Lived here for a couple months and we absolutely love it. Brenna, the leasing agent, was so friendly and communicable throughout the entire move in & application process. Property is well managed, landscape is mature but groomed regularly, awesome pool and so many places to walk our dog. Only complaint is that theyre still working on the second pool so it has been closed since we moved in. I cant wait for them to open it. :) also our ac stopped working and the maintenance guy was there within two hours and had it fixed. A guy even stopped by the next day to make sure it was still working good! This is a really great place to live in my opinion.
No issues with the property it self, more so the TRASH COLLECTION. kids are doing the job (14/15 years old.) not sure the company name I think its valet living and these kids are throwing the garbage off the 2nd floor (where I live) its ridiculous. they pick up trash when they want and throw trash into street it breaks and smells and raccoons come and brings unwanted attention to property. I honestly wish I can take my $25 monthly that this company steals basically and throw my own garbage out. I pray one day the leasing office terminates the contract no matter the cost. Residents will be happier.
I’m not a resident but I’m leaving this review for Jamar! He’s a leasing agent for this complex and he is so entertaining and informative! Prices were raised drastically since we toured the place, (and it certainly doesn’t look worth 1,700 for a 2x2) so we won’t be applying but I really wish jamar worked at the complex we do end up living in! Please appreciate him as your employee :)
Jamar was great! I had lots of questions moving from out of state and he answered them all with patience. He helped find me a unit that fit my needs and got me approved quickly! I am very excited to be apart of this community.
We visited BayVue this morning without an appointment. We had a wonderful tour with Jamar who was able to show us an apartment. The BayVue apartments were renovated, have plenty of storage space and a nice kitchen. The property is nicely maintained and has a lot of amenities.
Could have been more informative about settling up hello package and trash pick up days. I wasnt even sent a notification that I was moving in.
BayVue Apartment Homes offer a great value in Tampa living. The staff is always professional and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly (even when I label them low priority). Located on a large property with lake views, the amenities are amazing. With a Community Manager who is beginning her second year here, you can see and feel the positive changes. BayVue is a safe place you can call home.
My husband and I had the privilege of working with the leasing agent, Jamar Beville. He was amazing and made our transition simple and phenomenal! He took extra time to allow my husband to see the property shortly before closing and was the epitome of professionalism through both tours. Jamar made us feel very much at home. Overall, it was the best leasing process I’ve experienced and we’re excited to join such an incredible community!

I’ve enjoyed living here the past few years. Apartments are nice and maintenance is prompt. Only complaints are management/the office are extremely difficult to get in contact with. No one answers the phone and emails are hardly answered. Still waiting on my security deposit from my old apartment in this same neighborhood. The limited amenity hours seem to be more based on not wanting to upkeep them than safety. Was able to squeeze in a workout last week and they walked 6 people through the gym while 3 were already in there despite the capacity limit of 4 that they had set, definitely not worried about safety so not sure why they are still limiting the hours as the entire state has opened everything up but I still can’t work out or enjoy the pool after work since they close at 4pm.
I didnt have the time to find an apartment since I work when everywhere closes.But when I went, Jamar did everything he could to get us approved and Into a new place.Being how slammed he is I am impressed he holds himself well as far as handling business.
The Leasing office employee Jamar Beville gave me a tour of the complex. He was super helpful and efficient! He was able to show me two layouts that both gave me different amenities I was looking for, also did the tour quickly so that I could get it all done within my scheduled lunch time for work! 10/10 service
Earlier in the day my wife went to check out the apartment with Jamar. He was extremely helpful and was able to answer all the questions she had. After I got off work I went to check out the apartment before they closed and Jamar was able to fit me in and he did a great job showing off the apartment
My partner and I recently toured the property with Jamar Beville and he was fantastic! Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. The only reason why we didnt lease there was because of the location. We decided to be closer to family. The grounds were very nice and so were the apartments but honestly I would recommend the complex mostly because of the wonderful customer service that we received from Penny.
My son has mice in his apartment with his 6 month old son and they refuse to take care of the issue. They have also had mold and broken air conditioner which never gets completly fixed. They put a temp air conditioner in the bedroom window while the rest of the apartment gets no air. The maintenance team never comes when they say they will. This was his first apartment and has been an awful experience!This has been a NIGHTMARE for my son!
Penny was amazing and showed us around and answered all of our questions! Definitely ask for him when you go to check out this apartment!

