The HIIT Center may be my favorite gym in Tallahassee! The owner is amazing. The trainers are A1 and the location is super clean. Everyday they build workout from scratch so you never know what to expect. Looking for a GREAT workout give this gym a try!!

Great place with a genuine interest in getting and KEEPING you fit. Organized classes (5 times a day) or personal one-on-one training, a great atmosphere and tons of parking.
