks make sure you know what youre getting yourself into! The complex says they will email you when your packages arrive but that never happened once. Id recommend purchasing a PO box if you plan on living here. You should plan on finding a local laundromat as the machines where broken for the majority of my lease. They also cost $2+ a load which adds up.One of the only positives is the maintenance team. The maintenance workers are always extremely helpful and professional.Water and Trash costs vary from $30-$75 a month and the electricity for a bigger unit averaged $105 monthly.Update: I moved out almost 6 months ago and never received my security deposit back. (im guessing because of this review lols)
I have never written a review but this situation is just getting frustrating. I moved to unit 1705 two months ago and my experience hasnt been pleasant. Lets start when I first moved the apartment was not clean enough, there was pain on the washer/drier and floor, dirt on the corners of the apartment, there is a stain on the fridge door, carpet was barely clean, deff no deep cleaned, etc. There is definitely something wrong with the floors. It is not flat, some spots are soft it feels like are pothole under it.I understand some noise can be transfer from unit to unit but here is wayyy too much. The walls are Paper Thin like everyone says.My major problem is the noise and not being able to sleep in the morning because of it. I have been getting waken up early in the morning for two months now by the floor squeaking terribly of my neighbor upstairs. It is way too loud, believe me, It is just a nightmare, It sounds like the subfloor is falling apart. It sucks because I cant get back to sleep. On top I hear his/her alarm clearly every morning btw 5 and 6am while I dont have to up by 8, believe me it sucks getting awake on some elses schedule All the time!! I had neighbors upstairs in the past in other apartments but the noise was never like this. I cant literally wait to move out!Now I wonder if this is way they didnt want to show the units before moving in (yes Covid but other apartments in the area were doing so)Also, as I read others peoples reviews it makes me question other things like if there are actually termites on the units, not getting deposits backs and extra water chargers. Now I dont know if I should trust this place. The parking lot isnt clean. I have seem food, bottles of water, packages of snacks on the parking spaces. We live in a community lets keep the common areas clean.
This is the 6th apartment Ive ever rented and the first with SERIOUS PEST PROBLEMS. Im talking mice and roaches. The toilet didnt work when I first moved in. They over charge for trash and water. Maintenance rarely fixes issues. I have had to put in multiple request for the same problem because the maintenance men dont actually fix anything when they come
I have to say that the apartment itself is very modern and spacious (1bed, 1 bath). Location is great, right off of Dale Mabry and i275 and tons of shops near by. The walls are paper thin but you kind of expect some noise transfer when living in an apartment complex. Now to the fun stuff...supposedly it is a gated community, but the gate works maybe 65% of the time. The laundry facilities are never fully functional and when they are, they are dirty. Maintenance takes forever and a day to come to take care of your issues and the best part is that the staff in the office is mediocre. Melissa at the front desk is as pleasant as a box of rocks. She shows no customer service skills and acts like she hates her job. We have complained to the management about her behavior but they seem to just brush it off. I dont know you, but if you ask me, even if I had issues with the complex, if the office staff made me feel important it would me a much easier pill to swallow. In conclusion, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
Ive lived here for over a year now, and Ive had no problems. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful anytime I have had a problem and maintenance typically responds very quickly. Our AC went out one night and when we reported it the next morning, the maintenance guy told us that we should have called them as soon as we realized it wasnt working. The prices are a little high here, but its right next to the stadium, grocery stores and a ton of restaurants. My only real complaint is with the size and temperature of the gym. Definitely recommend going in the morning or at night. However, unlike many of the other apartment complexes in the area, the gym here is open 24/7/365.The best part of this complex: all the ducks and ducklings in the area! 🙂All in all, this place has treated us pretty good.
When in use the clothes dryer sent hot air into the room; Harold soon came and found that the duct had come loose and so did not vent the hot air to the outside; he replaced the existing tie with a more secure clamp and that fixed the problem and should prevent a reoccurrence.
