Best tire center is the best! Ive taken three vehicles there and they have taken care of each one of my problems. They are very attentive and fast. I appreciate the job they do and will always choose them as my tire source!

I have stopped in this location of best tire center on multiple occasions sometimes for little issues and sometimes for bigger issues. Every time I stop here the Staffing team go above and beyond to help me and get me back on the road in a safe And Timely matter. Theyre very friendly and very knowledgeable. Even when I didnt realize my wheels needed a special key they were able to explain it to me and also help me locate the key for my tires so that they could be replaced. I will continue to use their service and will encourage my local community members and family or friends to also use their services. Best part it was free! Thank you best tire center

My experience with best tire center has always been a good one. John at the Tacoma branch is very helpful. They never do more work then is necessary and they always meet the needs of the customer. Im very happy with the new tires and wheels that I purchased and the awesome deals did they have.

Just move here to Washington a few months ago from Vegas. I always go to Meineke for alignment but my cousin told me to go to Best Tire center instead so I did. You guys are amazing! This tire shop REALLY is the best. Ive had lots of trouble having my rims damaged by tire shops over the years. These guys know what theyre doing, they care, the equipment they use is heavy duty, and the cost is very reasonable. Thats why I keep coming back.

Highly recommended! The staff and crew made sure our car is taken care of. Tom is the best! He helped us get a finance for our wheels and tires, even though we were denied, yet he found ways to get us approved somewhat. He gave us other finance options and we got approved! He’s awesome and very professional at what he does! He would even juggle between the front desk and helping his crew put together tires, wheels and all that good stuff! Quick service. The people where super friendly and professional at the same time. When I requested to keep my chrome valve stems they where happy to oblige and even tossed on new chrome stem caps. Great place to go would recommend anyone who is in the market for new rubber

Best priced for tires but you get what you pay for.Had all 4 tires replaced and service was great.Once completed TPS light was still on, which is standard. After driving 40 miles to reset, the light was still on. Checked tire pressures…….32lbs, 35lbs, 21lbs, and 14lbs. Yes 14lbs.Complete safety hazard. Not recommending this establishment.

The manager discounted the alignment double because they didnt have the time to it tonight so it goes back in morning to have it doneThey got the tires off Unmounted recounted balanced and back on extremely quick. Great customer service. I’ve gone there now for two sets of trailer tires and a set of tires for my car and each time they have me the best price as well. Would strongly recommend seeing these guys first before you go somewhere else.

I took my car in for a wheel balance and rotation. They balanced the wheels no charge (I bought the tires from them) but they wouldnt rotate them. They said they didnt need rotated. I am a maintenance freak and paid extra for a lifetime balance and rotate. I feel if a customer wants them rotated they should rotate them. They have to pull the wheel off anyway to balance them.

Without buying anything, just being a potential future customer, Best Tire Center in Parkland gave me 1) a free tire inspection, 2) a badly needed tire rotation, 3) a free alignment check (no alignment needed), 4) a free air pressure check and adjustment, and 5) a free wheel wash, and when they discovered that I didnt have the right lug nut wrench they gave me one, also for free. I drove away a happy future customer.(didnt spend a penny)

Fast, polite, very informative and the cost was a affordable the product that I wanted was not available at the time but they came through with a better one for less and the price was four hundred less then all the other tire shops I got prices from.I had some issues that need to be taken care of and here again the store staff took the time and lookup what I would need in the style of rims that I wanted .I dropped off my classic T-Bird and 2 hours later it was done and ready to roll so the name says it all .BEST TIRES.I got the best on my T-Bird and a year earlier I got tires for my Crown Vic and in both cases I will tell you Best Time is the best and the guarantee on the tire that I bought at the same time is fantastic had a tire get sliced on a sharp piece of steel 6 months after I bought the tire and they replaced it no problem and the cost was zero the only thing I was ask to pay was to put the insurance on the new tire it was 8 buck .Thank youBest TireYou FantasticThank youJames

Very professional and puts the customers first. I had full intentions of buying 4 new sets of tires, ready to spend well over a grand. But they informed that I don’t need to do that, I could get away with just one if I really wanted to but recommended two. My tired were ordered and installed the next day. They adjusted my toe after informing me it was off and I couldn’t be happier with the money saved and job well done.

Quality and budget friendly normally don’t go hand and hand but at best tire it does! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly you aren’t another number to them. They find what tire would be best for you not just try to sell you on the most expensive ones just for the sale. Also the snap program they offer is awesome and affordable. They are now my primary tire and alignment shop and will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

These guys do amazing work.I came in at 5:40, 20 minutes before closing and they were happy to get me in and get my car aligned. Most shops would just send you away and say come back tomorrow especially with it being a lowered vehicle. They go above and beyond with their work. Will 100% recommend them to all friends and family and will be a returning customer.

