Beautiful apartment. Very very clean. Been here two weeks and have yet to see any critters in the apartment. Unheard of for Florida! Elena and Denise were super patient with my 80,000 neurotic phone calls. Super nice and quiet place to call home.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not move here.. I don’t recommend for anyone.. This was my first apartment and it was a horrible experience. My apartment got shot into on New Years and I have 2 children, I had Mold problems that I had to report to code enforcement for because the office did absolutely nothing, I was also assaulted by another tenant and nothing was done after I reported it.. I’ve even had problems within the office and it’s management team dealing with money.. I could go on for hours but the point is this is not worth your money !!

I’ve been there 9 years we finally have a nice and understanding manager Denise Wyatt . I was getting ready to move out but she came in the office and i know it’s going to be a better community to live in now.Thanks

If you looking for assistance because of COVID or anything they will not help you at all they’ll say umm ? Until you walk out then post your eviction notice cause Covid-19 put you out half a month non of the care

Please do yourself a favor run away .. they will mess up your credit... after I was leaving for 3 months with no hot water, mold, got water pup up every time it’s raining ... I just received a bill from the collection for a carpet fee... please do yourself a favor find a decent place where they can help you I asked them where those bill fee from carpet can from nobody can explain to u nothing...

Just moved in two weeks ago and its the best choice Ive made! Beautiful apartment, HUGE CLOSET :D Great neighbor! And the office staff is amazing, very helpful, and patient (Im a handful). Brittany is the best, she was so attentive to my needs!!! :)

I visited these apartments while in town looking for a new place. The leasing specialist was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the property and area. I would definitely have moved to this complex if I hadn’t accepted a job in GA.

This place is spacious and open. Since, new management came in, they have upgraded and made proper changes.

The staff is really friendly and will find ways to make Puritan Place Apts a pleasant place live. If I had to say something bad. It would be that visitors should not be able to park where the residents park.

I love it been nothing but great since I moved in. I was moving with a quickness and they made sure everything was set done and ready once I signed the paperwork and moved right in.

The only reason I am still here is because my lease is a year long.

Apartments are clean and spacious. Management is friendly and reliable.

The staff goes out of their way to help as quickly as they can. Maintenance is good and will be realistic about time frames. Also they are continuously improving the property. If you shop around in the area, they are definitely one of the most affordable and I feel like Im getting great value for my money.Also they have discounts for many major area employers and 1st responders. Come check them out, you wont regret it.**if you lived in a home you will have to realize that there are adaptions but for apartment living, this is one of the best value and overall that ive experienced.**A satisfied 3yr resident

New management has done a great job with upgrading this community

They take you in at a reasonable rent price, once youve been living there for more than 12 months, they start to increase your rent by 15%-20% year over year, forcing you to pay or move.

These apartments have great space but the management is terrible. Will listen to gossip before facts. And will do anything to keep your deposit. Very unprofessional.

Worst apartment they raised the rent price never fixed anything when u complain...parking is a headache ..you can’t find a spot to park and you get towed to diferent spot ... people who’s not leaving here park for several weeks and you the residents have issues with parking...I stayed there for a year ... 3 months before my lease ended no hot water they still charge me for water even no hot water ... look the wall where they use to have mold on it

Maintenance goes into your apartment with bogus excuses, every month. So if youre not at your apartment because your at work, they walk in to do who knows what all the time. No privacy, they could do anything, probably even steal personal information.

Im new here and I do hear music and kids running up stairs and it doesnt bother me. I love my apartment and the neighborhood seems pretty calm considering it does look kinda ghetto. I feel that maintenance needs to do a better job at what they do around the apartments, thats all...

No security, no cameras, no gates, lighting is poor. Constant crime, loud music, tenants always fighting, arguing, shouting (it comes with the area as well). Police are always there. Apartments have glass sliding doors to the outside which make it smooth for any criminal to break into your apartment. Not a safe place.

Quiet, but not worth the money, maintenance only comes when you call directly, apartments are cheaply built and they will hold your deposit for as long a possible without a viable explanation. And it doesn’t look like they changed the foundation for the building that burned down.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER rent at this apartment complex. If it were possible to give them a 0, I would. I never had an issue until just recently when they started their upgrades. They currently have rehab going on above my apartment and they start at 7:00am from Monday to Friday. Imagine living in a ground floor apartment with saws and drills running from 7:00am with no consideration for the other tenants. My bathroom has been flooded twice now and the excuse Ive been given is its apartment living, get over it. There are no laws stopping us from starting the rehab at 7:00am.I currently work in property management so I know there are no laws that can stop them, however, as a courtesy to the their current tenants that pay their rent, it would be nice to be able to let my 2 year old daughter sleep in. The best part is that the property management company never calls you back so you are stuck with the property manager, Linda who threatens to evict you because you have the audacity to be upset about your bathroom being flooded. Stay away from Puritan Place and ANY and ALL properties managed my Meadow Wood Property Company.

So far so good!! The office staff is definitely friendly and made my move in a breeze. At first I was skeptical on moving here seeing that I had another option, but upon seeing the apt I was sold. The area isnt as bad as it used to be, plus Im told we have nighttime security which is definitely valued. If things change Ill be sure to update my review, but so far Im a happy new tenant.Update: 6 months in and things are ok. They do turn the water off constantly though. Staff is meh. But overall its ok. Overpriced as hell though not to have modern appliances nor washer and dryer hookups and pay a water bill.

