Recently moved in here about 2 months ago. Oana and Jose have been awesome to work with throughout the moving process even with my roommates being less the ideal in turning in paperwork on time. Had a couple extremely minor issues (Bad kitchen lightbulb and door auto lock battery dying) so far which have all been handled/fixed next day no issues. Super happy here so far!

I just moved into Camden from another apartment complex where I had consistent poor experiences with the staff and the apartment itself. I was extremely pleased and happy with where I am now. Maria and Jose helped me tremendously in preparing for my move and are absolutely experienced in their roles respectively. I was always aware of next steps and never had to wait on hold/wait on emails from them.Shout out to them and Thank you for all that you do!Overall, I enjoyed my move in process tremendously and am looking forward to living at Camden.

Camden Montague has been my favorite apartment and community to live in. The staff here treats you like family. The maintenance team always get things done promptly! Jose and Maria have taken care of me from living in a one bedroom, two bedroom, and now back to a one bedroom! This community is what I call home, and the staff is what brings me back every time. 10/1/ recommend.

We enjoy living in Camden Montague. The apartments are clean and tidy. It is quiet and a very nice scenic place to live in. We dont really use the amenities, but they are there for when we need to use them and we have fun at the pool or in the clubhouse. Now that we have Chirp to open the gates and your home door, life is much easier. You dont need to worry about forgetting your key or key fob to get into the amenities! That was a great addition!

My family and I have lived in the Camden community of apartment homes since 2011. Our introduction to Camden began in Houston, TX. We live a bit of a nomad lifestyle, so when we moved to Dallas, TX we continued with Camden. Continuing the tradition, we finally landed in Tampa, FL, to the Camden Montague community. We moved to Camden Montague sight unseen because we know and trust this brand. With Camden, you know the management will be responsive, professional, the property well maintained, the maintenance staff is timely and nice. If you ask for something to be done, whether it is maintenance or something else, the office responds immediately. You have no idea how important this is until you experience an unresponsive office. Jose is the manager at Camden Montague. He is phenomenal and runs a tight ship with his staff, but this is the type of professionalism and quality you will get no matter what Camden you go to. We just happen to live here and are bias to Jose and his office staff! So, sometimes parking is tight and sometimes you can hear your neighbor, but these are small inconveniences, remember this is an apartment. We have lived here four years and these inconveniences are minor. If you are shopping Camden Montague for your next move, just do it! It is not a question!

The staff at Camden Montague have been incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They bring a smile to my face whenever I speak with them, and they take great care of their residents and the property. I recently relocated for work, I was overwhelmed and didnt have much time to schedule apartment tours. I called Camden and spoke with Oana, she is literary amazing. I simply called in to check on the availability of a unit and received a virtual tour in the next hour. Lets just say that same night I ended up taking my unit off the market. Oana is so great, I received more than what I asked for. Thank you

UPDATE: I’ve been here since July 2020 it is now April 2021 and I still absolutely love it here. Maintenance responds and comes out same day for requests. Maria is the sweetest. She really goes above and beyond to be helpful. Only issue I’ve had here is parking is tight. Very tight and hard to find at night but that’s it. Probably due to the fact this is a smaller community but I appreciate the fact that the leasing office has such an amazing and caring staff. I still love it here!! 😊I moved into Camden Montague two weeks ago. From the application process, to the move in process and now actually living here everything has been amazing. A huge upgrade from where I was renting prior to moving here and I can’t be more satisfied. The staff is extremely helpful, professional and overall a pleasure to interact with. Work orders are handled promptly and the apartments are clean, quiet, and neighbors friendly. I don’t hear my neighbors through the walls like most places. The swimming pool is beautiful. My daughter and I have used it quite a bit to go swimming since we moved in. Proud to call Camden Montague home!

This is one of the best places Ive had the pleasure of calling my home. Jose, the manager, Steven and Maria, they are some of the absolute best people to know while living at Camden Montague. Its nice and quiet here, the property is just like I like it...beautiful and clean. Theyre there for you quickly when you need them and they show care and concern. My family has only been with the Camden Family a couple of months. Very quickly due to medical reasons we needed to go from the third floor to a first floor, gratefully there was something available and they were very accommodating and we were moved within the week. Steven and Jose are very professional and go above and beyond. They are always ready to answer my questions with a smile even on a call you can hear it through the phone and get me a response very quickly. We already love our new community. Jose & Steven and staff are top notch.

Camden Montague is such a great place to live. The leasing office & maintenance are very responsive & act quickly to address any concerns or issues. I enjoy living in such as peaceful & welcoming environment. Ive felt right at home since the day I signed my lease.

