I picked up a screw in one of my tires while on the way from Texas to Florida taking my son to college. I got to my hotel with the donut spare and discovered that my road hazard paperwork was left behind in Texas.Then I found 4S. I showed up just a few minutes before they opened and they got me in right away. They plugged the leak and got me on the way quickly for way less money than a new tire.While I hope to never have to see them again, they were certainly lifesavers today.

I had a very pleasant experience with 4s Tire. The staff was friendly and even offered a cold bottle of water, which of course being a hot day definitely was nice. Even being how busy they were at the time it was a very effecient place being ran. I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. I was in and out with the tires being in stock, pretty quick. They have all my services in the future and would highly recommended to anyone.

My car broke down on my way to Panama City Beach...it just wouldnt switch into high gear. Soon I couldnt get it to more than 40 miles an hour...through my Hum Device a tow was sent and my car ended up at 4S Tires...they were compassionate and friendly...went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of...I couldnt have asked for more! At first I just needed tires and alignment on our 2018 Suburban... I asked them about there other services, I gave them a try..Its been two weeks and I am happy with all the work they did... Will be bring in a few other company trucks in.

I was leaving work the other night and blew the driveshaft on my truck. Cory was there within an hour to tow me back home. Luckily this was my first call and I wont use anyone else as long as Im in Tallahassee. I will be supporting the business in full when I go to get new tires or need a mechanic as the experience was so tremendously wonderful. I do a lot of my own work on vehicles but Cory was so professional and just down to earth that I would actually trust him to take care of a problem if I had one. 6 out of 5 stars. Dont go anywhere else if you need a tow, there isnt a reason to with people this professional.

I have been here several times, last year(2019). I got a tire from them back in February and still have it today, it was a used tire but it was and still is in great condition even after finding out today there was a nail in it, and its still a good tire. The 2 gentlemen there helped me with my tire right away, and did not even have to buy a new one because if its great condition. I recommend coming here for a used or new tire.

They came for roadside assistance when my van would not start because of a dead battery. Instead of towing it to a mechanic and charging the insurance company, they determined that the battery was good, and I had not been driving it often enough. As an elderly person, I appreciated their concern and recommendations for running the car every few days just to keep the battery charged. They were most helpful, kind and respectful and even offered to follow up to make sure there were no further problems.

The place seemed great but when we arrived they refused to repair a spare we already had which was understandable but then we were charged a $75 fee so the mechanic could stay late which I minded a bit since on Google at the time of writing says that they are open 24 hours, maybe theyre towing service is but they shouldve specified in my opinion. All of that was reasonable to me until I started reading the fine print before signing a paper and was told that isnt important just sign right there. I was translating for my dad who doesnt know English so maybe they thought I didnt know much English which is weird because I dont have an accent but yeah. They were hospitable for giving us water bottles though. Weve gotten our tire changed for cheaper in other places though.

I called Friday the day before I go. They said yes we open at 8am on Saturday and we do alignments. I drive ten miles, 20 min to get there to be told that the guy that does alignments wont be in until 11 if he comes in. Talk about ruined plans.

I wanted 2 new tires. They finished & gave me the bill and I noticed they put used tires instead of new. I had to pay another fee for them to switch them plus the first fee. Even tho he told me they dont charge a fee at all to put them on if I purchase them there. The actual workers doing the tires are very nice & fast. But the fat man in the office (Im guessing the owner) lies & only cares about money.

Our tire blew out on the interstate. 4S Tires was the closest tire place. It was a Sunday so they were technically closed, but they replaced our tire anyway. Super friendly! I would recommend them to anyone.

First time trip with camper, brakes seized up. Called AAA. They sent these guys to tow camper in. Had parts waiting when it got there. Had us back on the road within four hours. Best of all, they were super friendly and very knowledgable.. We would definitely recommend.

I contacted my insurance provider for roadside assistance because I needed a tow and they sent Payle$$ towing. I could not be more impressed or satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again in the future. The tow driver was courteous and kind and was also very quick. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tow/jump/tire repair. Very impressed.

Tire had a blow out and our spare didn’t fit right while on a family trip. Happened to come upon someone who pointed us in this company’s direction and they saved the day! Called them just in time for them to stay open later, was able to sell us a used tire, and get us on our way. Highly recommend this company!

Mechanic stole my iwatch out of my vehicle, not the owner nor manager cared! Service was fine even tho I returned because my alignment was off. I just couldn’t believe someone would stoop so low as to stealing smh

It is Sunday and we pulled in at closing time, both front tires gone. These guys welcomed us and took care of our needs. I give this shop an A+ for service. I am going to recommend them to all the Veterans.

They just showed me a review from a guy who complained about the $65 used tire. He doesn’t mention that is the installed price. He also doesn’t mention if he had gone to Walmart he had to wait at least an hour. Some people can never be satisfied and want everything for free. This shop carries the best used tires around and they are the most honest people I have ever done business with. I have been coming to this shop since they opened 4 years ago and I never go anywhere else

Overpriced. Set of 4 new Ironman gr906 and alignment cost $600.00. Tires are 62.99 online. They charged 107.50. I could have got top rated Michelin tires.

4S Tire is the best tire shop around Leon county area.

We are on our way to Texas. One of our tire was blown and we needed a tire. We call several roadside services but non could help accept 4S Tire.We have never seen this kind of service anywhere.This people are absolutely amazing. They went out of their way and did a excellent job. They offered us cold bottle of water and their price was very reasonable too. I wish we had a 4S Tire in Texas.

Pulled in after finding these guys on the web and had a tire change for a blowout. Driving across Florida on a vacation and these guys got us back on the road and continued on our way. We pulled in right before closing and they were completely user friendly and got us taken care of!!!! Great service and price!

Arrived to have them waiting on us at 330 am .Tire almost exploded, rapid replacement, excellent guys.Catered to my newborn, wife and 2 dogs, offered us bottles of water. I had to wait more than 30 minutes before I was noticed. Too many add ons to the price. A used $43 tire ended up costing around $65. Didnt even ask me if I wanted to keep my old tire, which I did. They charged me the disposal fee without asking me first. Never again will I go to this place again.

As got a flat tire as I was just about to hit this town driving from California. Luckily on a Easter Sunday, this shop was open and still working. My car was towed there and they immediately started to help me, they had tires my size (265/35/22) which also had 7 point lug nuts on them. I had bought a new set of lug nuts just to try and see if the key would work but it was too small. One of the employees then went to the auto store and managed to exchanged it for a set that fit my car WITHOUT charging me extra. Once he returned, my car was put together quickly and very well. The employees understood my situation and did their very best to get my car back on the road. I would make the drive to have them service my car once again!

I purchased a bad tire from Tallahassee Pep-Boys and they refused to take it back or give me my money back. I came here to 4S Tire, they sold me a premium used tire for only $55. Their price and service was much better than Pep-Boys

Very efficient, pleasant and premier customer service. Mike came out to my apartment, took off my bad tire, and replaced it with my spare. This gave me the ability to drive to the shop to get the tire for my car. He worked with me and gave me an affordable price for a new tire. Amazing service. Highly recommended.

We had a blow out on I-10 and had my ford explorer towed to 4s tire. The entire staff was very helpful, they went above and beyond to find tires to fit my truck. There customer service was great. The owner called me and came in and assured me that everything would be fine and we would be taken care of. Most people wouldnt do that even when your insurance company gives you a hard time. We will definitely be going back to 4s tire if we have a problem. Again thank you all for such great service.
