This isn’t a real company. Twice in a row, they disappeared when it was time to pick up or receive a truck. They took a deposit and then didn’t answer after that. We’re at the address they provided and there’s nothing here.

Two bad experiences back to back. They’ll take a deposit and then disappear. No communication, no real location. We’ll be doing a charge back today.

The owner was very quick to respond and seems to have a large amount of trucks available because I had called a few places and no one had any at all. I called here and he had one for immediate use. Plus he even had it delivered that night so Id be able to use it first thing in the morning the next day.Payment and reservation was done easy and fast over the phone.The staff shows you the essentials and basics of using the truck. Im a stay at home mom and never used a truck like this and was able to operate it just fine :)Only issue I had was I paid extra to use a dump truck to take the workload off of me and ended up manually unloading the entire truck :( not the trucks fault cause the mechanics worked fine. Its just apparently if you are loading moist/wet dirt/compost you should have a tarp under before loading or expect to move it manually.Owner was also very responsive and accommodating the entire time which made me feel better about choosing their company. Would definitely recommend and use again :)The guy I got my load of compost from was so impressed by the truck I rented he asked for the companies number and said hed also refer another person he knows who does landscaping. So he got two more customers on top of me :)

I needed a dump truck right away and truck rentals had the right one at the right price and took my payment over phone and delivered it to our destination. Here is the nice truck they rented me

Truck was good. Service was very spotty. Late delivery then charged my account when I was told it was just a hold. I decided to pay cash to save sone of the credit card fees. I have not got there credit charge off my card in 6 weeks. Terrible business practice. Go elsewhere.

Well I called them early morning the first day finally made contact set everything up except for the payment method they said they would call me back in an hour to complete and never called me back I called and texted for six hours so I didn’t get the truck that day. So I called back the next day finally got a hold of them set everything up for early delivery. No communication no customer service absolutely did not call me did not text me to tell me they couldn’t deliver the truck on time so I sat waiting for three hours after the selected delivery time. And when I finally got a hold of them almost 2 hrs asking where the truck was they asked me if I still wanted the truck. Of course I want the truck that’s why I ordered it. Then he proceeded to tell me that he accidentally deleted my payment information and that they would not be able to leaving for another 15 minutes. Which puts them at 3 - 3 1/2 hours late. Will post after business in done to see if they improve customer service through this transaction.Well, was told due to the tardiness to use the next day as late as I needed. Probably won’t need any extra time but the generosity was nice. Used less than 24 hrs and under 35 miles driving.Well, was charged more than was discussed, They deliver the vehicle to me that had a cracked wheel and other damage to wear normal wear and tear from work Truck. They apparently didn’t know walk around their vehicle for any damage that vehicle should not of been on the road.Told me they would do whatever they could to make up the poor service that they have offered me they have not. When they drop the vehicle off the guy was trying to show me there was a tarp with the vehicle which was not with the vehicle, and they’re now texting me asking me where the tarp is because there was a tarp in the truck there was no tarp in the truck so apparently not only did they not do a walk around the vehicle for damage but they also did not do an inventory and damage of any objects that came with the truck.So instead of any type of refund as they discussed over text with me I’m getting asked about things that is not my job to keep tabs on there items.

Don’t bother with them.

Perfect service this guys delivered a truck to my house at night they where ninjas because it wasnt there and there it was. It was freaking awesome most definitely will use this compony again!

My review is the same as Waikato and Rich B below. There should be a zero star. I think Truck Rental and Chris wrote all the 5 star reviews. I met Chris on May 7, 2020 at what he said was his new lot. To busy to get it completed. My bad. He drove a nice truck himself, had an old friendly dog in the crew cab that he cared about. Wrote a professional looking contract with the specifics I was looking for in a dump truck. I paid him, HUGE MISTAKE. Do not pay him unless you have the keys in your hand to a working truck and you have tested it. There was a dump truck sitting there as I wanted but it was going out. Come back on Monday when you want your rental to begin and the truck will be there.They asked me to Text before I come so they are ready. Now start the lies. No less than 4 times a date and time was set. So I text. Always without fail, “The truck we had for you has a mechanical problem and we are waiting parts.” He said he has 18 trucks, so give me another truck. After two weeks I asked for my money back. Did not see the credit. Called again, two signatures needed for the credit and it bounce back, got it now. No credit, called again, our accountant is out. Gave up on that solution and said ok, provide a truck. Text on the date, I think the parts story is a copy and paste because it was worded the same each time. 8 weeks no truck I turned it over to my card company. We will see what happens.Twice the truck I was promised was to be a brand new truck they just received. Then the waiting parts story appeared again. Ok, the trucks you have chosen are a bad buying decision on your part not my problem.Well I did finally get my money back but it came from my card company and the insurance we all have on a credit card. It did not come from Chris and his company. So I asked him if he could sleep at night knowing he has scammed the system and the rest of us are paying through our card companies to fill the hole that his theft has left.

