I love this gym! Coming from a more commercial gym in town, what a pleasure it is to be at a place where the patrons care about the equipment and put away the plates.Here I can be myself and do my thing without waiting on equipment or hunting down weights.You wont find any treadmills here or other fad equipment. What you will find is a great gym to help you reach your strength goals in an environment that pushes you forward. I am a very happy customer.

Awesome, clean place to train.I went in to CCB with no real lifting experience just looking to get a bit stronger and was a bit apprehensive at first but Josh the owner was extremely helpful and friendly and made me feel at home right away.I highly recommend his Intro to Powerlifting class if youre new to lifting. He provides detailed attention over several classes to make sure youre lifting with proper form. After the classes are over he provides a detailed program specialized to you that you can work on for several weeks.I recommend this gym to anyone regardless of your current fitness level. Everyone I met there was very friendly and helpful if I had any questions.