During the time I lived here, I purchased a home. I was instructed to give 60 days notice, which I did. Months later, Camden claimed I never gave notice and the paperwork is “missing”. Camden sued me and my partner for $4500 due to THEIR OWN mistake. Stay away from these crooks. They will rob you any way they can.

So my boyfriend and I are moving into this community August 1 so I cant comment yet on how it is to live here but I wanted to leave a review about the office staff. Steven is AMAZING!!! He has made this entire experience so wonderful. He always responds to my emails with all my many many questions. I really appreciate everything. Ive lived here since 2016 and I can honestly say its the best! The staff is responsive and always helpful and Jose is awesome! The complex is clean and anytime Ive had an issue, it has always been fixed. They stay on top of pest control (I DO NOT like bugs in anyway shape of form) so Ive never had any issue with that. The walls are thin, I often hear my neighbors dog barking and sometimes I swear theres a heard of buffaloes living about me, BUT its an apartment, what do you expect? The only issue that I have is with parking, there seems to be more residents than parking spaces and visitors often park in spaces for residents. Overall, I am happy here, If I wasnt, I wouldnt have stayed for 4 years. Its about 30 minutes to Downtown or Clearwater, and close to Westchase or Oldsmar restaurants. Its in a fairly quiet area, but there is a school next to the complex to if you leave around the time parents drop off or pick up their kids, youll hit extra traffic.

Great place. Awesome staff from maintenance to management. Everyone is kind. José, the complex manager, is always there when you need something and is very accommodating. Good place to live for anyone.

I have reviewed this property at move-in back in October, 2019. I have an update. Apartments are very nice but the most impressive part of living here is the office staff. Maria, Jose and Steven have all been great to work with and are on top of any concerns that I have had throughout my stay here. Also, the Camden ownership provided its community with something no other community has offered to their residents. They offered a $10 million fund to help residents through COVID-19 and were flexible when flexibility was needed the most. I highly recommend this community due to all these great attributes. You know the character of a community when people goes through tough times. Camden showed they care and went above and beyond to assist their residents. I plan to live here until Im ready to buy my home.

Steven Colon was incredibly helpful throughout the process of securing my apartment and especially given the short notice of my planned move.The whole team made the move in process incredibly easy for me which I really appreciated as a young professional moving into a new area on my own. My apartment has exceeded my expectations as have all the various amenities in the complex. The team at Camden Montague have also gone above and beyond to ensure safe practices are in place throughout Covid.I could go on and on about the pros of living at Camden Montague but simply put, if you are looking for an incredibly high standard of living coupled with impeccable service, then look no further than this complex!

I honestly can say that i love living here. Its always maintained to a very clean standard. Jose and his office crew is great, friendly and professional. Maintenance team is good with fixing stuff especially Mr. Elvin, always detailedwith what was wrong and how he fixed the issue. I highly recommend this place. Its in a great area also.

ILLEGALY entered my apartment after I specifically stated to NOT enter without making an appointment. Now while multiple men are inside my apartment and around my young family WITHOUT my consent, touching who knows what, stealing who knows what, front office is NOT answering any calls.I am absolutely speechless.

Great place to live. The complex is relatively new and the apartments are very clean with up-to-date appliances. The staff in the office is very kind and friendly. Located in one of the nicer areas of Tampa with a gate. I checked out 8 other complexes before I moved in here and none of them compared. Would definitely recommend living here.

Ive been at Camden Montague since 2017 and Ive really enjoyed my time here. I looked at many different apartments in Tampa before deciding on this one, and this was definitely the best one. The buildings are well-maintained and the location is excellent. Most important to me, the people who work in the office and maintenance are always super friendly. The manager, Jose, especially, has always been super helpful with everything Ive needed. Overall, my whole experience with Camden Montague has been excellent!

8 months so far so good. I dont have any serious complaints about the apartment at all. All of my questions and concerns get answered. The apartment looks beautiful as well. The people of the community are pretty chill as well. The management staff also does whatever they can to help. Great Job Maria!

Having to move to Tampa for grad school I toured quite a few apartments in the area and no-ones personality compares to Pauls. Upon arrival he already knew my name and was prepared to show me around, unlike a few other places I had looked at. His friendly and easygoing demeanor made me immediately feel welcomed and comfortable, and he was also able to honestly answer every question I had asked. Paul is always quick to respond to emails about any questions I have both before and after I moved in and is willing to help out in anyway he can. It has only been a week of living here but I absolutely love the complex. It is well kept, feels safe and everyone including front office staff, maintenance staff and other tenants are all friendly. The apartment itself was also above my expectations. Everything feels new and the open layout is different than most I have seen. To me it feels like a home away from home which is not an easy environment for an apartment complex to create. On top of it all, its conveniently located fairly close to every store you would need to go to, while still being tucked away from main roads or noisy streets. I highly recommend Camden Montague!

