Matt was nice man who help tow my car to the tire shop and when I got home I had another flat tire I called him right back and he came out again for me with no problems at all he hooked up my car and took me back to the tire shop for another tire He was respectful, helpful. The Price for the tow was good not expensive and he gave me a few suggestions on where to get a tire from cause i am not from here and I don’t know that much down here he was very helpful and I took his information down AND I WILL BE USING HIS SERVICES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE WHEN I NEED IT

I was really ha being a bad week and I thanks to this company I was able to receive premier service and turn my week around! Very thankful for the professionalism and genuine help that was provided to me. If I ever have problems with my car and need to get it somewhere to be serviced, then I’m coming to this company every time.

Matt is the man! He went above and beyond to bring us gas when we were stranded on the side of the road at 5:30pm on a Friday. He knew it would take hours for one of the trucks to arrive so he came himself within 30 minutes. So thankful for his help! What amazing service!

Your description states you are the fastest company. Based on my experience that’s because your pink and white tow truck with Tallahassee Towing Company on the side violated numerous traffic laws in the Florida Statutes Chapter 316 which governs State Uniform Traffic laws. Your truck performed a U turn at a busy intersection on Appalachee Parkway caused me to stop to prevent a head on collision. The truck then makes a right turn and an immediate left hand turn by the big sign that states no left hand turns, never once using a turn signal. Your driver was reckless and a liability from what I saw. I called several times in 6 hours only once did someone answer and he hung up the phone then wouldn’t answer.

This is was first experience with lody and he is awesome. He got there as fast a he could did everything fast and was really nice and professional. I would highly recommend this company to someone who needs something towed.

So i called today for a tow and this guy gets lost and blames me asking me for a gate code my apartments dont use a gate code by the way wouldnt let me explain that to him. Im not sure how he got lost on the phone he read the address back to me correctly. But what makes me mad is how he talk to me over the phone im not sure if he was having a bad day but dont talk to people any kinda way.

I called to have my sons car towed. However, the car was unable to be towed due to unforeseen circumstances but they were completely understanding and polite.I will definitely use them anytime I need a tow due to their professional and polite customer service.

This is hands down the best experience I have had with a towing company, wish I could give more stars.Not only do they go the extra mile and spend the extra time making sure your car is secure with straps and safety lighting, they are also the most nicest and understanding people out there. Im giving this company five stars because yesterday on November 29th my vehicle was stuck at a Publix and I called him and they were very punctual he told me 30 to 45 minutes was there in 30 minutes got my car loaded up very safely and quickly got me home and I was amazed because Im new here to the Tallahassee area and for this to be my first experience with the tow truck driver this is a great company and I will recommend it to anyone and his pricing is very fair

I call this 24/7 company at 10 pm as my car broke down that I need to get towed to safety and service. His answer was” I am not interested, call somebody else. “I have kids in car, I hope no one will choose your services.

Yesterday was thanksgiving and I broke down. I called Tallahassee Towing. I spoke with Matt and he was spending the day with his family but knew I needed help. He gave me an ETA and saved the day!! I cant thank him enough for helping me.

I was given a eta of 45 mins got to me in about 20. Matt quoted me a cheap price of 75 and for the distance of 10 miles with 2 other companies quoted me 140 just for 5 miles I will use them again if and when I need them.

My phone was acting a little crazy and I called then twice on accident, when I got through a man had a bad attitude and hung up as soon as he said he didnt offer the services wanted....sheesh
