Nothing like waking up in the morning to find your car stolen from your own parking lot 🥰🥰

I was towed from the Axis apartments, rightly so for I did not have a temporary permit, however, upon retrieving the car, it was apparent the tower had done damage to the underbelly of the car. As I pulled out of their property, a loud scraping sound was heard, and upon further inspection a large portion of the plastic underside was ripped off and dragging across the pavement. I shortly thereafter reported the damage to the lady behind the desk, who informed me it would not be repaired until six pm that night and to leave the vehicle, and return then. Upon returning at that time, I found the Professional Parking Service building to be closed. I then called the number left on the front door, and was told it would be another 30 minutes before anyone might assist me. After roughly 50 minutes of waiting, one of the Professional Parking Service tow drivers pulled up, and proceeded to “fix” the damage done to my vehicle that occurred under their care, which consisted of 2-3 zip ties tied to the afflicted area. Needless to say, the zip ties came undone shortly after. Shame on the below adequate (even for a tow company) employees of this company, and on the City of Tallahassee for allowing such poor practices to occur under their supervision.

I had a valid parking decal on my vehicle and it was still towed by their company. On the phone the lady was rude and miserable, perhaps the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She cussed at me and told me that I was wasting their time, which I thought was hilarious. A towing company telling their customers that we are the ones inconvenienced, especially when we have the decal... She said she was the manager, so to me it seems she is used to having her way with college students given the area. Fight back, I got my fee waived after she realized she was in the wrong. Many others say they were unable, but that isnt true, keep fighting as it may take a few minutes for her to understand how the world works. Good riddance to her!

They towed my car, when I parked right by visitors. My car is stretch up and they couldn’t provide pictures that they supposed to had took before taking my car . On top off that guess who have to get new back brakes me because he towed my car all the way cross town with my Emergecy breaks on .

Definitely the worst company I’ve ever had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with. I sincerely hope it goes under along with every employee there.

If you obey parking rules then they dont mess with you. Treat staff with respect and they are kind

Terrible service . They sold me used tires and said it was new . They must think I’m stupid.

Lady at the front desk was useful in terms of finding out when my vehicles plate was searched in their database and when my pass expired but other than that, she’s pretty snarky which personally I cannot stand. Regardless, my pass expired at 10:00 am, tow truck guy checked at 10:18, and I reset it at 10:23am. A difference of 5 minutes cost me $105. Also, heads up to the lady at the front desk, we’re currently fighting a global pandemic so maybe wear a mask next time you’re working with someone. It’s both common decency and common sense.

PPS is a reasonable company and they love their customers. Considering they deal with people usually at low point of their day, or month for that matter, they remain very humble. They have skilled employees and managers that are very knowledgeable. 100% will use again.

Parked my semi truck for 2hrs and it costed me $1600 !

PPS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Towed my car when I had a valid decal on it issued by them! Just plain thievery and looking for a quick buck‼️‼️

Wish I could put 0 stars. Have NEVER seen a more unprofessional towing company in my life. Waited 7 HOURS for a tow truck to come and they never came. Lady that works there is SUPER rude and argues with you and has the biggest attitude of any customer service worker I’ve ever heard in my life. Do yourself a favor and use ANY other towing company. They deserve 0 business from how unprofessional and rude they are. Never even got the chance to use them because they never showed up.

Literally towed me from me own parking spot and the lady at the desk refused to release the vehicle. I’m even an employee at the property snd have special decals on my car and they still towed. Supposedly the car was towed at 1:10 and I called them at 1:12 completer thievery

They were nice and kept in contact with me to make this experience better.

“Somebody’s on their way to unlock the door” It’s Friday afternoon and no one is working at the spot and it took 2 hours for somebody to show up. Any business that is looking to hire a towing company. I will personally pay you $25 to choose a competitor of PPS. Of course proof of purchase is necessary.

They tow my car and made scratches on both doors passenger side. Very rude people. They don’t want to fix it. The worst company!

Recently got towed by the company and went to go pick up my vehicle. The lady who “greeted” me at the window had the worst attitude and wasn’t professional at all. It’s already bad enough my car got towed now the people who towed my car has a horrible attitude. The entrance was dirty and unsanitary as the mat wasn’t clean at all. If one does get towed I pray it’s not from this company.

Really rude and unprofessional people, office has no air conditioning and is very small. Even when set up a meeting, they made us wait 30 minutes.

