Randstad is a great temporary agency to work for. This experience has been great. Jimmy is our main contact for Conduent here in Tallahassee and he truly cares along with the rest of the staff there. At one point I remember our checks were held up a little but was contacted to see if we needed anything. Jimmy came and took care of a bill I needed to take care for my child and I...of course paid it back when I got paid but honestly what employer looks out for you like that. I have never seen that and I am 43 years old, been working since I was 15 in many industries and in many big cities I have previously lived in! Randstad I believe will look out for theyre employees because they have already proven to me that they look out for me and my family. My experience working with Randstad has been nothing short of amazing! Not only do the employees care, more importantly, they show it! They create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, they learn your strengths & weaknesses, your personality, your desires, your likes and dislikes; then, they make it their business to work hard and diligently to locate the perfect fitting job, just for you. I have worked with Amanda and Jimmie and both are just wonderful, honest people; their customer service skills are bar none. I recommend anyone that is looking for a job and seeking the help of a temp agency to strongly consider Randstad. You will not be disappointed.

I only inquired about this temp agency b/c of the reviews however, I was very skeptical to say the least. I walked into the the office and was not immediately greeted but eventually this guy name Jimmy asked me how could he help me I introduced myself and explained to him my experience and that I had lost my job and needed help Asap with locating employment. He glanced at my resume asked me some questions and told me that theres a company that will be conducting interviews this week and I would be a great fit for. I was excited he said he would send me the on boarding invite to get started. Twenty-four to forty eight hrs later no email checked spam still nothing. I called and asked to speak with him multiple times and he would never be available or would be on a call. So the lady Amanda asked if there was anything she could help me with I explained to her the nature of my call and she apologize that he had not gotten back to me and said she would send me the email to get started. Once I completed everything I call back to inquire about the interview he mentioned the week prior, when I called back to ask to speak with him yet again amanda placed me on hold and came back and said Jimmy said they decided go in a different direction and I said how come he never called to follow up her response was she wasnt sure. I was pretty much done at that point. Too many red flags. Fast forward a week later I applied for the same company on my own and not even 24 hrs of applying I recd a phone call for an interview and got the JOB. Jimmy is phony fake from the sound of his voice and full of BS. This man completely ignored all my calls, lied to my face, had his staff lie, and discriminated me for either my looks of resume which both are perfect. The reviews are completely fake. Dont believe them. These people are judging you before you even speak and not based on your work ethic. I was hurt and disappointed. I had two friends that lost their jobs after over ten yrs and I referred them to another location. I will be contacting the corporate office and reporting this. No one should ever have to feel this way. This so called man and his staff needs a real reality check. People are really hurting and struggling out here.

I would like to state that Randstad is a great company to work for, particular working with Jimmy Hill. He is a excellent business man and he does his best to keep his word. I respect him for even more for going above and beyond. I worked with Randstad at the start of 2018 for several months, yet had found a better opportunity somewhere else. I left Randstad on good terms and did eventuality make my way back to working with the company when I wanted more growth from my former employer but was unable to be granted that. I have since been working with Randstad since then, doing contract short-term work until I found employment within the Technology side of the company. I am doing that now. I would like to thank Jimmy Hill for his excellent communication skills and keeping his people in the loop with on-going changes and taking pride in his work!

I have worked with this company about a year. They have found 3 jobs for me all which I have loved. I wish that the down time in between jobs was a little faster. You dont always have a job immediately after each assignment and that could be rough sometimes.

Yes, they are wonderful people and caring UP TO A POINT. Not only did I jump on jobs with 100% dedication (temporary jobs mind you), but I never took a job without assurance of my dedication. I was working for a company that deals with mental health. Being that I went through a period of mental instability, and letting them know that my current situation would need some time off, Randstad totally ignored me. I contacted them, emailed the office as to the situation-- NEVER TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM. I have worked for major companies that regard people sincerely, as humans, and NOT workhorses! I am saddened that this Tallahassee office DOES NOT represent all Randstad affiliates. Quite sad to say the least. If Life happens to you as you are contracted through Randstad?? Be worried!

Great team and great people to work for, very fair and understanding and willing to work with you if they see you have that go get it attitude. I can write a book about this company has been a blessing for me an my family over the years.

My name is Keyambreia, and on the behalf of my kids and I, I would just like to give the biggest thank you to Ms. Amanda. My experience with randstad has been nothing less than amazing. I walked into Ranstad on the verge of giving up! I explained to her I had lost my job, and I started doing anything that I knew to do to maintain and take care of my kids. I told her I was driving for Uber and going to day labor to get by. Ms. Amanda ( a complete stranger to me ) was so compassionate and understanding of my situation. She assured me that I wouldn’t be driving for Uber much longer and she will find somewhere to place me. By the grace of god I received a call not even a week later from Jordan lettting me know Ms. Amanda has found somewhere to place me. Tears immediately began to fall because I couldn’t believe my ears. My storm is over! I always knew that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I just want to thank you Ms. Amanda for being my light and angel! This means so much to me and my kids. There are still some good people in this world, and I’m so lucky to have stumbled upon you. I can’t say thank you enough. One thing I can say for sure is Ms. Amanda and the entire staff at randstad are so welcoming and compassionate about their job. They are not there just passing out business cards but instead they are actually placing people and changing lives. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart.