The customer service at BayVue is great! Stephanie showed me a few apartments a week ago and she was very professional, nice and patient. She did an amazing job with answering every question I had. The complex is very beautiful and the apt had a very nice layout at reasonable price. The reason why I didn’t lease from them, was because I saw dead bugs in the apartments.

It is very clean, quite, we have not had any problems with anyone, the people that live here are very friendly, our neighbor next door to us is very nice and has helped us along the way if we had any questions.We both first would like to commend Stephanie our Leasing Agent that made it possible for us to live here at BAYVUE.Stephanie is very kind, personable, considerate to your needs helps you every step of the leasing process, most of all very caring and loving to her clients.I dont want to leave out Maintenance I think his name is Brad I know he is the Supervisor, he has also helped us along the way. He gave us his emergency phone number just in case we were to really have one. The pool is closed on the weekends, the BBQ area is shotoff. We live in Florida, there is no need for all these restrictions...
I’ve been here for 4 years... staff has been kind courteous n efficient. Professional atmosphere, couldn’t be happier with maintenance n upkeep of grounds. It is a safe quiet place ... I don’t have to worry bout safety n that’s a huuuggggeeee plus! Come check it out you won’t be sorry!
I am feeling the need to write an honest review of this apartment complex.They worked with me when I moved in right before Covid 19 hit.I was SO grateful as I had then to stay home for 4 months due to quarantine.I would have been homeless on the street as I suddenly had NO income.They understood my financial situation and gratefully accepted what little I could pay here and there.They then STILL provided valet trash, fixed ANY issue in my apt in a quick manner, were polite and very professional and I spent that time learning courses in preparation for a new career path.I was able to take breaks and swim in the well kept pools, walk around a well kept grounds and get my needs met.I watched the staff treat tenants with respect and kindness.So grateful I was there in what could have been a terrible situation for me.
I moved here and was very pleased at first. The only person in the office who is nice and respectful is Raphael. I recently renewed the lease and Im now regretting it big time. You can never get a hold of anyone in the office, doesnt matter what time of day or how many times you call. There was a huge flood in our bldg and this has caused several issues in the apt since. They had to move one tenant from the amount of damage to her apt. Our apt now has a foul odor due to the water under the linoleum n behind the walls. Floor is lifting to the point we have tripped several times. Paint on base boards is peeling. We had a small spark come from an outlet the wk after it happened.... thankfully for that I was able to get a hold of Rapheal he quickly sent someone out. All the damage done to the bldg n all they did was slap new carpet n paint on to the empty apt. The upstairs neighbor unfortunately was treated as if none of her issues with damage mattered. I am completely fed up with trying to communicate as no one ever answers a phone. I put in a work order online several days ago to see if they would call Ive yet to hear from anyone. If I would have known staying here would be this difficult I would have never renewed my lease. We moved here to enjoy the view of the water n fountain which hasnt been turned on in months. Pool was ridiculous at one point you never knew if it was open or not gave up trying. I unfortunately am stuck here till next yr but I use to brag how much I loved it here and since February they have completely changed my and my boyfriend mind. We wanted to stay here till we found our home to buy but we are willing to take from our savings and get the hell out of here. I bet when they see this is when they will call to make arrangements for work orders. August can not get here soon enough!!!
My fiancé and I just moved here a month ago and we are in love with the place. The moving process was made so easy. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very nicely kept. Love it
Well, I have to say that I was quite excited to look at these apartments after about 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of someone to set up an appointment. So when the time came, my experience was nothing more than disappointing. I was scheduled a 3:30 appointment on a Friday afternoon and was left standing outside the door for 15+ minutes while we watched one of the leasing agents sit inside at her desk. Yes, I understand that things are busy at this time, and it wasnt the amount of time that it took to talk to someone, but the way the situation was handled. Once the door was answered, a very irritable women rudely opened the door exclaiming that Just so you know, the reason I didnt answer the door was because there are other people that need assistance. Now how can I help you.After 10 more minutes of attempting to find our appointment we were let in, and introduced to our tour guide, Rafael (who was pleasant and not to be blamed for this experience). Roughly 10 mixtures later, the woman returned, rudely, and says Yeah, I dont see an appointment for you, so if you dont have an appointment then you cant be in this office. i obviously responded with But we DO have an appointment and her response was Well my records say otherwise so Im going to have to ask you to leaveObviously this started a bit of conflict, as I was confused as to how we were being treated so poorly because of a flaw in their own system...Long story short, we never did get to the see the apartment. Couldnt have seen a more disappointing ending.

