Ismael came out to tow my Jeep earlier this week. He made sure he stayed in contact with me to let me know exactly when he would arrive and showed up right when he said he would. This was a very tricky situation. The front passenger wheel was completely detached because of broken wheel studs. Not too mention the parking lot at my apartment complex is very narrow, with many hills and trees. Because of the front wheel, the vehicle could not roll onto his flat bed truck. He used every option he had available including calling a co-worker for their input. It seemed to be an impossible situation but he didn’t give up. He found a way! He went above and beyond, and remained positive, friendly and professional the entire time. I highly recommend this wrecker service. Thank you Ismael!!

I would put 0 stars if I could. We told them we would get money out of the bank and call them back when ready to tow (they charge 4.5% to use a credit or debit card). They guy came anyway and put my vehicle on the clamp and reused to put it down until I paid. Finally before calling the Sheriffs Department, I got the cocky drivers boss on the phone who made him put it down and not charge me. This was after the arrogant jerk assured me calling his boss was a bad idea and that he would side with him. The only thing I can say positive is the owner sincerely apologized to me. Run and do business with a company who isnt just out to RIP you off!

Wonderful service. We got towed today and unfortunately got into a wreck while we were being towed (in our other vehicle). The guys drooped the truck off and checked on us as they passed by. Highly recommend Capital city wrecker for any towing needs.
