We called this morning for a jump start on my truck. Driver showed up on time and very upbeat. I forgot to get his name but my truck is with CRST. The tow truck driver was extremely friendly and professional and patient in trying to get the truck to stay. He tried a couple things the breakdown service thought might help but no luck He got the truck hooked up and over to the dealership for repairs. I would recommend this company and this particular tow driver if I had his name to whoever needed assistance. Thanks again for the help today

A big thank you to Tyson for his help! I used my road side assistance through Geico, and it was supposed to take an hour for the tow service to arrive. He came within 15 minutes. He was professional and kind. My spare tire was not in good shape. So my car had to be towed. When I arrived to Tire Kingdom(place I was leaving my car) my ride had not yet arrived. Tyson was kind enough to wait until my ride arrived. Then as he was trying to take my car off the tow truck, my car wouldn’t crank. Without hesitation he jumped my car off. This is customer service and professionalism at its finest! Thank you Tyson for all your help!

The folks at Parkway towing were amazing!!! On a recent trip to Central Florida, we broke down about 30 miles from Tallahassee, and needed a tow. Our first point of contact was Kayla, and she was very friendly, and helpful. The first driver that called us, Darryl, was also friendly, but was unable to accommodate all of us in his cab, and he made the phone call back to dispatch for them to send someone else. Within minutes, Kayla called back to let us know she would send another driver, but it would be awhile. We ended up having Dave as our driver, and he was phenomenal! He was very friendly with us and my children, and made the ride enjoyable, despite our situation. So thankful they were there to help save the day!

Good fooks at Parkway, when I was being picked up, the driver (Donny I think) saw someone in distress and took the time to lend a hand. I always believe: a good name is to be desired more than great riches. Today Parkway towing improved their name by demonstrating love for their neighbors.

Hands down one of the best car service experiences Ive ever had. The battery drained on my car and tried contacting Tallahassee Towing Company. I was disappointed when I waited over 30 minutes with no call back as to when they would show up so I called Parkway Wrecker. The person on the phone was super professional answered my questions and assured me when a driver was coming. Adam showed up and got right to business and was able to jump the car of course with no issues. But on top of that he explained why the tow truck was better equipped that any civilian car at the job. He also showed me a trick about the car I hadnt known before should I be stuck in the position again. Really great guy with great small talk to help turn a crumby situation around. These guys were really good. They were able to take a wrecked car that I had no collision coverage on and help me stick it in my storage unit for about 10 months before they helped me pull it out again and haul it to the junkyard. The people at the storage unit were amazed that I was able to get it in there.

Garth was great. We were disabled while towing a fifth wheel and he offered to take us to an RV park and then took our truck to the Ford dealership. He was very capable and helpful.

Within 20 minutes of calling for service, the truck was at the rest area we were broke down at. Nate was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, he jumped our car and told us where to go to get a new battery installed on a Sunday. Excellent service!

When you have anyone towing your tractor, and loaded trailer ( both together), under any road conditions, it clearly tells us all their knowledge, skills, and experience without charging extra for the trailer; meaning, most wreck companies send two wreckers ( 1 for tractor & 1 for tractor), to charge double.

All went fine. Man working the truck was good guy(Trey I think.) and price was agreed upon beforehand. No surprises.

Terry and his crew at Parkway were a God send for us today! Words cant explain my appreciation. We were in a terrible accident on I-10, and over 3.5 hours from our home. Our truck was totalled. This was the beginning to our spring break last minute vacation to Crystal River. As you could possibly imagine our truck was loaded down to the gills with all out luggage and fishing tackle. The driver offered to take us to any car rental company, but there wasnt anything available due to spring break. He recommended we ride with him to their office to get things sorted out in the a/c. There the office ladies were so nice. They helped by making suggestions of who to call, and even called around town to find try to find us a vehicle. Luckily, after begging, Enterprise pulled some strings and found us a little truck. Frantically, we tried to order a ride on Uber to get us there. In the midst, Terry offered to take us, which he did. When we got back with the truck to their property to transfer all our stuff, he even helped with the heavy items. These folks are some of the friendliest people one in need could ask for. They didnt owe us anything. They didnt expect anything. They just wanted to help a family in need. Hats off to this Company! I am very protective of my vehicle, and I definitely dont ever want it to be towed. Towing companies can damage your vehicle and throw off your wheel barrings. When Johnathan/John from Parkway showed up I let him know my concerns. He assured me that the towing process would be smooth and hed take good care of the vehicle. He was very careful, extremely professional, and kind. He called and text updates to me, which I appreciated. I had to get my car towed a second time, and called them right away. I got the same great service from the receptionist. Definitely dont want to have my car towed again, but if I need to Ill call them. Excellent experience!

