Great experience, very professional and friendly staff. I came in nearly at closing time and they accommodated me without issue. Service consisted of a quick oil change and recommended future service, as well as multi point inspection. Highly recommend this service location for any Subaru owners.
I was greeted warmly by Lisa. She explained what would be done with the service, personally escorted me to customer waiting area. She explained it had coffee, snacks and water available. The coffee machine dispensed multiple types of hot beverages. Lisa came back to review the services that work done and that my vehicle was getting washed and vacuumed. It was done in less than an hour. A very satisfying experience.
Matt did a fantastic job he got us in and out within an hour. He went over the results of the safetyinspection and answered all of my questions. We purchased our Forester from you all 5 years ago and all of the service have been preformed by your service department. I have always been impressed with the quality of service your staff has provided. This is the first time I have had Matt as my service advisor and once again I am extremely impressed with great customer service.
The service here is fast and the service reps are very helpful and friendly. They are honest about what they find and what you need, not over-selling or pushing more than Id expect. They explain the options, the pros and cons of each, and let you make a decision for yourself. Great experience overall!
I’m a loyal customer .All the service is great, but they really need to step up with the complimentary car washing. It always seems like a quick and easy rinse. Bird poop are still visible and caked on the vehicles windows and hood of car and the back bumpers. It would have been a perfect 5 but washing the car represents the dealership as well when you drive it off the lot.
Met a great salesman named Steve. Very professional and got me the car I wanted even though I lived 3.5 hrs away. Once I got there they made the buy of the car fast and was out in a couple hours with a brand new car.
I go here regularly because this is where I purchased my car. They are always helpful and informative, and help me to prioritize what maintenance needs to be done and what can wait. I also appreciate the ability to be able to use a rental from here when there’s more time consuming repairs or maintenance that needs to be done to my vehicle.

Colton was very attentive and kept me informed on what was being done to my vehicle. There was female working the counter (her name started with an L) who dismissed my concern regarding customers in the waiting area who were not wearing masks. There was a sign on the door to the waiting area clearly mandating the use of masks. She said she would address it however I did not return to the waiting area as there were still customers that were not adhering to the mandate. Overall, the service to my vehicle was to my satisfaction.

Absolutely top notch people working here. I take my car here for any and all work that needs to be done and most recently had to leave my car there for 2 weeks after it was stolen and recovered and they gave me a loaner and checked in and made sure my insurance company was doing what they should. They go above and beyond and so does the sales dept. I cant say enough good things about these guys. I dealt mostly with Kyle who made my experience great but everyone is terrific.

The staff were really nice. But the quote that I received was not communicated clearly. What I thought was going to be around an $850 bill was almost $1300.00. 😳 Quite a shock!

Ive been going to this service department for almost two years now and Ive always had pleasant experiences. The express oil change is a life saver since I dont have to set up appointments and can just pop in. I also recently went in for a couple of recalls and because my car was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I came in a little later, but they were still really nice and professional. They let me know ahead of time that my car would likely need to stay overnight, and they gave me a loaner car. When I got there, they cleaned my car a second time because in the time they had finished it and let it sit, it got a little dirty from the rain and debris. There was also a minor issue with the speakers, but the customer service was on point and they followed up as promised to check in on me. I would have no issues recommending their services to anyone, and will be going back to them for future service needs as well.
MATT GRUNDHOFFER was really kind and helpful! I truly felt taken care of and felt like I could trust that I wasnt constantly trying to be sold on things I didnt need. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I dropped off my 2015 sti on Friday August 6th for a power steering rack replacement. They told me it would be finished by days end on Monday. Its now the following Saturday, and my car still isnt finished. This is day 9.The worst part of the situation is the complete lack of communication. Ive tried to reach Mason multiple times to check the status of my car, but keep getting the run around when I ask to speak to him. Ive left my info and was told he would call me back at least 3 times. Never heard back. My wife called, and never heard back. I still have not heard from anybody about my car. 9 days, and not a single update. I have another appointment for my car at PIA on Wednesday, and Im probably going to have to cancel it, because of the incompetence of your service department. I will never return here for services, and I dont want to pay for my current service, because you guys are the worst and youve made life hell. Thank you.

