Really great mechanics, always honest and the best prices!! Sometimes they are really busy, but usually a quick turnaround of 24 hours or less. They really want to get you back on the road quickly and safely. They will work with you (payment plans, alternate solutions, etc) if youre having money problems. Highly recommend, I never take my car anywhere else!

Horrible service. Mechanic was drunk and put my control arm on wrong. I could have gotten in a serious wreck. Nowhere for customers to sit. The place is a junkyard. Very filthy. Mechanics look like someones retired Uncles from the hood. Id rather find a shade tree mechanic than go back there. When they screw up your car and you call back to inquire about it.... Tim and the lady who answers the phone gets an attitude. Close the place down asap

Had to bring my vehicle to the auto shop twice within 3 days for the same repair. The issue still persists because this shop was not capable of fully diagnosing the problem, and Adams street muffler had to take my vehicle to another shop for a complete diagnostic. Adams street muffler shop was a paid both times and my car was never fixed. Very unprofessional.

This is the shop to come for work. Their prices are affordable, yes, but to watch the mechanics working together is my hole in one. I had a quote for $1200 including $252 in parts. I bought parts for half that price then after work is done most werent needed. I am one week out from repairs & my van is running great. I waited to post but knew repairs were legit.It is now Narch 2018. My starter failed & I called Pep Boys. Their estimate was $365 w/o tow or tax. I called Adams St Muffler. They helped me get it towed. I payed $233 w/tax. Fast service. Friendly. Top notch. I now give 10 stars

I welded my dual exhaust muffler back on and talked with the owner Tim, he and I spoke on the phone and said the charge will be 40-60 dollars. But they charged me 100 dollars. The welds are decently well but the charge was overpriced unless if the owner lied. Just saying, and they said first come first serve, I came at 8:00 and they welded my car at 9:30 because they welded someones car before mines. Thats my experience.

Great experience. It looked a bit rough, but they were very affordable. Quick and had the part I needed immediately. He told me he would have the job done in an half hour, or he would buy me lunch. He finished quick as promised (replace a flex pipe for my exhaust on an 04 Jetta). Ill go back if I have a problem in the future.

I recently had a new power steering pump and hose install in my car by Adams street service center. After my car is service, with in the first twenty minutes My brand new power steering hose pops. I instantly took my car back to get re-service. They install a new my hose in my car, however, the owner try to charge me for the re-installation. In addition, the mishap of the hose affected my power steering pump. My pump started making this loud whining noise after they install the second new hose in my car. The store in which I purchased the pump from, said they would exchange my new pump for the damage pump. Next, I inform Adams service center of the news and they basely told me that they would have to charge me for the labor of taking the damage pump out and installing the new pump. So basely they still wanted to charge me for the labor of re-installing the new pump, after their mess up. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this shop. After this encounter with Adams street service center, I spoke with four different people that inform me that they had a bad experience with Adams street muffler service center as well. I give Adams street service center a rating of negative five. If your not in to wasting money,stay away from them.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A HEADACHE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO THERE. They screwed up my car twice. I wish I had never gone back the second time. I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE 5.AVOID THIS PLACE, PERIOD.

This was the worst place Ive ever been. First he quoted me for a welding job knowing all his welding tanks were empty, and was going to take at least an hour to go get another one. So I was stranded for an hour with my truck on the lift before they ever started. Then they charged me $10 more than they quoted me, which I was just going to write it off, but then while installing my equipment, the mechanic dropped my custom exhaust from six and a half feet twice while trying to put it in causing damage to my catalytic converter. The mechanic admitted fault, however Tim the owner/manager/dirt bag running the place refused to fix it. I had to call the police to get him out from hiding in the back. He wouldnt come out, just kept peeking around the corner to see if I was gone yet. This all can be verified, police reports are public record, you can contact TPD for a look at the report before you let this guy butcher your car or truck.

This is the worst place you could ever take your car the service is BAD the mechanics are TERRIBLE they had my car 3 different times and the 3rd time it was for over a MONTH and when I got my car back it still WASNT running properly . I do not recommend anyone to take you vehicle to this place it SUCKS