I used to reside here before I purchased a new house and had experienced the living conditions of 3 separate units. The living conditions here were not the best. When you factor in the cost for what youre paying for you may want to reconsider other options. Personally I hate moving hence my 3 year stay. If you plan to rent a unit here as a transitional aid before purchasing a home its not the worst option. A lot of folks have a ton of negative remarks regarding Bay Vue and I would like to address those issues along with a few of my own. The base price doesnt include other fees such as trash valet sewage etc. Do your homework to find out the total sum. Your initial idea of paying $800/month may turn into $1100 once you add everything up. There are a few amenities. I never took advantage of the clubhouse/outdoor space, but have seen plenty of parties, birthdays, and other celebrations make usage out of the outdoor areas. It took about 6+ months of renovation work before the gym was available to residents. As an avid active person I found it to be suitable for my needs. Theres a cross cable machine, lat pull down, leg extension, a dumbbell rack set going from 10-45lbs maybe 50lbs, a set of physio balls, some mats, cycling machines, treadmills, an elliptical, a rower, and 2 adjustable benches. Floor space is limited but its nice that they have bathrooms, full length mirrors, views out to the pool area and pond. They used to have a tennis court but when I was moving out it looked to be under construction or getting demoed. The gym area gets used pretty often as well as the car wash stations. Accommodating 2 vehicles youll have access to a timed coin-operated pressure washer at the car wash. For $1 youll get about 10 mins of water; theres a coin operated vacuum on site as well. The downfall is its located directly against the dumpster. Aside from the ridiculous amount of trash and furniture other residents just leave outside of the dumpster theres a huge duck feces issue. Its absolutely disgusting and smells, making it difficult to want to throw away trash or wanting wash your car. The area could use some repaving, water tends to pond right in front of the dumpster. Should you make it past the obstacle course comprised of pools of duck feces water and garbage liquids you may find yourself having to navigate through a trench of garage going all the way up the elevated platform to access the trash. The third party that handled the trash valet didnt do the best job, at times they would either forget to grab the trash or drag it leaving a trail of garbage behind. Safety; the area is reasonably safe, however my kayaks and kayak trailer were stolen one night. There are no security cameras so be careful. It can get pretty loud and rambunctious outside depending on your neighbors. Ive woken up countless times to loud domestic disputes in the middle of the night. Cops have shown up as well many times. Neighbors throwing items out their windows, breaking it in the process. As for the units the themselves its a hit or miss. You might encounter ac leaks, peeling vinyl flooring, mold, roaches, odors (mildew and neighbors who smoke) all of which applied to the units I lived in. The second half of my stay I sprung for the upgraded unit. Prior to moving in there was huge water leak because the dishwasher was not installed properly. The water flowed from the renovated unit into the unit I was staying in at the time. When the issue was addressed the contractors came back to reinstall the damaged vinyl flooring haphazardly. Within a month of moving in it began to lift and peel revealing the old vinyl below that was never removed. I was assured the unit came with a washer and dryer, which it did not. 4 months later one was finally installed. During installation the welding involved generated a lot of black ash which landed all over the apt and on my food. Our air handler was leaking 10gal of water every day soaking into our closet, walls, and floor. It took over a 1 month to fix. I highly recommend you find another place to live.
Worst Apartment in the area. Very poor management system. Unnecessary fees associated. Maintenance department are very lousy. Apartments are very poorly cleaned before move in. Never got a prompt response on any inquiries. Left the apartment a month early before the lease ended. Security deposit has never been issued and no response for calls for the same. Emails are not replied in a timely manner. Never go with the first conversation. They butter up everything and in the end you are stuck with situation where you cannot leave without paying hefty penalties.Think 3 or more times before renting this place !
This property is beautiful and the team is phenomenal. I visited this community as part of my apartment search and wasn’t able to make it in until the very end of the day. Jesse in the leasing office was phenomenal and provided the best customer service even when my tour extended after closing.The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful; set in a community with tons of cute areas for residents to relax and unwind. The property is well maintained and even has new amenities on the way. If you’re looking for a conveniently located community with beautiful upgrades and a fabulous leasing consultant go see Jesse!