Had a great experience with the service department. Recently while driving on the freeway we got a crack in our windshield from a small rock. After calling the service department and setting up an appointment we were able to get our windshield replaced within a couple of days. The staff were friendly, professional and communicated with us throughout the service. Highly recommend Tacoma Subaru.

Everything went wrong. I worked with Mason who tried to be helpful. However when they gave .e back the car (2021Crosstrek) it died on the Way home.. Then Subaru Roadside Assistance then left .e stranded for 15 hours. The whole experience was a bad one.
The Service Department was efficient and documented all services provided (6,000 mile checkup), and asked if I was interested in a trade up....because it was a 2019 Outback Touring with only 5,700 miles. They made an offer I could not refuse and I traded my newly serviced 2019 Outback Touring for a 2021 Outback Touring XT!!!
Used their Express Service. Professional, friendly and thorough. I live in Oregon and could get my service done locally, but I choose to use Tacoma SUBARU when I am up visiting family as they are amazing.

I went in to get an oil change and they not only helped me with this service, they helped me with some damage done to my vehicle. They walked me through the process of filing an insurance claim and gave me a loaner vehicle to use as they sent my vehicle out to be repaired by a company they trusted. Customer service beyond Excellent and they washed and vacuumed my car! I had what I thought was a leak which turned out to be a 2 inch piece of redwood that was on top of the plate underneath car and when it rained or there was condensation it made a red puddle on my garage floor!!! Yeah no leaks!

On my way home, I noticed a crack on my windshield. I called Subaru and was seen right away and they replaced it within couple of days. They even loaned me a car while my car was with them. The staffs are friendly and courteous.
My service tech Lisa was incredibly friendly, personable, and took the time to give not only an explanation of the work needing to be done, but also gave me recommendations of where I can get my windshield repaired. Ive taken my Subaru to this dealership twice now for different maintenance work and have had a great experience every time.

I had a great experience with Tacoma SubaruMy 2017 Crosstrek was making a knocking noise.It turned out to be that the transmission was bad and had to be replaced.I bought the vehicle at 25k miles and had A little over 60k when I brought it in.They replaced the transmission and the warranty covered it!!I didn’t pay a penny of my pocket!Very grateful for that.Thank you tacoma Subaru!!
When I arrived for my maintenance Appointment they were ready to see me. An explanation of the services I requested was given. I was given an estimate of how long the service would take. The service took less time than the estimate. Tire rotation was not needed and I was not charged for it. In addition the car was washed and the interior was deodorized.
Very helpful with fixing the recall on my Forester. It was easy to setup my appointment online and they were on time with my appointment start time and completed the repairs in the time frame I was told it would take.
Slow to complete work. Little communication. Work was under warrantee so it was free. Nice loaner.

I received a recall notice from Subaru that I needed to have some service done. Not an issue. So I call and set up an appointment. Drop the car off at 11 and the service manage, Kyle, says that it should take about 3 hours. About 30 minutes later, I receive a text from the service department and Kyle saying that I could text that number for questions and updates will be provided. At 5 pm, I hadn’t heard any updates all day, so I reach out. I sent three texts across a 20 min time span with no response. I call and twice am out to the service departments voicemail. The third time, a different guy picks up and says “it’s ready. Come get it. Kyle told me to tell you”.While the service requested was completed, the customer service aspect was severely lacking. Zero communication and the quoted time to service. Once I picked up the car, all I hear is the employees complaining about the different customers throughout that day. I highly doubt I’ll be going back.

Since I purchased my Subaru I’ve taken it to Subaru service departments to get it fixed. Well today I was let down by a $150 quote to run diagnostics due to my check engine light. I’ll be taking it elsewhere for everything from now on. I do not tolerate predatory price gouging. Subaru needs to end this or I’ll be purchasing another make on my next buy. I’ll be writing Subaru directly as well.Time to support local. I recommend Bailey’s Automotive for exhaust work and more. I’ll go there instead.