I wanted to share my experience here at Camden Montague which has been amazing. The attention and professionalism of Jose Vazquez and Maria Aguirre has been exceptional. You can go in there at any time and they treat you as their priority even remembering your name and always greeting you with a smile. Their willingness to help with any concern is extraordinary. I recently moved from Miami and was a little scared because I was leaving my family behind, but not anymore because I feel I have a family at Camden. Theyve met all my expectations and more. Truly I will recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I moved into Camden Montague about 7 months ago and I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient; especially Paul in the office. I feel like they give you your space but are available if you need anything. The complex itself is very clean and I have never had a problem with hearing neighbors or any noise issues whatsoever. This place is absolutely beautiful. The apartments are spacious, it has great amenities and the staff is wonderful. Michelle, Janice, and the property manger Jose are always willing to help when you need it. They are what make living here very pleasant as I know all my issues get resolved in a timely manner. My transfer was a success because of Michelle she went above and beyond to assist me in transferring to a whole new city and state. She made moving feel less stressful then it already is by making herself available when I had questions. Michelle was in contact with the other leasing office the entire process and was able to completed my transfer really fast. I will miss the staff at Camden Montague dearly everyone treats you like family and they are all willing to help in anyway possible.

Went to see the facilities a Sunday and was very impressed as it was very quiet for a weekend. Everything looked clean and so peaceful. Walking distance to Alonso HS and easy access to main avenue, YMCA, supermarkets, etc. Vianska was great and provided excellent options.

We have been living at Camden Montague for approximately one year now. So far we are very content with the apartment and the staff/management here at Camden Montague. Every time I go to the front office I am greeted with a nice warm smile from Maria, the assistant manager. Maria is a super sweet person and is always willing to help find a solution to any concerns we may have. The manager Jose is also nice, helpful, and very pleasant to speak to. We really appreciate and love how nice and helpful both Maria and Jose have been during our time here. Compared to other apartments we have lived at, the management and staff here at Camden Montague are amazing!

Ive been living at this property for almost a year and I absolutely love it here. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. The maintenance team goes above and beyond and they always respond to my requests with lighting speed. The property is always well manicured and clean. They have routine pest control around the entire property so I never have to worry about bugs and regular lawn care so the grounds always look pristine. I also love the fact that theres an area to wash and vacuum my car at no cost and a bike storage room. The pool is perfect all year round and the gym has everything I need. The entire staff is awesome, friendly, responsive and helpful. Its a community that feels like family. Feels like home here!

I have been living at Camden Montague from the beginning and my experience has remained exceptional throughout. My wife and are proud to call it our home. Great place, great staff from office to maintenance, responsive to our needs as residents and a clean environment.

Okay so I have lived here for over a year. I kind of have to laugh as I scroll through the comments, especially the one that says you can find a more respectful place to live. Maybe if you spend $5000 a month and live in the most private residence in the bay area! It seems typically people that have these problems are in fact the problem people. I have NEVER met a disrespectful person here EVER. My neighbors have been nice, management has been wonderful. Do remember this is an APARTMENT community and you may hear children outside playing from time to time or you may even hear someones music in the daytime. I have NEVER had any issue here other than a lack of parking; I had the AC go out on me once and I called for maintenance and they were here immediately with a huge air conditioning unit that cooled the entire place. I was honestly shocked. I also had an issue with the dryer and that was quickly fixed. Also, I had an issue with a light bulb and they happily came over to look into it and fix it. Michelle in the front has always been wonderful and the gentleman that showed me the place, Bobby was amazing also. Very sad to see Bobby move on with his endeavors. Overall, this is BY FAR the best place in Tampa Bay I have lived. Camden is an amazing company to deal with and being self employed, this can be a struggle at times to find places that will rent to me. Ive had communities that required stacks of paperwork due to my employment status. If you want a nice quiet community that is SAFE (never an issue ever here) and VERY WELL kept, this is the place at a good price for Tampa Bay.