I wish to start off this review by saying that ive had no issue with the drivers although some of what they do i really dont agree with. at 3:30 in the morning i walked out of my friends apartment to a mostly empty lot and found my car had been towed. i will admit i was parked in a resident spot however every single one of the visitor spots were taken and if the lots empty why would anyone mind if i park in a spot?!? i had a few issues with this tow - i wasnt upset that my car was towed it was HOW it was towed. ive attached some images of the parking spot my car was in when it was towed and you will notice something about the empty spot. theres drag marks on the ground from my tires. they literally picked the rear of my car up dragged the front tires leaving visible rubber on the ground and disconnected my car to drive the truck around and re attach my car with the front wheels. so my friend and i took a drive to PPT and sure enough my car was in the lot. i enter the place and explain what happened and to be fair the lady was very nice to me i was allowed to enter the lot and check my car and grab my backpack for school the next morning. ive also attached a picture of what i found happened to my car. my cars driver side mirror had been broken to a point where it would not return to its original position and a fairly large chunk of plastic was missing from the front of it. i confronted the lady at the desk after taking pictures of the car. they contacted the tow driver and asked for his before picturs of my car and sure enough the mirror had no issues prior to the tow. i was told my new mirror will be payed for which im fine with. however i also brought the subject of my car being dragged up and i was told that they would NEVER lift a car such as mine from the rear. - im ust explain my car for a second here - my car is front wheel drive - that means the rear wheels are free floating as in not connected to anything. this in turn means they will move when being acted on by an outside force. now my front wheels they will not or at least should not move. hence the drag marks on the ground. if a car is dragged like that transmission damadge is highly likely if the wheels begin to move during the drag. luckely my car was okay in the end with no damadge to the transmission. i would end up later using my card to get my car back. i have no problem paying for the car but $140??? seriously? and its not like my car was the same as before it was towed. all in all though i was treated nicely by the staff except for a few misunderstandings everything went fairly smoothly. i would actually give a 2-3/5 rating if it werent for the damadge to the car and the high price i had to pay to get my car which they damadged back. ive added an image of my bill/reciept (not the whole thing as you may imagine it has some stuff ide rather keep private on it!) just to show that i was charged $140 for my car. if this company tows your car work with them however understand that its going to be expensive and things may happen to your vehicle!

Towed my car on a Sunday night right before Labor Day holiday I had my temporary parking pass, but unfortunately it was expired. Office was closed on Monday at my residence so I couldn’t even get another one the next day !

Horrible ppl and service

Horrible experience got towed and they would not let me use my father’s card which is how I was going to pay for the towing. We have the same last name and she said she couldn’t do it even if my dad called on facetime and showed his ID that he approved.

The place could do some updating but I was in and out in less than 5 minutes

This company is extremely unprofessional. I have been parking and doing park pay for the past 6 plus months. The thing is the app doesn’t work half the time and neither does the website. After sending a detailed message and having to be spoken to in the rudest of manners, no one seemed to want to help. I provided the days and times which I was told that my car would be okay, and it wasn’t. Currently still trying to talk to management and get this resolved. I am writing this review to inform people that YOUR CAR IS NOT SAFE IF FREE VISITOR PARKING, even if you call to inform them that your app or website isn’t working & if the tell you your car is okay. IT IS NOT.

If there was a way for me to give this place less than 1 star, I would. If you’ve ever lived in Tallahassee you’ve probably experienced this disgrace of a tow company (unfortunately). This place not only does predator towing, but they also are extremely rude and lack any kind of manners, even to the sweetest patrons.Also it is currently COVID-19 time and she insisted that my friend stand outside in the RAIN because of social distancing and ‘only one person allowed in the store’

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was originally towed due to a mishap with my apartment complexs decal. Not the towing companys fault but they are extremely rude and unprofessional about it. Especially the woman who answers the phone and sits at the office. She is loud, defensive, and wont even show her face. For a company that can ruin the lives of college students, you would think theyd have the decency to be respectful. A friend of mine was just towed and the lady again was extremely disrespectful. She must be terminated.

This company and many others are greedily taking advantage of a vulnerable class of people and it is unfortunate that someone’s living is made off of others misfortune . I encourage those involved in this business and others like to reconsider their career and life choices .

