This practice is located close to home and very convenient for me to get there. I called and was able to set an appointment for the very next day, which was great because I had an urgent matter. The office was well laid out and aesthetically pleasing which provided a comforting feeling. The staff, dentist, hygienist were great, friendly, efficient and very welcoming. I overall had a great experience and was very satisfied and highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience. The office was very nice and staff were friendly and patient. Dr. Gonzalez made the visit and the work I need done seem so simple. I didnt feel nervous at all in her chair. I recently switched dentist and Ive gotten more answers in 30 minutes of consultation than Ive gotten in 3 years from my previous dentist. I love how easy it was to set up my first appointment. Many dentist only have available appointments 3 and 4 months out.

Wish I can give them 0 stars. Diana the billing manager and Andrea both refused to let me get serviced due to an outstanding balance that I do not owe. I called the insurance provider in front of them and they explained for the 4th or 5th time that they are not allowed to charge me separately for the service they were claiming I owed the balance on. Andrea said we have already spoken to them and refused to talk to the representative at the time. They also were very rude with me and my children especially Diana stating their office is not a babysitter and for my children to keep it down and go home and figure out the billing with my insurance and then come back, after waiting over an hour because of them refusing to let me go back until I pay an outstanding balance that I really did not owe. They are not family friendly, very rude, and unprofessional. They also have yet to fix my discomfort from a procedure they performed for me. This was my 3rd visit for the same thing. I will never be back! Do not go.

10 out of 5 star experience. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND**Going to the dentist can sometimes seem intimidating and worrisome but as a new patient here they made me feel comfortable and confident from the point of setting my appointment. Including the receptionist staff all the way to the Drs everyone was very kind, understanding and professional making me feel like a priority from the moment I walked in. I have never had more than a cleaning in my life but needed a root canal and to remove wisdom teeth which had me alittle on edge and scared but Dr Elgohary and his assistant Dalgis put my worries to rest quickly making sure I was cool, good and comfortable throughout the whole surgery and after. I cannot thank them enough and now will be looking forward to dentist visits rather than dreading them. Rockstar staff and the new home for my family and my dental needs.

Made my second visit to Smile Practice on Commercial Blvd just west of Rock Island on the North side of Commercial. I had such a warm visit and friendly service. The front desk staff are positively charming and both my sons also had a pleasant experience. The dentist was attentive and clear in her explanation of the procedure being done...I guess I would have to call myself a satisfied customer.

The service is exceptional. At this practice you are not just a number, rather you are part of a family of caregivers. They are so good that even when my insurance did not include them in my network...I bought additional insurance so I would be able to stay as a client.

This is the best place ever.I sent my 99 year old father there to get his dentures fixed.They did an amazing job.Not only did they met him in the parking lot so he wouldn’t get lost they also brought him back down when he needed to be picked up.And if that wasn’t enough they allowed his granddaughter and great grandchildren to FaceTime with him and their office cell phone.He was so happy.He said they treated him like a king!!!

The work was  really good, I had a lot of work done and the results were really good. Excellent costumer service. I got there 15 min early and the lady at the front desk walked me right in.( She is pretty) nice costumer service by the assistant very comprehensive.