I have been living in Arbour Ponds for over a year and had issue after issue with this complex. I have written to management multiple times to take care of the termites I have in my unit and they have done the BARE MINIMUM to take care of the issue. The front office does not respond to issues in a timely manner (or at all) and in my personal experience, the only way I have received a response is to actually go into the office or call them on the phone. I have even written a letter to the Regional Manager, Michele Bravo, and I have yet to hear a response. The email I sent her is below. I would avoid this complex completely. The pricing and “newly renovated units” are completely deceiving. The units are extremely old and only received a new coat of paint and some new appliances. I have had plumbing issues, rats living in my ceiling, broken A/C unit, and now termites which are getting inside my unit, not just in the wood. My recommendation is to spend a little more and rent an apartment with a more trustworthy & responsive complex. They are currently in breach of my lease and refuse to even let me out of it without penalty, even though I should not be penalized for something completely out of my control.Email that was sent - My name is Laura and I currently live in apartment # at Arbour Ponds. I have been living here since beginning of 2018 and my experience so far has been less than desired. Since I have moved in, there has been one issue after another (animal living in my ceiling, broken A/C unit, flooding pipes)- which is to be expected in an apartment complex and for the most part the maintenance team has been on it when needed. The front office on the other hand is very slow to respond, if they respond at all.I currently have termites in my unit, which for me is a breaking point. I have had them since I moved into the complex but didnt report it last year because I didnt know at the time thats what they were. When I moved in there were termite wings left all around the window, which I just cleaned up without thinking much about it. I have had termites in my apartment every night for the past month. I spend a good portion of my evening having to kill bugs off of my curtains each night and clean up leftover wings and bug bodies which is disgusting and extremely exhausting. I have found termites in my clothing, on my rug, carpet, and even in my bed. I do not keep my unit dirty and for me to have bugs all over, its unacceptable and disgusting. I have reported it to the front office and unfortunately each time I have had to wait entirely too long for a response. A few of the times I have had to call or go in (after my emails) to the office to get a response. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I have been told a pest control worker has been in my unit twice for inspection and that my unit is the only unit in the building that has termites (like that matters to me). They have supposedly treated the issue but I am still currently having to kill a new batch of bugs each night since they have treated. The stress I have experienced from this whole ordeal has honestly taken a toll on me and I just want it to be fixed. This company is currently in breach of my contract because now while you have supposedly tried to fix the issue, it hasnt been fixed. At this point, I would like to either be released from my lease or be moved to another unit that doesnt have any termite/pest issues. I would also appreciate a discount in my rent for the month for all of the issues I have had to deal with.I do hope to hear from you ASAP. I can be reached by phone or via email. Please let me know if you have any questions or need photos of the termite issue.Thank you for your time,
Ive been here nearly a year now. Unless youre in a new model unit, youre paying a lot for a relatively small and dingy apartment. This is partially because of the location, which I love. Being close to the interstate and several large shopping centers is extremely handy. With that being said, their maintenance is AWESOME. They have a great maintenance help line, very professional and attentive. All the problems I have had, big and small, have been solved within a day or two of reporting them. The leasing office itself is extremely difficult to reach by phone or email, but there is someone in the office 7 days a week, so stopping by is always an option. The only reason I didnt give this place 4 stars is because of the price I am paying for the unit.
Im a current resident in this worst appartment located in Tampa. It doesnt provide any best or even minimum facilities but charges good rent. The staff is very unresponsive and they have their own set of rules and policies which are so convenient for the management but does not provide any comfort to the resident
3 star because of the location and proximity to downtown. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. However, the leasing office is closed half the time and always seems understaffed. The walls are PAPER THIN. I had to repeatedly call the cops last summer when my downstairs neighbors were yelling from 1-5am on a daily basis. My downstairs neighbor smokes cigarettes in their bathroom and we can always smell it in ours. My next door neighbors, who seem to have about 10 people living there, are constantly shouting in the hallway, slamming doors, and cause the entryway to our apartment to reek of weed.
I moved here two months ago, and I had good experience so far. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The building fasades might need some upgrade, but remodeling work inside deserves five stars. I like floors, granite tops and new appliances. A bath tub is old, but I can tolerate that.Maintenance guys are often on time, especially for emergency cases. Office staff could be more responsive and listen to tenants carefully. I understand their job, since I have been in customer service and social work for a long time. At the same time, they need to understand that tenants want to get what they’re paying for. Little lies here and there are not good the reputation they’re trying to build. This complex barely has 2 1/2 stars. It’s not as bad as people say it is, but constant improvement and is a must for any business. The prices can be raised after all criteria’s are met, not the other way around.Another reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is the gym that needs some work done, paper towels, and Lysol spray available. The gym is very small and it has very few old equipments. The pool is decent and clean.Location is great, if you’re not annoyed by traffic during concert and football season.
The walls and floors are wood frame so youre going to hear some noise from people above you but its not insane, just light footsteps and some creaking. Unless you have an inconsiderate neighbor blasting music its not an issue. The rent is reasonable for the area and the renovated units are very well done. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are hard to find in a rental unit. The complex is very dog friendly, they have a bunch of dog stations with bags and places to throw them away. The complex isnt huge but its a good place to take your dog for a walk and hang out on the picnic tables or walk around the ponds.Overall, I would highly recommend Arbour Ponds and give little weight to the few people a year who leave a bad review. Considering there are 336 units in the complex and a couple people a year leave a bad review I think thats a pretty low rate of unsatisfied customers.EDIT: After living here for about six months, Ive had a few maintenance issues and theyve all been handled quickly by friendly/professional employees. This is the best property management company Ive rented an apartment from so far.