I have lived in this community for almost a year now. I love it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property is well maintained and pretty. My apartment is not fully upgraded, but they put in new cabinets and carpet before I moved in. The carpet and the cabinets were new as well as the paint. I cant say that the renovation was perfect. Whoever renovated it did a sloppy job and the paint is cheap. Overall I really love my apartment and the experience that I have had here at BayVue. Rafael is a fantastic leasing agent and whenever I need anything I know that they will help me out. I renewed my lease for the next year and they gave me the price for an 11 month lease for 12 months and I really appreciate it. I really love living in this community and am super thankful that I got so lucky with this complex for my first time living alone.
TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX!! Do not move here, especially the North apartments in the back. Maintenance takes too long to resolve issues and even when they do, its not properly fixed. Ive had leaks in my bathroom TWICE from the upstairs apartments and in my bedroom closet and now have mold growing around my toilet and counters in the bathroom. They didnt fix the issue, just painted over it. And the leasing office never answers the phone!! Theyre unprofessional and dont do anything to help you. They always give the same excuse to call back and they never get back to you! Youre throwing away money if you stay here. These people are terrible. Theres a reason why they have so many available apartments. Nobody ever stays long here!
The apartments here are over priced, honestly. We pay $1233 for a 1bd 1ba 780 square feet. Nothing fancy, the wood is vinyl all through except bedroom. First day we moved in the window locks weren’t put in still, shower nob was hard to turn, counters in bathroom on the sides were damaged, and all of this was reported and we were promised they’d come and take care of all of it. We’ve been here almost a year now no one ever did we put the locks on ourselves. We’ve had two leaks from our neighbors one from upstairs and that caused the ceiling above our shower to leak and maintenance took all day to come out they cut a hole above our shower for it to dry and told us they’ll have the ceiling guys come out, that took one whole week they had forgot to call them from day one. The second leak happened two weeks ago neighbor behind us, caused a leak in our closet carpet was soaked. They took another day to just come out and then placed a humidifier to dry it for a few days the carpet and walls were stained we were told they’d have someone come out, never did. My blinds were damaged months ago I asked for new ones, never received. The staff here is horrible nothing can ever get done. We pay for trash pick up that doesn’t come everyday. Our lease ends July and we can’t wait to leave!
I moved here last August. I came here new to the USA and I will be forever grateful to the Staff of Bayvue.Raphael in particularly is highly professional and maintenance responds no later than 48 hours.The price does add up. I honestly think better renovation is needed for the classic apartments considering the rent price but then again Bayvue is in a prime neighborhood. It has excellent access to restaurants, banks, supermarkets and downtown.
I can see why people are frustrated by this place. Its like pulling teeth just to try and view one of these apartments. They wont even call you back. Very strange!
We have lived here since August of 2018 and we love it. My husband and I walk around the property and enjoy seeing all wonderful things in nature (see picture below). The maintenance staff has handled all of our issues quickly and respectfully. 5 stars to the leasing team that is always friendly and courteous. The gym is convenient for me, especially since my job isnt the same schedule every week. I also loved going to the wine tasting event and meeting some of the other residents that live here. Thank you very much Bavue!
Been living out here for the past 3 years and my stay here started out good but just about 4 weeks ago my feelings towards this complex has changed. Really considering terminating my lease and moving somewhere else. The price you pay, you’ve thought the service would’ve been much better on top of the dated apartments...

Regarding Management of Bayvue:I’ve lived at Bayvue since Feb 2020 where I’ve witnessed the change of management 3 times now. It was very frustrating to deal with the last mgmt particularly, they didnt care about pest control, maintenance or have any love for the residents on a whole. When the new management took control in late May - early June 2021… particularly Jordan Sorchevich ( property manager), he met and exceeded all my needs immediately. I had been experiencing a noise / pest control issue with squirrels residing in the roof of my apt & i had been complaining for 6 weeks (which was the time of the transition change between old & new mgmt). Since day 1 of meeting Jordan, I have built a positive rapport & impression with Bayvue again. Garbage is picked up on time, no more pest issues, mgmt office is open for residents to enter, the website has been revamped & is more user friendly, the maintenance of the property is continuously improving, & the staff are alot more professional.Jordan has had to deal with me either by email or in person countless times & each time he has been prompt to deliver; been amicable & most helpful. Never frustrated or short of patience with my numerous favors/requests as a resident. Bayvue was losing its reputation & thanks to Jordan & the team he has brought over… they rolled up their sleeves & got to work! Thank you again Jordan; you have been a blessing to the community!
