This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The help desk person on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. They had someone out the same day, but said it would be late in the day. He seemed genuinely concerned that I understood and set the expectation well.The technician arrived on time. He called when he was five minutes out. I also received a text message with his name and photo. He quickly identified the problem and we paid a standard, fair price for the repair.Cant say enough good things. We contacted Danny with Central Heating Consultants to get an estimate of repairs for our AC unit. We had a completed estimate by the end of the day. We had new HVAC system installed by Central Heating Consultants about 7 years ago and they did a great job and we’re fairly quick considering they were installing two systems. Overall, this was a great experience.However, we have not had a great experience with our maintenance contract. We signed up (and paid) for 2 visits per year and they never reached out to us to schedule the second appointment. I called twice and sent a message through their website but never received a response.**Edit**: They called me first thing Monday morning after I posted this and were able to schedule my second visit for the following day.

Fairly good heat, could be better. The north side of the house is colder and gets less heat. The back bathroom seems to get no heat at all. I would like to get the ducts checked and cleaned, but I don’t know if that service is offered.

We called at 8:00am, had an appointment scheduled by 8:05 am and a service tech at our house by noon. The problem was assessed and faulty part replaced in under 30 minutes. Used a credit card and had a receipt in my email before the orange service truck pulled out of the driveway. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants the problem fixed fast and professionally.

Routine check-up of HVAC system was overdue. Technician arrived when scheduled, and called a few minutes before. He was polite, efficient and thorough, and I was impressed that he brought a new filter because I had forgotten to purchase one.

Central Heating and Air replaced our Carrier heat pump condenser beautifully. It was still under warranty and they handled all the details with the manufacturer. They take great care of their customers! We have counted on them for more than 20 years.

Our AC stopped working (the blower motor went out) and they came and fixed it same day and worked with us on the bill. Excellent value and customer service, will continue to use them for all our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend.

After having an experience with another company that looked at our AC last year and told us there was no way to repair it and gave us a very high replacement cost, we called Central. They came out and were honest, told us they could get the AC up and running but that it would need replacing soon. They gave us a great quote for the same unit as the other company so when it came time to do the work we didnt hesitate in calling them. Scheduled on a Friday, work done the following Monday. Very highly recommended!!!!

Their team arrived when they said they would. They took into consideration that we had white carpets and laid down tarp, and used shoe coverings as well. They were complete gentlemen well mannered and answered my questions as they came up. Centrals crew has been good about routine checkups of my AC unit. They have been prompt when called for emergencies. BUT I need a new system and have contacted their service manager once last year: no response. Again, I called the svc. mgr. this year: no response. Switching to another company NOW.

I was in a serious bind and my unit was leaking pretty bad and I called them and they were able to come out and take care of it no problem and it didn’t cost and arm and a leg which obviously is always a concern. Would recommend 100%

Central was on top of this from the moment we reported the problem to them. A replacement HVAC was ordered and installed almost immediately so there was minimum interruption in service for us. All of their people, at our home and in their office, were courteous and competent.

Watch out for these guys...they will sell you parts and services that you do not need. Spent almost $400 and still did not fix the problem. Had to call another company to have my unit fixed correctly.

They have always done good work for me. Today i paid them $2500 for a $4500 installation done today. That is I paid more than half 4 hours after the job was done. I told them the other $2000 would be in two days and rather than saying thank you they complained. I will not do business with them in the future.