Best service I ever had at a tire shop! Shawn and John were a big help at the Parkland shop. They didn’t try to upsell us anything like other tire shops do. They were straight to the point and helped us pick out new tires for both cars at a great price. I’m telling everyone about these guys. We will only deal with this tire shop for now on.

I have been calling around for only one tire because I had a slow leak and everywhere I called wanted over 200.00 for one single tire. I called Best Tires and got a great tire for less than 200.00. Found this place online. There prices where $100 below everyone else. Went in and the Store manager Brighton was very friendly and helpful, explained the different tires and services. Very quick tire changes took under a hour. Have a customer for life.

Very fast and friendly staff, in addition to having great prices. I was looking around town for a 12 month alignment and most places were saying $200 or more, but I was able to get it for $80.

I applied on the Snap application to find out if I would be approved to get new tires. Briton from your Parkland, WA was very good at explaining the leasing option. Briton gave great directions at where they were located, as the one on Canyon Road was closed due to COVID. Upon entering the Parkland Best Tire, Briton was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the tires. Briton notified my daughter and I that if we could wait just a little, they would be happy to get us on our way with new tires on. We were very impressed how we were able to get everything done on the same day with them being very cautious about putting the tires in safe and sound. Brighton was beyond helpful and patient in helping me with my needs that couldnt be met. He stirred me in the right direction and I ended up buying all new tires and rims with 75,000 mi. Warranty for just abit more than I exspected to spend for just wheels. I would recommend Best Tire in the future to anyone wanting a fair deal with outstanding customer service.

I can’t thank Best Tire Center enough for helping us last minute.while our Driver was on a route delivering packages, he suffered a flat. We called Les Schwab on Pacific and not only was the lady who answered rude but she said we’ll be waiting 3 hours without an appointment!We called Best Tire Center and they told us to come by and they’ll be able to help within 45minutes which was actually far less.Those guys were all so helpful and patient with us even though we’ve never been a customer before.They also gave us help for FREE! My car has never driven so perfectly! I have been using Les Schwab for most of my tire needs and I just thought that hours of waiting just to get my car in was a normal thing with tire centers. Boy was I wrong! Best Tire Center is super fast, has amazing prices, and has THE friendliest, most knowledgeable mechanics Ive ever met. I spoke with them on the phone for what tires I wanted and they went from the warehouse to the shop OVERNIGHT. I was in and out in 2hrs with having gotten an alignment, balancing, and a full set of new tires put on. Theyve got a new customer for life.

Great management. Super easy financing through Snap! Apply online before going for pre-approval. I did 100 same as cash.I bought 2 sets of tires with replacement warranty. They are excellent at what they do and I have replaced tires for free minus tax as described. No complaints whatsoever.

A big thanks to Brandon and the guys at Best Tire Center in Spanaway. After getting a flat tire from a huge dent on the inside of one of my wheels, I was able to purchase four new tires, four new wheels and four new TPMS sensors at a reasonable cost. Best part, I was in and out in under an hour. Keep up the great work guys.

Very knowledgeable about tires, and they understand Customers needs. Reasonably priced. Their selection of wheels and tires is as good as, or better than their competitors. They also have Snap financing that allows a Customer to make no interest payments as long as the product is paid within 100 days. Too bad they dont do brakes.

About 3 years ago I switched from S&S Tires to BTC. Seems like every time I buy tires from them a tire sensor goes bad. Ive been thru 3 tire sensors. Ive had different cars with these sensors for over 15 years. Never had so many sensors go bad. This last time my light didnt come on. But got new tires and need new sensor. Not to mention always needing a alignment. I have 3 cars each one has needed a alignment. I never had so many issues with S&S. I could go on but Ill end with this. BTC is initially a lil cheaper then S&S. But Im finding that overall my cost has increase. This last service has definitely left a bad taste. Update: BTC Reached out to me, and it was appreciated. I will continue to do business with them. Also to be honest. Some ppl just give off a vibe, even in explanation that u might misinterpret. My review was accurate. But it might be a case of things just happened.

Went with a friend the first time and enjoyed the engagement and service. I came back to them near closing, to fix a flat, 1and they took care of it pretty quickly. They made sure I left confident that all is well with my tires. I wont go to anyone else anymore. I witnessed them properly mount and torque the wheels, something I see other tire shops fail to do and give it the good ole 3 ugga dugga. The experience was just that good.

I have to say that Best Tire Center is one of the best places I’ve ever done business with. They are super friendly and highly knowledgeable in tires and wheels. They have a great selection that will fit any budget.. I personally have bought tires and wheels for one vehicle and just tires for another. They offer great warranties for their products, which I’ve had to use for flat tire repair and replacement of a tire too. They had me all fixed up within 10 to 20 minutes. They also have an awesome waiting room with coffee and a big screen TV. This particular location is within walking distance of many restaurants to eat and shop at too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Service was excellent, I was able to look at tires and watch as the put them on with my son as well. I plan on lifting my truck also and got the 3yr alignment which is a bonus. Overall everything was great and I will be coming back and definitely recommend!!!