I love this community because its more like a family. Everyone is neighborly and looks out for each other. The office staff is very professional and treats their tenants the way they would want to be treated. The maintenance crew always goes over beyond to get any repairs or requests done in a timely fashion and get the job done right the first time. I would recommend this property to anyone, you wont regret it.

Great renovated apartments, the gym is excellent. I love the pools and the staff. They are very helpful, especially Valentina. She always provides good answers for my questions and welcomes me with a bright smile.
The handle of my oven broke off last Thursday and now I can no longer use this oven. It’s been 8 days with no word from maintenance. I called today and they told me they have to wait on the manufacturer to send a technician and they have absolutely no time frame for my oven getting fixed. This is crazy that I am paying over $1000 in rent and am unable to cook in my own home.P
I just moved out of this apartment complex to a house I bought after three years living here. The complex is very attractive with very well maintained pretty land escaping, tennis courts, two swimming pools, gym and other amenities that makes it enjoyable live here. The staff is very friendly and helpful and maintenance is efficient and up to the task. And the best is that is a great value for the rent you pay.I would recommend it to the ones looking for a spacious apartment at a reasonable price.
If you are looking for quality affordability and a comfortable place to lay your head. I recommend the place where I live and play. Bayvue apartments. There is no other place I would recommend. The management team is second to none and you will be treat as if your apartment is your kingdom. Come visit the place where peace is a priority.

Ive lived her six years now. When first moved in it was nice and we really had no problems. The matience staff and staff we professional and took care of everything in a timely manner. Then the ownership changed twice in a year and became Bayvue. Since changing to bayvue the staff has been hard to get a hold of and dont return calls or matience requestsWhen you do finally get ahold of someone its all excuses and they are unprofessional. We have a dog and half the time when we do a request they either enter our apartment with out our consent or say they had to come.back because of the dog or say they stopped by but no one was homeWe.have had electrical problems since moving in, carpet that had been in our place since before we moved in and needed replacing and took forever and were suppose to do.our bedroom too but didnt and gave excuses and told us we would have to pay for the bedroom our self, leaks on new carpet from hot water heater that took a week and half to be fixed and when replaced stained the new carpet and broke part of the door frame. Constant AC problems for.3 three years where they didnt what to fix it and lived in heat on and off until we got one portable unit in which they cracked the window in the bedroom, then weeks later AC broke again and never came back on . they kept just fixing parts before finally putting in new unit just to have outisde unit unit break a week later and leave messes when done doing matience. Another on going problem has been the kitchen light since moving in the bulbs are continuously being changed but after a few months go bad. Also had mold problem behind our toliet they bleached it and then sprayed painted over it. And matience problems take forever to be fixed! People do not pick up after their dogs so sometimes will step in it and track it in. The landscapping could use updating and trash is always piled up by the dumpster along with old broken furniture on the North side. Can not wait to get out!!!
Me and my Family have lived in the Bayvue community for over 3 years. Valentina and her whole staff is one of the main reasons why we are still residents today and the wonderful relaxing environment that BayVue provides!! The fitness center also gives you time to work out then take a walk along the lakes after which gives you time to relax After Long days at work. Thanks again!!!

After 18 month as a resident, I have the worst experience, VERY FUSTRATED, please be carefull with the new management team. they are the worst.. they dont know what they are doing, no comunication between them and if they make a mistake you will have to pay for it ....... just the worst experience, I end up nervous, scared, fustrated, please dont move there.
This is a nice place. A little outdated, and the neighbors are really loud. Also, a rat was in our apartment!! Other than that, the staff is friendly and helpful!

I have been living here at BayVue almost 2 years. I love my apartment, any time someone comes to visit it simply takes breathe away!!The staff here is BEYOND AMAZING!!!! Any maintenance request has been completed before I could think twice about it. The office staff is has treated me and my son like family. I have never lived in a apartment community that has cared so much about every person that comes into the office.I can’t be more grateful for this community that has become home and family in so many ways.
I just moved in last week and my apartment is beautiful! Im in love with therere fully upgraded apartments. I just moved here from Miami, and was a bit skeptical on getting a place that I never seen but the transition was very easy! So far I am really happy with the apartment and its in a great location.
Watch out this is a trap. I lived there for 24 months, they increased rent $150 when my first lease ended. Second time I didnt renewed the lease and moved out and give them notice to leave apartment. I was out of town and missed 6 days on 60 day notice and gave 54 days notice. They even didnt walk through when I ask them before I leave. Later they sent me $944 bill saying insufficient notice. I paid full amount until the last day of leases. They didnt inform anything about insufficient notice when I was there. I asked them to charge me in prorated rate if its insufficient notice but they didnt.They also dont have any security in apartment. Someone stole my bike from balcony and one day at midnight someone tried to break my apartment door.Please, be aware before moving in there.