By far the worst towing company out there. I am sure that reviews for towing companies are not great, but this one absolutely has to be the worst. I was parked in a visitor spot at an apartment complex, when I went to pay on the app for the parking it informed me that between the hours of 10 AM and 10 PM were free. I parked my car at 3 PM and was towed at 4:30 PM. When I went to Professional Parking Services to explain my situation, they told me they understood that the parking was free, but because I technically did not pay $0.00 on the app and put my license plate I was towed. That is complete thievery and absolutely a loophole for them to charge me $110 easily. I write this review not for people who have been towed, but for companies that want to do business with Professional Parking Services. If you want your companies name sullied and to retain a negative connotation, I suggest you employ Professional Parking Services.

Should be called UNprofessional parking services. The devil works hard, especially in a PANDEMIC... but PPS works harder!! Lady at the front was extremely rude, they handled my car incorrectly which damaged the undercarriage. You should’ve seen how excited my lawyer got when I told him/ sent him pictures!! You will be hearing from my lawyer regarding the damage you did to my vehicle during tow =) I rather pay $110 to my toilet then to this dirty and nasty company.

All I see is people crying the car got towed. Then you take it out on these people for nothing. I mean they Did not park your car there you did so all own to your responsibility. Dont go slander somebody elses name because you feel like you are wrongfully treated when you clearly violated the rights of a respected private property owner. We all make mistakes stop blaming somebody else for yours....

It sucks getting your truck towed and to come out in the morning and see your truck not there it will send someone into a panic. I understand people need to make a living and this is the way these guys put food on the table for their families. In short, my truck got towed last night and I called them this morning and they informed me they had my truck and I could come get it at any time. They worked with me and took care of my vehicle without damaging it. I got good customer service but was also not giving them a hard time or being a jerk about a situation that wasn’t ideal to begin with. Most of you will think I’m crazy for writing a good review on a company who towed my vehicle which forced me to pay money that I didn’t really have but they did their job well and showed me respect and took care of my truck. It sucks I got towed and had to pay to get it out but it was my own fault and they treated me well so if someone was going to tow my truck, I’m glad it was Professional Parking.

Terrable towing service damaged bumper on car

They towed me from the Boy Scouts parking lot after paying $30 to park for game....no signs posted about a tow zone...ridiculous

This company is preying on young college kids expecting that they will not fight back after having their car STOLEN by them. They stole my daughters car this morning stating “we didn’t think you would get your tags renewed before they expired” (which they had already been renewed yesterday!) and breaking into her car (the doors were locked when they illegally towed the vehicle, when she got her car back everything was open, and they STOLE her parking pass off the dashboard to cover their a$$es). They bullied her throughout the whole process of retrieving her car- the woman working there was rude and extremely unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the sheriffs department.

Do not park anywhere this company can tow. They will find a reason to tow you. First the pay kiosk was out of order so could not get a ticket 30 min later car towed. These people are crooks. Law enforcement even admitted to them hooking vehicles up and bouncing tickets off the dash. Of course when you call them they just hang up on you.

A very pathetic group of people

I concur with all the 1 star reviews as well. One star only because I can’t give them zero or negative. Rude, unprofessional, dishonest, predatory towing practices, outrageous behavior. Lot looks disgusting, car was illegally towed in the middle of the night and damaged during the towing process. By illegally preying on people is how this tow company stays in business. My car was legally parked in our spot in front of our apartment. They towed it anyway. Doesnt matter if you were parked legally or not. Big scam! I am suing this company! Already contacted a lawyer.

Car was towed within 15 minutes of ticket expiring. Their reason for doing so was that it takes 5 minutes to walk from the top floor of the apartment complex you were parked at to your spot. So if youre in the shower or in any way reasonably hung up, youre SOL. Got my car back within thirty minutes of it being stolen. Decent lady up front, but seriously? Appalling.

Terrible customer service. My car was towed from my own apartment complex (Lexington woods), where I live. I’m on the lease and explained that I have two cars and have been out of town and unable to register the new car. They said they’d call me back after speaking with the manager (they never did). After I called back in they stated that I’d have to pay to come get my car. These people are rude, nonchalant, and could care less about your misfortune. They just want the bit of money that they do receive from struggling students in the area.

Charged me the wrong amount and rushed outside to close the gate on me before I left to force me to come inside and pay more money before they would allow me to leave. Absolutely backwards business practice and theyre lucky they got away with that when they did because it wont happen again.

