After 17 years of living here this place as has never been this well kept. The ladies in the office treat us like family and really care about us being happy and taking care of our home. Keep up the good work

For this being my first apartment it’s nice, the office staff is very nice and respectful. Anytime I have a problem they try there best to solve or help me with it … looking to rent I don’t see why you shouldn’t consider the palms at Ashley oaks

Apartments are ran down and moldy. Staff are incompetent. Do not recommend. I broke my lease due to these circumstances.

I am all moved in and I am super happy, everything ran very well! we love the apartment.

The property has been through a lot of changes and very happy with the end result. The office and maintenance are so helpful and knowledgeable. My work orders are done same day, thanks for being a great help and making my apartment my home.

Christy is so great! I really love the new management. The maintenance staff has been excellent as well, definitely been a turnaround from the last management they were under.

I have lived here for five months. The staff have been nice and very helpful. I havent had any issues while living here. The apartment is reasonably priced, they are not top of the line but for the price they are decent. It has been quite and not a lot of in and out traffic. I am satisfied here.

I love living here! They’ve made some great improvements lately and the new manager Emily is really helpful.

The new office manager Emily made my move in experience great! She is very nice, you can tell she cares about the property and the residents.

Place is definitely nicer than it used to be. Can tell new managements definitely doing a better job. Huge difference in how it looks, n people were nice!!!

Horrible place to live, different management every other month, they charge for Pest control included in rent but no one ever comes. They never fix anything, theres no emergency maintenance which they falsely advertise. The water pressure sucks. you can only use one sink at a time. AND, rent goes up every year weather you can afford it or not.

My water is completely un inhabitable, its not even the color of rust. It is burgandy poor out of every water faucet and I have lived here since 2014 and they keep selling over the property. I have the worst Infestation of cockroaches and when the plumber came they are using temporary PVC to bypass in which even the plumber says its only temp. My roof and walls still have damaged from hurricane irma. I have gave notices many times and the only reason I stayed is because I am a struggling college student in which before they even attempted to fixThey are binding people to renew even with the conditions as is - and seeing people as a number and for any one willing to pay at market price which is almost a $1000 and when i moved here it was $549 2014 !its currently 2018 going into 2019 in 2 months Nothing has changed here in order for the market to raise that cost of living I mean absolutely not over doing it here. I am being as clear as possible, I currently have huge holes in my bathroom and hall way while they even went under my sink and trashed my kitchen floor and I had to clean it. But the whole in my bathroom from there work is still there. I dont do review but i am letting you know. Having all that said its your decision.However, pro-New staff is nice and hoping to make changesIn response to response: I have reached put may times since 2014. But that you for your timely response.

If you want water all over your furniture or someone else feces in your tub or your toliet water coming from your toliet and into your tub or water coming from under the toliet or water coming from your front door like a pool ill suggest this place oh and they charge you for your bill when they plumbers come out because maintenance doesnt know what they are doing.. PLEASE RUN RUN RUN!!!! If i can give them no stars i would

Have been living here for a year with my roomate and i have meet new staffings or leasing managment or manager the last leasing agent we had and manager was the best kiara leasing agent was so helpful i am so sad there are not her but i dont have no complains about our new Leasing Agent Alba that girl is awsome she is very great each time i step in that office she is always smiling and good morning good afternoon and oferring cofee and also water i have called that office and when alba is not working the Maneger who work there Kristine she is so rude dont know how to treat a residents and i never have seen that lady walking the filed to see hoy is the halls or the outside oh the apartments i dont understand how that lady is a manager she open those big eyes she scare the hell out of me she need to get the hell out of here.

Terrible management. Very unprofessional apart from the young woman Tiara who is cool. Lisandra Rios never responds to phone calls nor emails and always pretends she cannot hear you when you come in person with a concern or request. Rumors has it that she has hearing difficulties although Im not sure if they clear up if you speak to her in Espanol. If you phone in an issue (repair damaged plumbing etc) forget about it. You MUST come in in person and mean mug to get your issue addressed.Unless you require cheap housing and are on your last leg (former felon, jobless or just masochistic), do NOT stay at this location. The neighbors are nice but its the management that brings down the experience for everyone.Old dangerous infrastructure (my apartment has a useless peephole, gangrene on the base of the bathtub between that and the floor but most importantly Lisandra Rios has ZERO customer service skills.

Ive lived here since April and its been nothing but problems... I dont pay my rent that includes water for me to be going on five days with no hot water.... Been calling and going up to the office, either nobody is there or their not answering the phones... This is so upsetting that it doesnt make any sense

Needs more staff and be open on the weekends