There were a couple issues when I moved in but the office staff quickly fixed all issues. They have been very nice and never rude. The grounds are a little messy, people dont seem to clean up after their dogs, the dog bags are always empty and the dog garbage overflowing. The front dumpster seems to be overflowing as well. Looks ghetto. When everything is clean the area looks great. Windows seem to be thin so invest in some good curtains.Update so I have been here 6 months now and it is issue after issue. The remodel was done poorly. Many of my outlets didnt work, my ceiling has been coming apart and has water damage since Sept which I have asked to be repaired multiple times. I also have a leak that was yet to be fixed. I asked for best control as well with no luck and have been seeing roaches. Apartment is not work the money and maintenance is a joke.
You should not rent from BayVue at all. I cancelled my lease early and told them in advance. They said that was fine as long as we paid the agreed upon amount, which we said we would. I realized that I gave them the wrong forwarding address about 2 weeks after we left. I called them to give them the new on and the person that answered the phone could barely understand me. I was able to give them the new address as well as asking them to resend the bill statement so I could begin to pay them back. They were also supposed to send me a copy of the cancelled lease. They didn’t do either, so two weeks later I called them again. They again promised they would send it. They never did. We began emailing them and only got one response that said the lady was out of the office and would have to get back to us. We emailed them 3 other times and received no response. This happened over the span of 5 months. Then we get a collections notice in the mail and were told to pay over $3000 in less than a month in order for it to not hit our credit. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever rented from. Don’t make the same mistakes we did and rent from them.
So glad we are out of that place! I have been trying to call for the past 2 days because a package was sent there by mistake and as usual you cant get anyone one the phone. The place was a joke when we were living there. Could never get anything done. And the pool by the gym was always disgusting. But the one by the leasing office was always taken care of so the new tenats thought this place was nice.
They show you a beautiful apartment and talk the community up on how wonderful it is then tell you how cheep it is . What they dont tell you is that your actual apartment wont look anything like the model they show you, the paint is all oil based and when you move in be prepared to clean because the carpets are dirty, dirty clothes from the last tenet are on top of the dryer, the refrigerator is to big so it covers half you pantry, your closet doors wont stay closed and if they do its because they were painted and wont open, and the location you are told isnt right nor is the floor. Then theres the pricing sounds reasonable until you add all the required extras.needless to say we moved on to a bigger, better, cleaner, and safer community with out it costing any more then what they were asking and not much farther down the road
When we first moved in: beautiful apartment clean exteriors, no noise, friendly staff and just a great experienceA few weeks in: I WILL NOT RECOMMEND we realized that it wasn’t just static from the sink that was shocking us we were being electrocuted! After they had Maintenance come to our apartment three times they finally realize that they needed to ground the sink to get it to stop electrocuting me. After that I had to have someone come back out to actually hook up the outlets in the kitchen and in the bathroom for them to work.The end of our lease: we have had a huge leak in our kitchen for a month now I have put in several maintenance request and went up to the office several times in addition to the maintenance request I put in online; it wasn’t until we talked to the property manager Tiffany ( who’s is the only one that can get things done or if you can have Felix the maintenance manager ) while she was on vacation that they came out and put three holes in our wall just to find the leak and they fix the water damaged to our ceiling from the leak upstairs a month after it was reported they also just fixed the cabinets that did not shut right.Two stars because if you don’t look at all of the problems with maintenance then everything’s good
I have lived here for a year since I arrived from Puerto Rico and it has been great. Maintenance is quick and they are nice people. The office staff is always wanting to help. It’s close to everything and quiet.
Just moved into one of the renovated units and absolutely love it. The lake views are very nice. Maintenance staff is very responsive and nice, as well as the office staff.
Watch out this is a trap. I lived there for 24 months, they increased rent $150 when my first lease ended. Second time I didnt renewed the lease and moved out and give them notice to leave apartment. I was out of town and missed 6 days on 60 day notice and gave 54 days notice. They even didnt walk through when I ask them before I leave. Later they sent me $944 bill saying insufficient notice. I paid full amount until the last day of leases. They didnt inform anything about insufficient notice when I was there. I asked them to charge me in prorated rate if its insufficient notice but they didnt.They also dont have any security in apartment. Someone stole my bike from balcony and one day at midnight someone tried to break my apartment door.I usually dont write review but this apartment made me to write something so other tenants will be aware.