Called to see if they had any available tows and the lady who answered gave a slick remark “uh yes we tow everyday” clearly she doesn’t know what “available” means then proceeds to say “oh in like an hr or hr and a half” so that sounds like no one is available

Needed to move two vehicles that had been siting for 5+ years, we did two separate tows because one was a truck and the other a low rider- but both drivers were extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful and got the job done! Response time was quick even though Both vehicles had their issues (tires worn out, tires locking) but it was not trouble for either of the drivers- Travis aka Trey was our midnight tower and he was awesome, the Nissan sits less than 4 inches from the ground and he towed it liked a boss. I can only hope they continue to help people as efficiently as they did with us today- thanks again parkway!!

Its true every cloud has a silver lining. our GMC 3500 broke down, at 11pm. Thats an easy tow but we are pulling a 44ft 5th wheel RV and thats not. But AAA got Parkway Towing to tow us in. The dispatcher called and driver called to keep us up to date on arrival and make sure they came with right equipment. The drivers were 2 of the politics, professional caring and helpful I have ever dealt with. A+ company

Very professional company and driver. Not only was Donny very courteous and helpful, but he also told me about nearby mechanic shops and named one he prefers, since Im from out of town I dont know of any good or trustworthy places. The fee was unbelievably low, compared to one company wanting to charge me $200 to just come out. Luckily it was just a short distance that I needed to be towed but Donny was great with getting me back to my apartment in a safe manner. I will use this company again and most definitely will ask for Donny again

Tim Terry, God bless his obedience. Geico told me I would have to wait 45 min for a tow yet Tim saw the call when logging out for lunch. Rather than ignoring it, he took the dispatched information and literally rescued me from being stuck in the middle of the road. Great in all areas of service!

The tower ruined the encasing that goes around my shifter in an attempt to get the vehicle into neutral. Instead of properly removing it, he basically ripped it out. Now the entire thing is free floating, and the piece that shows if the vehicle is in park, drive, reverse, etc. is pushed down and slanted. I will have to get the entire thing replaced. .EDIT: After seeing this review I was contacted by the company and they immediately took care of the damage. Very happy with the concern and customer service.

Drove straight from West Texas all day and night going back home to the east coast of Florida. Pulled off i10 west of Tallahassee at 2:30 am to rest in the Pilot truck stop for a few hours to continue on and finish my trip back home. Went to start it back up and nothing.It was 40 degrees out and I had my 2 dogs with me . We were in a bad position. Called Geico who dispatched Parkway wrecker and within 30 min at 4:30 am on a Sunday Donny showed up. He is friendly and had me going in 5 minutes . Awesome service and driver.5 stars and beyond. I used them one other time and was great no problem. Used them once more and it was triple price. I ask why and Because It Was Sunday Night and the guy had to wench it on and blah blah blah. When I as many work on Sunday we don’t get paid extra. Maybe the whole world should get paid extra. NOT HAPPY !!!

We hit a deer the other night on Orchard Pond road it was super dark and had to have our van towed and Geico said it could be an hour or more, then in just 10 Mins the brightest row truck I have ever seen rolled up. The driver Tim Colson was awesome he took time to talk to our kids and when they loaded in the truck they got to pull the air horn, that made their night! These guys are professionals. I called them around 10am one morning to see if they could recover a travel trailer I had bought that was in a tricky place. Within a couple hours they called and said that they could do it. Since I live out of town, I asked if they would tow it to their yard and I would pick it up the next day. They said sure. By the end of the day they called and told me I could come get my trailer the next day.When I arrived the next day I was impressed at the friendliness, caring and professionalism of the entire staff. I hope I never need a wrecker again, but if I do, I will look to Parkway Wrecker Service.

Had an unbelievable experience with Parkway towing. We broke down on the side of the interstate and Tim called us immediately and was on site in less than 20 min!! He was extremely nice and beyond professional. He drove us to the dealership and then offered to drive us a few miles to the airport so we didn’t have to uber to go rent a car! Well, they showed up promptly to tow my car. However, not only did the tow truck driver hit something while towing my car... he had the nerve to report that the damage was already there before he towed it. After I made my claim with my insurance company, Terri called me and told me they only hire the most honest drivers and I was just assuming that it was his fault. Then she proceeded to tell me that the driver reported that the damage was there before he towed my car. Well, thanks to Terri, I know for certain that he was responsible. I live on 10 acres on the outskirts of town. The car had been sitting for quite some time. So, the scratches and dent on passenger back fender really stands out next to all the pollen and paint that has been removed. I have full coverage insurance. If the damage had already been there, I would have made a claim. This is still ongoing, so well see what happens. Hopefully you guys discover the truth and fire that tow truck driver because he is far from honest. If Google would allow me to rate this zero stars, I would. Its a shame that honesty is so hard to come by.

These folks are outstanding! They towed my old truck to my mechanic on a flatbed tow truck because the tires were all sickly from sitting so long. I thought I had parked it in such a manner that it would be difficult, at best. Was I ever wrong?! This fellow maneuvered it from a precarious position in my yard, to his flatbed with what seemed to be minimal ease. And the best part was that in town towing only cost me $60! I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a tow!