This complex is HORRIBLE. I moved out about 5 months ago, now I have been sent to collections for $800 of FALSE charges! They claimed I had a cat and it caused damages. I HAD NO ANIMAL!!!!! When I went to speak with them, they told me that there was nothing they can do and I had to talk to the collection agency. So now I am fighting with a collection agency, trying to get this dropped because it has already messed up my credit. They are liars, plus the apartments are old and run down. Dont waste your time
Over priced. The sq ft are very small. No swimming pool. No washer dryer in unit. The main door is damaged always. Roaches in apartments. No vallet trash. No fitness center
I really love it here. Very quiet property and close to a lot of stores & restaurants. Neighbors are incredibly nice. Office staff is very helpful and sweet...especially Hope :-) Apartment feels a lot larger than 650 sq.ft. so definitely a 5 star experience so far.
Been here for months now and can tell how much of a baby people are now and days. Growing up I unclogged my own toilet and didnt cry to people about my own problems. Ugh! you cant even trust reviews now and days. Its not as bad as everyone thinks. - Coming from an adult
I lived in Arbour Ponds for 8 months. The apartment was fine for the price I was paying, cant complain about it. Very helpful maintenance team. However, I moved out almost 2 months ago and they still didnt give me a refund check yet. First I was told it would take 1-3 weeks to get it, then a month. Ive called, e-mailed and they always have an excuse and it seems like they cant do anything about it. Its so frustrating and annoying.
I wound not recommend..the residents/complex was nice quiet everyone pretty much kept to themselves no real problems.. the apartments are outdated everything needs to be updated.. but I hear they are renovating two per month now. I had an issue with my AC for months I had to buy myself a unit for my room since it was the middle of the summer in Florida it was finally fixed after about 4 months .no kind of compensation was even offered .. and now Im seeing that they have charged me on my deposit for rent when I moved out on time and a late fee because I couldnt pay online on the due date because they close the account online out for that month early and when I went in to pay it they had me call the manager for this District but I never got a call back and it seems like they charge me for the rest of the month and not the prorated amount.. they charge me for damage to the carpet but they are renovating the apartment and laying down woodlike panels.. I have read some of the reviews and Im not even going to go through the headache of trying to dispute this with them seems like a very frustrating and complicated drawn-out thing.. they charge you for the gate card not a replacement just to have one which is necessary to get in and out of the complex or you have to sit around and wait for a car or someone else to walk through the gate..All appliances and fixtures need to be updated they dont even have a garbage disposal, Apartments are too small and too high of charge for what they offer, theyre charging for the area but not meeting the area standards. When I moved in they told me the pool woilf be worked on for about a month or two, I moved there in December so that was fine,, well its December again, I moved out and the pool has just started to be worked on, so no pool for the summer for my little brothers. So many people only stayed for one Lease just like I did and I hate movingI would not recommend anyone moving here.. the staff was nice for the most partAnd they over charge for trash and water like $70 extra a month for a pool that was not even in service
This place has been great so far and the office staff has been awesome. Where else can you live in such a great location for such a great price?? I love it here!
BEWARE, PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Awful experience! Many hidden fees. Ive had so many problems with rodents, roaches, Mosquitos, and a squirrel got into the apartments once through the air unit, WTF?! Everything is always breaking, even when fixed itll just break again in a matter of a week or so. The staff is far from friendly, dont be fooled with first impressions. They are rude, unorganized, and dont have the proper knowledge to run an apartment complex, theyll always direct your problems to someone else, thus never getting anywhere. The only good thing about this place is the location, that is if you like being stopped my homeless people every time you leave the property. The gate never works properly, they WONT give you a gate key for everyone in the household, only 1 card. Extras cost $50! The fitness center is a JOKE! Only 1 out of their 4 machines work. STAY OUT OF HERE! Trust the reviews. You might be offered a great deal for your first year, but they WILL increase your rent by $100-$200 to renew your lease. If youre looking for a long stay, invest a little more elsewhere.