The trash does get bad at the compactor but it is from people not actually putting their trash in the compactor. Maintenance always cleans it up quickly. My renovated apartment is gorgeous. For the area, my rent is reasonable.
Neat and clean property. Beautiful common grounds and well manicured. The staff is great and work with the residents well.Friendly and cheerful. I Wished I had rented here sooner. The location is really great and close to airport, West Shore, Citrus park, and International malls, easy acess to I-4 and I-275, also down town Tampa and route 60 to Clearwater beach. Rent, quite honestly, is the fairest your going find.

Not rating the apartment complex but the assistant Manager Angela Pavon, one of the worst managers i’ve ever had to deal with with literally the worst customer service experience i’ve encountered. I came to the leasing office bc fedex mistakingly dropped off a package i was expecting urgently, to the main leasing office. When i came in it took Angela a long time to speak to me even though i had been there for a couple of minutes, one of her employees had to make her aware that i was there. When i explained to her the situation she called me a liar saying that fedex would never leave packages there and that she couldnt check the package receiving room for me that i was going to have to wait till monday to speak to a manager (even though she is one) to explain my situation again, when i began to ask her to please at least because it was an important package that i needed this weekend, she turned her back on me and began to speak to other residents completely ignoring the fact that i was still speaking, when i told her that i just needed for someone to help me find my package and for her to please not to be disrespectful and leave me with words in my mouth she raised up her voice saying that she wasnt being disrespectful she just simply had nothing else to say to me.I was able to get my package obviously no thanks to angela but to another employee, that saw my frustration and immediately acted to help me.Once again one of the worst employees i have had to deal with at this residence, Angela Pavon, they should be there to serve not make your day and your stay a frustration. I dont know how people like her can be at a customer service level.
Will hold owed money to you during a national pandemic and dodge any attempt to get it back. Avoid at all costs.
I have lived here for 4 years and I just wanted to share my positive experience with your staff, especially assistant manager Valentina she is friendly, professional, very helpful and knowledgeable and will meet every single need if necessary. Maintenance is prompt with every work order Ive ever had to place and they are all very friendly. I have continued to renew my lease again and again because of the value I receive for what I pay and also because of the incredible staff that Bayvue has in their leasing office. I absolutely love living here!!
By far the worst experience. We moved in in Feb of 2017, we sent an email of all the damages to the place we documented after we did the walk through. Its now July and nothing has been done. Ive emailed and called management about the leaking windows when it rains, the sink that has chips in it that they have tried to spray paint and on top of it all the drain doesnt work, it takes forever for the water to drain from the sink.The carpet was wet when we did our walk through and I thought it might be clean when its dried, well when it dried up the carpet was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves.The broken sink was supposedly ordered and we have yet to have it installed. I dont believe they really ordered the sink.The door doesnt close and the trim broke and they have not even looked at it. Today was the last straw, my door cant close with the key on the outside or using the knobs on the inside.The grounds look okay, but the laundry area and pool house in the back is a dump.You get a quote for the rent, but you only hear about the additional fees totaling over $100 after youve given your non refundable check for back ground etc.I dont need a trash concierge, because it takes forever for them to take the trash anyway. My neighbors trash stays there so long that raccoons come by at night going through her trash.Please think hard before choosing this place.

When you really think about it it is the best in Tampa there is no other place in Tampa that will give you a better deal. Yes there are some rules I have to disagree with but wherever you go youre going to disagree with something where you live. It is convenient financially and to get wherever you need to go. I apologize of what I said about the staff they are just trying to follow the rules. I am NOT the easiest client or resident to deal with but when I had problems in my apartment they were there to help me. .
I have lived here for almost 6 years and have not had any major issues. It is quiet and the front staff have always been kind.

I have been here at the Bay View apts for the last two years and I have been treated with fullest respect anyone can ask for this community is growing so fast with so many opportunities to choose from 2 full size pools a full size gym 💪 to keep you in shape and that not all they are building a hug lounge for your family comfort thank you Bay Vue apartments for being my home . Wont forget the staffing it starts with Mrs Valentina she is a excellent roll model for her staffing who is doing an amazing job thank you Mrs Valentina for your comfort
Bayvue was absolutely amazing, the apartment units and thw community is very clean and kept up. The neighborhood felt very safe, I could go for a walk late at night and not feel like I should be scared.