I have been with the Camden family for years and different properties. i had a good experience with the company over all. i just moved into Camden Montague and right away noticed the level of service. all the staff is friendly and ready to help. i will say this is the first time out of all the properties i lived at i never talked to or see the property manger. usually they are tucked away and Ive never met them all the years Ive lived there. but here at Camden Montague i see the property manger all the time. his door is always open very friendly and helpful. in my opinion all the Camden properties should mimic what this property is doing. such a beautiful property inside and out! check it out! This is a great community to live in. It is very quiet compared to other communities I’ve lived in before. The community is very pet friendly is seems atleast every other apartment has atleast one four legged friend and there are plenty of puppy waste stations throughout the community . The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Repairs are usually taken care of same day if possible . If you are looking for a clean quiet community in the westchase area I recommend you consider this one as we just resigned our second lease without question.

I looked at about 30 apartments and was about to just give in and pick one but I decided to look at one more. Ive been living at Camden Montague for a year and a half and I absolutely love it here. The grounds are so well kept and the maintenance crew is so friendly and have always been prompt to fix any problems in my apartment.Ive especially enjoyed Christina and Shannon in the main office. They are both so sweet and quick to help resolve the any issues that have come up.Above all, the office manager,Jose, has gone above and beyond in helping my family to settle in to our new city and to make our stay here pleasant.

Most people typically write reviews for negative purposes. As a resident of 2 years I am going to give my overall most honest opinion about this community. Friendly staff and maintenance is extremely committed and loyal to your needs. The community itself is very clean and organized. We see the dog park every day, where you can bathe your animal no matter what size, the bathing area being very spacious and to my experience my dog finds it very comfortable. The free car wash area is a great benefit! The gated pool area is great! Ive never seen it closed or dirty. The office staff makes sure you are well taken care of and Jose the property manager is just an overall wonderful understanding person. If your a person of events, Camden has had many great ones. From wine tasting to the Bahama themed pool parties.I find the community to be safe! That is the most important thing I look for. My family is safe here, we have no intentions on leaving, we find it an absolute blessing to live here.I would recommend anyone living here. :)

The Camden Montague has the best amenity setup I have seen in a long time and the location is perfect with great schools and a true family atmosphere. The management team of Jose and Tiffany is second to none and I highly recommend the Montague. I absolutely love the security they have in place and the maintenance team is highly skilled and on the spot quickly to fix any issues. I Moved out of Camden Montague in 2015 and returned this year after realizing that Montague gives you the most for your money, clean grounds and all amenities are kept up. This may not sounds like much but it makes a huge difference in your everyday living. The customer service and attention you get from the office staff is exceptional, no one can compare.

The staff at Camden Montague is more friendly and professional than anyone else in town! I could tell as soon as I walked in the door that they took pride in their work and the community they were representing. The community itself is extremely well kept and all of my questions about the amenities and leasing options were answered completely. If you are looking for housing in this area, be sure to stop by check them out!

Lived here a couple years ago but Im still in the surrounding neighborhood... Tiffany is awesome and very friendly. Really nice amenities and included FiOS from Verizon. The complex is still kept up nice as seen driving by everyday. If I had to go back to an apartment or recommend one, Camden Montague would be it.

My husband and I have lived here since the community was built. We have renewed our lease each year because of the amazing customer service, amenities, and atmosphere. We love it here, our needs are always met and we dont plan on leaving anytime soon! Thank you Jose for always making us happy and making our living experience so enjoyable!!

This was one of the worst places I have ever lived. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything, there’s not enough parking spaces for cars so there is never a place to park, and the amount of money you pay to live in this place is not worth it for the amount of living space you get which is next to none. They find all kinds of excuses/reasons to come into your apartment through out the year and invade your privacy immensely. The plumbing is awful as well. Backed up drains constantly. And on top of that there is a sewage plant right down the road so be prepared to smell raw sewage everyday. There are also homeless people that hang out and do drugs in the woods next to these apartments. If I could give this place no stars I would. Not to mention if your late on your rent even by 48 cent they charge you a ridiculous late fee of over $120.00. And once 3:00pm comes around you can forget about ever getting to your home, as this is the time the school next to these apartments let’s out. There are kids and parents everywhere blocking you from getting home. So you will be waiting in the parent pick up line just to get home after your long stressful day at work. If you do decide to move into this place remember this review as your dealing with all this nonsense.

I have lived in Camden Montague for several years and 2 different units. Before living here I was not for apartment living at all and now I say, why buy a house?. Camden offers me everything I need. I have a beautiful luxurious apartment. If anything ever goes wrong maintenance is here within the hour. I have a great workout facility, a pool thats always clean and ready to go, a grill to make delicious BBQ food, a designated area so I can play and wash my dog, a place where I can also wash and vacuum my vehicle, and recently was able to get an assigned/ reserved parking. What else do I need. not too mention I dont have to take my trash to the dumpster they do it for me. 100% recommend Camden. If none of that does it for you, just go and see and talk to the staff. Amazing people !!! You will feel welcomed right away.