They are just doing their job when my friend drops off the pass in my condo. We talk for 5 minutes and then as he walks out and his car is on the way out towed. Even though the pass was there for 5 hours. Ill remember this when I take care of the next person in the restaurant industry and well They just dont like their food and I will apologize and say I understand, but Im just doing my job because we didnt do anything wrong, so youll still have to pay for the food, just because you didnt like it. I am on the board of my condo association, you will not have this contract anymore. Treat people how you want to be treated.

If i ever find my self in a position where it is possible, I will buy this company out just to watch it burn. Literally sending out squadrons of professionals to raid neighborhoods at night and rob many people of their property, money, time, and convenience. Tow companies have a place in society, but this company doesnt.

Did park n pay at 12:01, I switched 2 letters halfway through typing my license plate. All they said was “sorry, human error.” Even after having the correct make, model, and color. Unbelievable, can’t believe how this company operates.

VERY RUDE PEOPLE! Tow without a regard for parking passes, parking stickers, or any other legal verification to be parked there. Will refuse to release car at ALL cost. Terrible company. Think two or even three times about employing the company. Teller woman makes experience worse, if that is even possible. Her manners or very subpar and unprofessional. Towing is not great, but Hobkirk is professional and polite.

Friend parked in my apartment complex, first got a free ticket for an hour and then paid for the next 3 hours until midnight. Ticket was placed in car. I took video evidence, for I had a gut feeling something was going to happen, due to how many other people have been screwed over by them. Low and behold, the car was towed. When speaking with them in person at the office, they were rude and uncooperative. They said that their photographic evidence mattered and our video evidence (with a time stamp and all) did not. Preyed on an underage teen, made them cry. Would not speak with us (legal adults) because we did not own the car. Horrible service. And while we were waiting for money to be transferred to my friends account so they could get their car, saw one of their tow trucks fly into the lot with a car, completely scraping the under portion of the rear end of it. Not professional, and will be discussing with my complex to discontinue their services.

Professional parking they are the best company in town. They tried towing my car so fast but i dashed to them. I almost got towed from my own neighborhood. If you would like to get your car towed I suggest it from them. On top of that they charged me $44 to drop my car. I only had $45 and the guy had no change he dropped my car it banged the ground and he didnt give me change. I love these people and hope the best for them

Professional Parking Services towed my friends vehicle out of Villa Reanna and drove across the street to Jim Milts BBQ with it before properly securing it to the tow truck at 12:09am on 7/5/15. He was charged $88 because the vehicle was no longer on the property from which it was towed. Had the tow truck operator taken the time to properly secure the vehicle to the tow truck, the vehicle still would have been on the property at that time that we confronted the tow truck operator, resulting in a charge of half of the fee for a full tow.

They deserve no star for the way they treat people and conduct shady business. How dare they tow people out of their own apartment complex with no reason. Especially when the car was tagged and legally parked.

We all know this towing company is one of the worst in the business, but here is another story to add to their reputation. I called this morning to ask a question about a parking sport because I wanted to make sure I was allowed to park in that lot. However, the lady who answered did not know the answer nor did the other guy working with her when she asked. She didnt ask any questions nor try to find any information about my vehicle to know if I could park there. When I tried to explain why I could park there, she interrupted me by saying I dont know and hung up. I know many of us dont like towing companies, but when they arent even willing to answer questions, it makes it even harder to be understanding towards this business.

Towed a car that shouldnt have been towed and scratched the bottom. Opened late when we got there.

Horrific customer service. I was told 3 different times that Chester would call me back....still waiting. I cant wait to meet his sorry a$$ in court. He will wish he would have called me back and resolved this situation.

Horrible, only word that comes to my mind. Opposite of kind people. Left my car outside my friends apartment for 15 minutes to find my car gone. I go get my car and keep in mind Im visiting friends, Im from west palm. So I show up nicely just trying to get my car back to go home in the morning and I only have my moms card she gave me for the trip and the hell whisper tendent working the desk wouldnt let me use my moms card. She said my mother must come in person to pay!! What? I have my mothers last name and you checked my ID?? And she lives 6 hours away. So I had to get cash than go back. Keep in mind with no car. Obviously, no one likes towing companies, but these folks are really something else. Ive dealt with them a handful of times in my six years in town, in different situations/apartment complexes. Theyre admittedly predatory in watching cars, and have even towed me and a former partner from where we lived. To an extent, I get theyre doing their (terrible) jobs - but theyre overall awful and are rude as can be, even if you kill em with kindness. Go on YouTube and watch them get paid in pennies for a semblance of redemption.