This company was professional, responsive, and polite. I would suggest using them to anybody.

AMAZING and FAST!!!! I was in the middle of redoing my backyard and i needed a dump truck to bring some fill dirt at the drop of hat. I called Truck Rentals and asked for a truck. The service over the phone was quick and easy. The truck was ready to go as soon as I got the the office. When i got into the truck it was clean and the employee showing me to my truck showed me how to use the dump on the truck. I would definitely use this company again.

Awesome Company. They went out of their way to help me get what I needed to finish my job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The picture I uploaded is the truck I rented. It was like new.

Fantastic experience!!! From the yard guys to the office girls everything was a first class experience. My truck was new, clean and ready for my project. I cant say enough about this company other than they are absolutely great and best yet, they are open 24 hrs which was very handy.

Best rental service in Washington. The customer service here was incredible & they treated me as if I was one of their own family members. I needed a pickup truck @ 7 pm on a sunday. Not only did the manager Chris give me a price for almost less than half of any other rental service I know, they even drove the truck all the way to my driveway in Seattle. The truck looked & felt like I just drove it from the lot. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a truck to rent to call these guys, you wont be disappointed!!!!!

Worst customer service ever! I have tried MULTIPLE times to rent a truck from this company. The owner Chris would tell me he is on his way but lied. I would call him after I waited for 2 or more hours and he would make up excuse. Just be upfront and honest. Don’t beat around the bush and have me waiting.Again, still lying Chris!!!! I have the text messages to prove his lies.

Overall,after renting a couple of from this business i can honestly say, i enjoyed the experience...being able to transform our backyard ourselves was incredible,! Thank you Truck Rentals co.!

My experience with trucks rentals is been great experience, if you dont have dump truck and you need a truck for couple days, this is at perfect place to rent, i am been renting trucks for this company and they are always flexible, also they have good prices.

Cant give a lower rating but there the worst to deal with and you never can get a hold of them. Funny you write you dont know who Im but your broke down truck that was to be picked up from my yard a month ago is still in my yard and you dont answer your phone or text. Wish I could add a picture so them I could see what youd respond with. I guess Im going to file a lien on Friday since you wont come pick it up and get it off my property maybe once you get that you might call me.

BEWARE! They will take your credit card and charge it and then go dark when you are waiting for the dump truck!I called them to reserve a dump truck and they agreed to charge $175 plus $40 to deliver at 9am and pick up at 4pm on April 15th.The truck never arrived and they did not return my phone calls. My credit card was charged $235.43. I they do not reverse this charge I will contact the BBB and Wa State attorney Generals office monday morning.DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!

The absolute worst experience I ever had renting a truck.They rented me a truck on January 1, 2017 that was supposed to move my 5th wheel 100 miles but only made it 30 miles before it started smoking and wouldnt drive anymore. I called the owner Chris to tell him what happened and he tells me that the truck has an oil leak and that I need to put 5 quarts of tranny fluid in it, wait 30 minutes and try again. Mind you, I am on the side of the freeway miles from a gas station and dont have 5 quarts of tranny fluid on me. So after walking to the gas station to get tranny fluid that truck started and drive for another 30 miles before it did the same thing again. Luckily we were near a gas station this time do I bought another 4 quarts (all they had) and it almost made it to my new house before it broke one final time.We were stranded in the middle of the night in the middle of an intersection and were told by Chris to wait till tomorrow before he could try and help us. I called another tow company to tow the broke down truck with my 5th wheel hooked on the back but everything was closed so ithe hsd to have the police pull me out of the middle of the road off to the side and call Chris to make him do what was right.Chris had one of his workers show up 2 hours later with a ford f-250 to pull the turbo diesel and my 5th wheel to my new place.Needless to say, my 5th wheel never got into position because the truck he brought to tow me home wouldnt do the job correctly so it still sits in the middle of the driveway and its April 4th, 4 months later.From mid January to mid March I have been in contact with Chris many many times, and everytime he tells me he will take care of it by moving my 5th wheel into the correct place but never did.March 10 th, I asked Chris to please refund my money so I could rent another truck and he said sure he would do that and every week I ask him and every week its the same lies lies lies.I still havent been refunded and my 5th wheel still sits in the middle of my driveway since January 1st.I would not recommend renting anything from this company, its been nothing but headaches and lies from the owner Chris