I have lived at Camden Montague a little under a year.My roommate and I searched and searched before falling in love with this Camden. The apartments are new and gorgeous but that wasnt what sold it for us. It is the homey welcoming feeling you get from the start. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs and maintenance staff are always prompt and friendly!Other pros:*service requests & payments online--Ive had several service requests from AC to change light bulb and they have come within hours!*friendly neighbors :)Though I will say that you should have your visitors ALWAYS park in visitor spaces so they do not get towed. There are plenty of spaces but I made the mistake of forgetting to tell my visitors. OOPS.

My experience was very pleasent the community was very well maintained, clean and presentable. This is a place I would definitely move into and recommend to my family and friends. Everyone was very courteous.

I love this place because the staff is awesome. The place is very well kept and clean. I feel very safe in the community. However, I do not like that you do not have an option on whether or not you want the cable/internet package...which again ok thats fine Ill take the nice complex. Then there is also a noise issue. I can hear everything that the people above me are saying and the family above me walks around like a stampede! I have already complained numerous times, but its almost like these people just purposely walk on the balls of their feet. Ive lived in other apartments and have never had this issue before. I guess its motivation to go buy a house, but tip for Camden : invest in your buildings and follow up with your complaints please. I would recommend for anyone that moves in here...go with the 3rd floor so that way you do not have to hear such nuisances. Plus, everyones door slams so hard!

I can see why people give this place 4-5 stars. The inside of these apartments are really nice. You have wood flooring, granite counter tops and stainless appliances.When it comes down to it, you can 100% find somewhere else to live that is a much quieter and cleaner place. There is a really bad problem with dog poop here. Ive brought it to the managers attention multiple times, all they do it clean it up, they treat the symptom but not the problem. Sure a few letters have came out to residents about dog poop, but the people here are just disrespectful.This isnt a kind bad problem, its a really really bad problem. There are legit mounds of dog poop EVERYWHERE, when its hot out, it smells exactly as you imagine. Some people even go as far as picking up the poop and then throwing the bag on the side walk even though there are trash cans all over the place for dog poop.I have one neighbor who think his apartment is part of 106 and park from BET. He raps out loud to music all day long. I am assuming he thinks hes Dylan I spot hot fire.Next! My other neighbor plays really loud music all day long, he has been warned about 10 times, with meetings and notes placed upon his door and just wont stop doing it. Per Jose the manager, he sent them a final notice, mind you it only took 6 months of loud music to get a final notice, that states if it happens again they will be removed. Well... they are definitively still doing it and they still live here.We arent done! My other neighbor thinks our hallway is her own personal Bistro and sits on the stairs, at around midnight and drinks wine and smokes cigarettes with the many men she brings home from da club. Mind you, the stair well is my bedroom, so its kind of hard to fall asleep.I know in the end I live in a apartment and should expect noise, but this place is a joke. Trust me, you can find somewhere else to live that has a much more mature and respectful community.

Camden Montague is hands down the best property in Tampa. The understanding of my needs as a resident and willingness to always help with no excuses is refreshing.

The best apartments I have stayed at so far.Maintenance was amazing, always on top of any request.

Been a Camden resident since 2006 at Montague since 2014 didnt know I had followed Jose here but glad to have him as the manager couldnt ask for anyone better always on top of everything. Want to welcome Vionska to the team.

Camden Montague is very well cleaned and the staff there are very friendly every time I go to the clubhouse.

I cant thank the camden montague staff enough for working with us from welcoming us from denver and helping us move to another state. The staff has been super helpful and reliable when we need them. Michelle is super amazing and helpful and shes our go to girl! Every camden needs a Michelle!!! The maintenance team are super responsive and very quick to help solve problems as well. The entire camden team are super friendly and throw residents get togethers and bbqs which is super neat.

I just leased my apartment at Camden Montague! As a Camden employee I have lived in Camden communities for two+ years and look forward to moving here! The dog park being so close to the Upper Tampa Bay Trail is a GREAT feature for my Mastiff/ Shepherd mix, the extra space for my large pup to get out his energy is irreplaceable!! The area so close to Westchase provides all the shopping and restaurants that I personally need. The Verizon Fios package is a great inclusion and cant beat the convenience! My spouse could not be happier to have a personal garage to create the perfect car home lol. The different reserved parking offered is awesome; we have two cars so we are able to rent a garage for both of them to be parked at! This also gives us enough space in the garage to park in the garage and still utilize as space for a man cave. I know I stated I am a Camden employee but just to say this is my first review to an apartment community or even ever on here and I have to say that this one is worth it and June can’t come fast enough!!!