I was called stupid by one of the employees when picking up my car. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve EVER had with someone. I wish I had the employees name because they should be fired immediately.

It is impossible to describe how terrible this business is. As far as tow truck companies go, these people may be the most unethical in the nation. The woman at the front desk is also one of the worst and least friendly employees you could imagine. How have these people not had their towing license revoked? It blows my mind.

Professional towing has the worst customer service and professionalism that I have ever experienced. The woman working at the counter is rude, unprofessional, and egregious. She does not like to be questioned and responded to inquiries about why our Jeep was tow with unwarranted attitude and expressed that she could simply make us wait until she saw fit to take our payment before she would release our vehicle. To make matters worse she further threatened me and my son with trespassing when I began to expressed how unprofessional she was and that she needed to revisit her approach on how to interact with the public.Please know that you have the right to inquire about why your vehicle was towed. Tow companies cannot hold your vehicle hostage and threaten you with trespassing simply because they don’t like being questioned or educated on how to professionally interact with the public. If you have difficulty taking possession of your vehicle call the police. The police will help expedite your transaction.

The most disrespectful and unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to or witnessed! Disgusting work ethics and the receptionist lacks courtesy! The name should be changed to “unprofessional parking services” and should be SHUT DOWN!In response to the owner “you have to give respect to get respect” is the least of things you should be typing. It’s easy to “throw the rock and hide your hand” or “have every right to defend yourself” as you would say after you’ve been rude to your “CUSTOMERS”! One must FIRST give someone something to respect! My comment and others STAND TOGETHER! Scum company! They survived by looking after the tiny mistakes students will make when parking their cars. I purchased the parking ticket using their ugly app, but still got towed. They argued that I parked at the residence spot instead of the visiting parking spot. The truth is that they made it difficult for you to tell which one is which because they are bloody too close to each other. I will never use their hideous app and park at their space. Those scumbags survived by doing this to students. They have no bloody brain and heart.

This place is very unprofessional. Most of the time they do not pick up the phone for you to use their service or they are towing the wrong vehicles.

It’s hard to be a well liked towing company but this company has to be one of the most senile group of individuals that I have ever seen. They are extremely hostile and agressive with their procedure and will stop at almost nothing to get your car towed even if it’s illegal. I personally got my car back with a new dent which they refused to accept responsibility for. If there’s any other alternative to towing someone’s car from your property then take it! Towed my boyfriends car from my apartment complex for no reason. There were multiple other cars there and people park where he was all the time. I talked to my apartment complex and they said we were okay to park there, and the manager called this towing company and explained that to them, to which the disgustingly rude receptionist woman responded by screaming at us. She was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with in a place of business. Interrupted us, screamed at us, kicked us out and locked the door behind us when we were nothing but calm and reasonable. If you can’t have a conversation with someone in a respectful manner you shouldn’t work around people. It’s worth paying the money just to not have to deal with that witch anymore. I’d give it 0 stars if I could (:

You better hope your car doesnt get towed by these folks. They towed my friends car because it was double parked about 6 inches over. The car next to her was over so far she had to adjust. Of course they didnt tow that one.Heres the thing though, these guys take pictures of your car in the spot close enough so that you cant see the ones next to it. Also, its so conveniently written in the apartment complexs lease that they can tow you if youre double parked. They have mastered the art of scamming college kids for parking in their own complex. Over $100 for each car towed. I can understand if she didnt have a decal, but towing someone for being literally 6 inches over the line? This kind of scam should be illegal.

Everyones too harsh. People make mistakes. They wrongfully towed my first car. Got a rental. Called them that it didnt have a decal but I was a resident they took my information and will not let your car get towed. Sometimes leasing agreements will specify parking. As long as its in there they dont have to advertise all the time about towing and can refer to your leasing agreement as you did sign and read it. Just be careful all.

Towing company damaged my front end of the car towing it. I went to pick up the vehicle hours later and found my brand new car damaged. They only offered an email address for complaints for me to contact the owner. No incident report was given to me or notification that my vehicle was destroyed in there possession. They deserve a 0 rating and should be put out for their mal practice

Very unprofessional. Receptionist is rude and if I can give them 0 stars I would... Shouldn’t be in business if you can’t interact with customers. I called to have my car towed from my house to the shop and this guy answers the phone yelling like a fool. I had to ask is this a towing company bc he was so rude. This is why I pay top dollar for quality and service bc there are too many bottom of the barrel businesses such as THIS ONE hanging around. Take your money else where!!