Dont care what other people have said in the past! This place is really good :) This is my first time moving out on my own! But this place is the best! Both receptionists at the front desk are super nice and happy. They made the move in process so much easier and explained everything so well. Also you have the maintenance team on your side. They are super nice and fix anything you ask. If you think something might be wrong they will come over and look at it with no issue. And if something needs to be replaced it will be no charge :) ( Side Note) The rent is good too. Its your rent and for water its around like 12$ and 7$ for trash. Also no matter how much you use the water. Its still the same amount :) also the apartments has Wifi hook up. Also phone and Cable :) theonly thing that is bad is the bugs but what can you do but just keep your apartment clean thats all you can do really
I wish I can give zero star.... This is the worst apartment complex in whole Tampa. Whenever you reach out to front desk they never answer the phone. Also, There is problem with the water Supply. In Last 15 days, they have stopped water supply 2 times without any prior notice .
The walls are PAPER THIN. I can hear the noice and feel the vibrations of everything close. The upstairs neighbors stomping every single day and night. The kids stomping running outside. Every door near me opening and closing. They charge a lot more than its worth. The newly renovated bathroom vent is loud and screechy. The tile around the tub has just just been painted over a dirty wall. The toilet KEEPS clogging. Theyve come like 4times now. The maintenance men are nice. Even the light switches are old and loud.I can also hear when ever my neighbors shower and flush their own toilet. At least 2 washer dryer units dont workin the laundry facility.
Very quite community with friendly neighbors the apartments need a little upgrading but they’re clean and the AC works amazing the closet space is big but the pool is always dirty 😬 they are close to a lot of nearby stores and with easy access to the highway
Pretty sure we have termites because the subfloor in my apartment is literally falling apart. Feels like there are potholes under the carpet. Leasing agent at the office wasn’t worried about it though. (Uh ok?)Maintenance crew is the best part of this place, they are very nice and are very responsive. They will screw you though by telling you your rent is going to be raised 14 days prior to your 60 day non renewal notice that way they can make sure you don’t have enough time to find a new place if you don’t agree, even though they’ve known about rental rates going up months in advance. My friend got her notice in the same fashion back in November.
You would think that as much as you see people moving out from this community constantly, that they would be a little more flexible on their rates. When i moved in here a year ago i was looking for a stable place but due to my new renewal offer letter which is about $150.00 increase (not including utilities) i now have to move out. When i signed my lease i was told that crime is not allowed and i was subject to an eviction if i did a crime during my residency at Arbour Ponds Apartments. But is a Policy that THEY DO NOT ENFORCE.As soon as it gets dark YOU WILL SEE A LOT OF SHADY CHARACTERS pacing around in bikes and looking inside of cars.Besides convenience there is nothing GREAT about this complex. Class C apartments with Class A prices.Dont think just because theres a gate that the place must be a very safe place because its not and most of the time the GATE is open because it constantly breakdown and stays open.If you want to pay a lot of money for a place that is NOT worth the HUGE amount of rent they ask for this is the place for you.
DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS! If it would let me i wouldnt even give this place one star! I am not usually one to write reviews but enough is enough! This place is just terrible! My partner and I have lived here for 3 years. Last year in June they shut down the pool. At first it was closed for a few months, then they promised it would be open for summer of 2016. We are now in August and NO POOL! And they have no answer as to when it will be open. In fact, the girls who work in office dont have any answers! And when our friends moved in in March, they where lied to about the fact that pool wasnt working. The front gate is always broken. The laundry card machine works sometimes. Basically, any amenity they offer could break at any time and the complex and corporate have no problem leaving it broken. SERIOUSLY! avoid the headache and move somewhere where the lease you sign offers everything it says it does!
MAXX PROPERTIES and ARBOUR PONDS. DO NOT MOVE INTO UNIT 1412. DO NOT MOVE TO ARBOUR PONDS IN GENERAL. Apartment and management are horrendous. We had an apartment with some sort of noxious fume that would irritate our eyes and throat if you spent more than 30 min inside. Management and corporate refused to talk to us for OVER A WEEK. The only solution they offered was more noxious air freshner. We find out from neighbor and maintenance that the previous tenant was a indoor chain smoker. It also turns out the ceiling of the hallway had heavy water damage. We had to stay at friends apartment until they released us from the contract and move out.
DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS!The apartments are very outdated, my apartment door doesnt shut all the way, I have bugs in my bed room and Ive called 3 times and still no one has done anything about it, the gate at the front of the complex is broken half like time, they charge you for a pool that hasnt been open in 3 months and apparently wont be open until Labor Day, they add on extra fees they dont tell you about when you sign your lease, the staff here is rude and too young to know what theyre even talking about, everything is over priced, so save your money and go to a better apartment complex. We are now stuck in this lease until March 2017 and are trying to figure what we can do. THIS IS THE WORST APRATMENT COMPLEX I HAVE LIVED IN.
