Great agency to work for. Got me work within a week and Im enjoying the job still.

Staff was excellent, very courteous, extremely informative, and had a lot of great suggestions. We look forward to having a very good relationship with them for long term.

My husband was hired through them to work at Berg Pipe, a week before Christmas 2016 they laid everyone off effective the following Tuesday. That meant he would only have one day on a check so he didnt drive the 70 plus miles for one day of work. Well since then he has been disqualified for unemployment because of them. Now with my husband being out of work due to Covid he is still being denied unemployment and the issue we are told that Remedy put that he quit. Sorry I tell you! First you lay everyone off the week before Christmas 2016 then you screw him up even 5 years later.

Call and text a person to inform that they have been hired to work at trane. Schedule training on Monday. Went to training and was called after training that trane do not want you back. How can after one day? Brought boots and resigned from their job. No job but have boots that will never be used. Called remedy person was very nasty.

Ive went through Remedy for multiple jobs and they are absolutely amazing! I love the people there, they are the best people you could have on your team ❤

The customer service is awesome; but whenever I call they say the have openings, have me to sign paperwork, submit it just to get let down the following day. This has happen on numerous occasions. After the last disappointment, I said I would try again. Previously I was informed I had the job they gave me 3 different start dates. Remedy staff member promise me I would be notified within 2 weeks and advised me to be patient. I waited for 4 weeks; then 2 months later they call me with a start date.

Continually not returning calls and lying to employees.

A buddy of mine was really hurting for work, and you all were able to Remedy his issue! 5/5 would recommend.