Straight up got towed while standing next to my scooter. The guy walked out to it while I was standing there grabbed it and said mine now... Then said if I wanted him to give it back ti was $55. Im no lawyer but you cant just take a vehicle while im touching it..... Straight theft...

At MY OWN apartment complex, they towed my vehicle out of a handicap spot with my sticker inside the vehicle.... Had to pay to get my car back because the sticker fell off the piece it was hanging on to BECAUSE the car got towed. They didnt care that I was medically disabled, the handicap sticker was in the car, nor that I had medical and dmv documentation stating that I am a handicap parking user.

My girlfriend was helping me move. They put her car on the flat bed. They didnt even leave the parking lot. I stopped them and asked for her car back. They asked for $110 to let it go. They didnt even leave the lot. I feel robbed.

Ive been towed by this company out of my own apartment complex multiple times. They also constantly neglect to answer their phone. They have no mercy and prey on people that they know they shouldnt even tow. Ive also experienced a very disheartening conversation with one of the drivers that led a friend of mine to call the police. I fully understand that there are situations when vehicles need to be towed, however, this company is among the most unprofessional and uncooperative businesses around.

These people are complete jerks. Towing my car from my girlfriends complex in. A space that has absolutely 0 signs anywhere about being a tow zone. They drive like maniacs even while towing a car. Going atleast 35-40 mph over a speed bump even with a car being towed.... I know this because I witnessed it while I chased the truck on foot while mine was being towed. The driver saw me as I screamed for his attention. He looked at me and just drove even faster. The people are EXTREMELY rude. Cursing at people that are trying to get there car back and giving crazy attitude. These people are a good definition of thieves.

Theyre fast, and expensive.Got to my car in under the ten minutes it took to leave it by a store while I asked a cop how to get past a barricade and back to my house.Gonna cost me 88 bucks too, to do nothing but open the gate when I try and get it back. And more if I try to get it back too early/late.I wish nothing but destruction upon the whole industry.

They towed me from my parking lot that I have an up to date certified parking pass for. They said it wasnt physically stuck on to my windshield but was clearly set on the dashboard of my car.

Runs on predatory and borderline illegal towing practices. If you ever have the misfortune of having to deal with this place, go in, pay the money, and get out. Be careful parking in tallahassee and don’t give them a second thought. They aren’t worth it.

Worst company ever! Scam scam scam

They towed my truck from my apartment complex when it was parked legally. Absolutely no reason to take it- they said it was parked doubly but after reading most of these reviews, it sounds like thats just their go-to reasoning for taking vehicles at will. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude, called me names and threatened to call the cops on me for no reason. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY AND NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR FRAUD.

The receptionist is so incredibly rude, she hung up on me for asking questions about receiving a guest parking pass. Every time I call to ask a question or clarify something the rules have changed, and I get an attitude. Dealing with them is exhausting and unfortunately a necessary evil.

Im sure I will piss some people off with this mostly positive review, but here goes. My friend was in an accident, and I found out that his car had been towed by PPS. I called for hours all day to see what condition the vehicle was in and coordinate getting it out, but the line was busy pretty much the entire day (from around 11 am to 6 pm). I got fed up, did some research, and found the owners name and direct contact number. When I got a hold of him, he was quite kind, explained the damage, and was generally a very cordial person.I know towing companies who do the kind of work they do (eg, for apartment complexes and businesses with strict parking rules) provide a service that virtually nobody has a reason to appreciate. But I will say that if youre kind and reasonable with the owner, you get the same treatment back. So, one star removed for having gotten the busy signal all day, but otherwise I have no beef.

Heartless cruel demons they are. Towing students cars during finals week from their own apartment complex as if they didnt need any more stress. I understand towing if someone is blocking something, but towing just because they want to is not right. I pray that God gives me the strength to forgive these people that make money out of making broke college students miserable.

They are so disrespectful and will tow your car even if it is parked properly and youve paid the parking fee. There is not reasoning with these people!

I know its a shocker giving these guys a 1 star review. Park in the visitor spots at University Village by FSU at your own risk. They will tow you for no reason. Theyre a bunch of thieves with the most vile abomination working the front desk that has to have metal bars to prevent her from getting out into the public. Everything about this cancerous business is shady, both my girlfriend and I have been towed out of visitor spots within hours of parking. If you see a professional parking services truck, make sure to watch your car or you may not see it again until you pay their generous 110 dollar fee.