Great place and very quiet I lived here 2 years no problems
Where should I start. 1 star is actually being generous. From the get go I knew I had been conned. My unit upon move in was not move in ready. The carpet had been cleaned from the previous tenant however still had black and red stains and cigarette burns throughout. The appliances were from circa 1980 i do believe. The dishwasher was crudded with soap scum and black mold and inoperable. Trying to run it the first time caused a minor flood in the kitchen. Maintenance came to replace and did but a few weeks later the brand new one stopped working. I had to have the stove replaced because it was so old it was rust rotted and unusable. The washer and dryer have still not been replaced and the dryer has now been leaving rust marks on my clothing. Maintenance came to look at the rust problem and stated that no rust was found. Moving onto the noise level. You can hear practically every aingle step or stomp rather including when they play music or watch tv. Sometimes the music is so loid it has made everything vibrate on my walls and caused pictures to fall and break. Flashforward to today. I just resigned reluctantly for another year as it is 5 mins from my work and beyond convenient. I got woken up at about 10 on a Sunday to water flooding out of my bathroom ceiling, fire alarm, electrical in the walls. I went upstairs to find out what was going on only to find that my neighbors above me went to the bathroom and flooded the toilet. Their floor was sitting in 2 inches of water /toilet paper pieces and feces. To my shock and horror i realized that THIS was the water entering my apt. This has now become a safety hazard as water is spewing out of the electrical in my ceiling and walls where the main circuit breaker is and my apt literally smells like crap. Emergency maintenance was dispatched and he did his best to shop vac as much as he could out of the floor, walls and celing and left an industrial floor dryer overnight which is now blowing the stench around my entire apt. With it being Sunday i promptly went to the front office to discuss my concerns of safety hazard and biohazard and general disgust. Only to find out the property manager is not there on weekends. First thing tomorrow morning i will reporting back up to the office to give them an ear full and either demand reimbursement of personal belongings that were damaged and to be put into a brand new unit. For those of you even thinking about renting here DONT!!!!!!! Run away as far as you can!!!!!! Ive lived in numerous apt complexes over the years but this place takes the cake. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience ever since day one and i cant believe i talked myself into resigning for another year. Shame on you arbour ponds for not doing better. One word to describe this complex. GHETTO.
Would not recommend. Unprofessional staff. Overpriced for the neighborhood. Loud Neighbors.
The staff must be different now because they are very nice...they fixed evey problem weve had so far...and its clean clean clean. Incluso si hablas español ellos son respetuosos y amables
Hiden fees dont trust in them at start they seem friendly and everything cookies and cream but then when you try to move out they charge you fees for utilities that you are paying every month and every year add $100. For stay there.
Poor support from the leasing management when in need.......
Dirty, dirty, dirty.. Dog poop everywhere and they never have disposed trash in a timely manner.
Worst apartment complex ever management and maintainance is the worst would not recommend anyone they are also old and wayyyyyyy overpriced!
This apartments are over priced so the small size that they are.Office staff are very rude and it seems like they are always on their period.Instead of taking care of the residents at renewal time they sky high the renewal rate so that you move out.I would not suggest or invite anyone to move in to this apartments.
I lived here 22 years ago and it sounds like it hasnt changed a bit. Carpet got so infested with fleas i had to move. Gate STILL not working after 22 years? LOL
The maintenance is ok. There is no play area for kids
Not bad for location and price.
Horrible place.. Dont choose this apartments unless you dont have any other option... this place is full of lizards, reptiles.. Smells like old haunted place..
The water heater on the floor above us broke and flooded our apartment, all they did was -paint- over the walls, damage still exists that has not been repaired
They are horrible lying people!
Over priced
Just bad service
I was living in this place for 3 years, I was paying more than 1200 rent, I always paid on time, I moved because my contract was already overdue and I had to move out of an apartment because they were going to remodel it, it means they were going to break things, the carpet was almost the same as when I moved for the first time, everything is fine nothing broken everything in perfect condition just a sticker on a door that said,, loves,, a very small sticker, they 15 days before I delivered the apartment made an inspection and they declared that everything is perfectly fine, then they were going to return the $$$ deposit that I said at the beginning that if I do not remember more than 350, well in case I took the sticker and the cleaning of the apartment they charged me the whole warehouse, and I tell myself, an apartment that they were going to remodel, they have to clean it, I gave them a star because there is nothing lower, stay away from here there are much nicer and cheaper places and in good places, no They are honest, I forgot when I asked for the letter saying that everything was fine and they would return my deposit, they never found the letter
It is not cheap, but it is a good place to live.
Excellent attention from the handle and all the workers, very comfortable and beautiful
They are a precarious service of the se, delays are pity and are silly, slugs, ignorant etc.
Oh no