My experience at Bayvue apartments was a great one loved my apartment 705N sad to leave but moving up to better things thank you all for your service well done!
I have lived here for almost 3 years. I have made it a point to build relationships with the management and maintenance men. My issues are always addressed and Ive been pleased with my stay at Arium!In my opinion we experience life in regard to how we feel about it, even down to our living experience. I expect everything to work out, and it does. I expect peaceful living quarters and I have that.Its pretty much your standard apartment living at Arium. I have no personal complaints.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. BayVue gives the worst service I ever experienced. Management is rude and unproffesional. For almost a month now the sprinkler system has not been working properly. I come everyday from work and there is no way for me to walk into my apartment without getting complety soacked in dirty water, the grass and sidewalks are muddy and slippery, parking is a mess even the cars are getting water poured over or under them. I dont care to hear excuses about the new ladscape ppl fix the problem, it is unnaceptable especially for the monthly rental rate! This issue should have been solved weeks ago! Every single time is a diffrent thing, bad service all around. NO WONDER NO ONE IS RENEWING AND EVERYONE IS MOVING OUT! Stay away from Bayvue this place sucks!
It is almost impossible to get someone on the telephone. Follow up communication on anything to do with the apartment is seriously lacking. The office is constantly closed during the hours it says its supposed to be open. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided.
Washer and dryer available in my unit is cool, and the ladies up front with the exception of Jennifer are nice to deal with but that girl in particular lied her ass off when I moved in about what the place really was and I was never really satisfied with the place. I wont be renewing my lease after this first year.
Everything looks so amazing, on pictures of course, but why they keep getting bad reviews? Beautiful apartments have to admit, escpecially when you are moving from NYC where everything is so petite. If you want something such as a washer and dryer or to put a patio screen for your pets, their answer is always we can transfer you to another apartment. Once my lease is up next year I will not be staying another year! A $200 raise for what an apartment that has no washer and dryer’s, has no patio and a kitchen that is as old as I am, 24. They lie to you and are always up to make excuses! Talk is cheap, until you take action. Let’s put it this way, as soon as my lease ends, I’ll be gone too!

We moved here 4 years ago to this complex under a different management. Now we have a new one who are greedy as hell. they started renovating the whole complex and to compensate for that they raised the rent $200 a month. When asked to renovate my apartment they declined and said we will have to move to another apt and start a new lease for more rent a month with no washer or dryer hooks ups but raising the rent more and more so be careful when you signed its not all that jazz. They also They lied about been open on sundays.
Washer broke on Black Friday, submitted a maintenance request... spare the details it will now be Christmas Monday and still no working washer. I don’t know who to blame just thoroughly disappointed.
The people in the office are the most unprofessional, in competent and rude. The apartment are not worth the price. is the worse place i ever live in Tampa.
I agree with all the poor reviews. My mother in law has lived here 5 years as rent goes up the apartments and community deteriorate. She is in an old two bedroom. You would think they would update for tenants who choose to stay. And agreed its so dirty! Many of times there is trash left out, it smells, dog owners dont pick up after them. I think they care more about quanity over quality. Its no wonder every year or so they are selling it to a different company. Plumbing is also terrible! We are looking to get her out as soon as lease is up!

There had been many issues in my first month that were only rectified when I directly solicited the direct intervention of the property manager Antoinette, in the issues I encountered. She was extremely responsive to my requests and followed through to see that my needs were met. Some issues included, poor communication and follow up on service requests, unreliable trash pick up (rectified), rodent in attic (service provided after a serious flaw in communication, was rectified), trash in canal (somewhat addressed with work seen being done); no recycling recepticles (made available); unkempt poolside bathroom with no paper, soap, and smelling of urine for days (cleaned and communication issue rectified bathroom was cleaned and paper products made available). Im looking forward to enjoying Arium as these improvements in service, reliability and communication, continues and it can continue to feel like a home away from home.
I was looking at this place for my daughter, but after reading all the reviews I feel as though this place is not much better then a homeless shelter. I noticed that the management seems to do a lot of apologizing instead of fixing the issue. I CANNOT believe that maintenance was called in on Christmas Eve for a problem that was reported several times. WOW! Sounds like they are in need of new management. We will not even bother to look here. Sorry to all of you who are stuck.Thank you so much for being honest to keep me from making the same mistake.