Apt complex is now a village of Spanish speaking all over the complex. They steal you out of a house and hm. Ive had alot things stolen from my apt. They raised the rent on black people so they can move then replaced the unit with Hispanics..

ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY DONT MOVE HERE WE HAVE STANDING WATER IN OUR HOT HEATER CLOSET AND BECAUSE OF THAT WE HAVE GNATS FOREVER BREEDING, THE WALLS ARE AS THIN AS PAPER SO WHEN YOU HAVE GHETTO RATCHET PEOPLE AND KIDS OUTSIDE YOU CAN HEAR THEIR ENTIRE CONVERSATION, IT ALWAYS SMELL LIKE MARIJUANA OUTSIDE, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST THE MOLD WE HAVE IN THE HOT WATER HEATER CLOSET HAS BEEN VIEWED AND NOT CORRECTED I WISH I COULD SHOW YALL PICTURES BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY DONT HAVE THAT FEATURE ON MY PHONE.

Not worth the money, there was around 40 people last week causing chaos in the parking and some fights.

The water keeps getting turned off. The downstairs neighbors are noisy and violent, and the landlords won’t evict them. I’ve called the police on them twice and other neighbors have called the police on them multiple times. Right now there’s no work going on, but I had the same problem a few months ago that one of the other reviews had. Apartment refurbishing started early and the workers had no regard for tenants and blasted their music.

Made an appointment on Wednesday to view an apartment for that same Friday. I came all the way out at my appointment time for them to tell me they were full. Unprofessional

Been here for 2 months and my overall opinion so far is good. I had a window leak and it was repaired the same day.

My sister lived there for 2 years never had a problem till the new management came and took over they harassed her took pictures of her without her consent constantly accused her pretty much forced her to move out other wise they were gonna ty to evict her and she paid her rent on time they don’t like black people

Really loud, cars always playing loud music. Deputies are here frequently, a week ago for seeing residents smoking weed. cpl of months ago a person shot on the apartment grounds. Constant car stereo bumping, loud neighbors, inefficient security. Last year a teenager stole a car and drove it through the fences and through the walls of an apartment building. Scary place,low standards, loud.

Worst apartment complex ever... Bring back old management... New management is horrible...

I have been living here for over a year and i havevhad nothing but terrible experiences. Besides the loud music, kids running all over the place and streets, the fights and not to mention the boy that was killed inside these very apartments. The management at this place are a joke. They do not know what they are doing, they do not take their jobs seriously and they gossip about families who stay at these very apartments. Besides the small problems one of my biggest problems at PURITAN APARTMENTS is the ANT problem. I have had to throw out food and also make sure that i have no open foods in my cabinets! I HAVE ANTS IN MY KITCHEN, BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. Beside the pest control that we receive at least once a month i also purchase spray of my own but still nothing! Once i told the managment (Yolanda) i was told to put coffe grounds all over my apartment, I LAUGHED OF COURSE she didnt expect me to live like this after the rent that i pay? Why do i have to pour coffee grounds all over my home and then have to explain to let vistors or my family why i have this such thing in every corner of my home. Management (YOLONDA) brushes my problem off and told me they would do a treatment which never worked. LASTLY, TODAY I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I AM FED UP WITH MANAGEMENT INCLUDING YOLONDA WHO IS THE PROPERTY MANAGER. I RECENTLY FOUND PUT THAT I HAVE MOLD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MOLD !!!!!! YOLONDA (the manager) and some non english speaking person came to my apartments today YELLING AT ME TELLING Me I AM WRONG AND THERE IS NO MOLD. I asked them why did they come in with their guard up if anything they should have been concerned with ne and my families health ...seeing as we have MOLD IN THE HOUSE!!! The manager felt that she was certified enough to say their is no mold, OVERALL THEY DID NOT HELP ME THEY YELLED AND TOLD ME TO RELAX... HOW CAN I WHEN THEIR IS MOLD ALL OVER MY CEILINGS AND MY FAMIL AND I ARE PRATICALLY BEEATHING IT IN. I AM CURRENTLY FURIOUS AND WOLL MAKE SURE SOMETHING GETS DONE ABOUT THIS. As I type this, I am listening to booming music from my neighbors across the courtyard because instead of playing their music inside or at a decent level, they must sit outside with the music blasting to the point that my living room is vibrating. Apparently the requirement for living in a lower rent complex is disturbing EVERYONE in the neighborhood with your rudeness. Did I mention that they left the music on and booming with the car doors open while they were inside the apartment to avoid getting rained on? There is no where in this complex where you dont have to deal with this nonsense. As a full time graduate student, studying is not possible here!We have found used condoms in the parking lot and I found a bullet casing just inside the door of my gas tank last year.The blinds move every time the wind blows, they havent managed to fix our air despite multiple complaints over the past 6 months and we can see sunlight through our door.If you are a ridiculously rude person who is okay with your living room vibrating due to people blasting their music outside or who likes cooling/heating the outdoors then this complex is definitely for you. Otherwise, if you need your sleep and/or like peace and quiet and to be able to relax at home, avoid this place like the plague.

The management company is atrocious. They treat the residents like they are substandard and dont respond to maintenance requests for months. Getting a hold of them is like trying to pull teeth. it took me showing up twice at the office before i got a call from them. They are cut rate.

The Property manager is very rude, the staff is rude ... I’m not understanding when does apartments tell you when you have to move in ... they was very unprofessional because I didn’t wanna move in on the 29th & the 1st of the month was in two days ... so one of the staffs told me if I don’t move in she’s going to deny my application...

My husband was carjacked and beat outside of our apartment. Do not move here
