PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. If you care about your things, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They lie. They do not contact you about your unit; calling them at all will have you on hold until someone who doesnt even work in the state answers from corporate.My mother-in-law has been on time with every payment and has had her stuff there since March of 2021. Trying to go to the unit yesterday, the key UHAUL GAVE US did not work. Our pin and our security card worked, but not the key for rhe actual unit. No one was on site to talk to, the entire place was TRASHED, there is a hole in the ceiling that LITERALLY has EXIT writen next to it with an arrow. (I will update my review once I have a picture of this.) And now there is a completely different lock on her unit.Judging by the reviews left and knowing that there is a thrift shop in the same parking lot, it smells a bit fishy to me. If things arent as shady as they seem, I will update my review. If it as as shady as I am worried it is, I will update my review to reflect that. But regardless this buisness does not CARE ABOUT YOU. They will take your payments and completely ghost you otherwise.The owner also runs the 12th and L Uhaul, SO BEWARE.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! All of my dads belongings got stolen and replaced with stuff that wasn’t even his. U Haul has no idea how this happened and said they would investigate and check cameras but now says that they are not responsible and will not refund even though my dad had insurance on his storage unit. I’m starting to think they don’t even have cameras. And they are still charging him for the storage unit even though non of it his his stuff. Absolutely ridiculous.

A young employee followed me harassing me yelling at me about being on probation now because we were late checking out. (It was 6:57pm and storage closes at 7pm). He stopped me to ask my name and unit number and began yelling and speaking very disrespectful to me assuming I didnt have a mask, (of course I did) and i mentioned I was not within 6 feet of anyone during entire visit. I complained to the management, well I left a message and 4 days later I still have not received a call back!But the entire place is clean, but my card never works to get i to restrooms, the locks they provide are very cheaply made and dont work easily, I have a lot of trouble locking and unlocking my units. All the staff accept the young man that was rude, are very polite, helpful and nice to be around. Unfortunately due to lack of response, which Im going to leave one more message for management and I am calling corporate and if no response by closing tomorrow, I will be moving my belongings out. Ive Only been there 30 days tomorrow.

Nice facility but you keep losing amenities and the price keeps going up... This location is no longer 24/7, it closes at 7pm M-Th&Sat 8pm Fri. and 5pm Sun. Then they closed the garage pull-in area (in says out of order but its been 5+ months) and now the sliding doors are closed... do you know how hard it is to get a cart full of stuff thru a quick closing man door? So glad I will be done with this place next month.

Very clean facility. The gentleman that showed me around, Chris, was very helpful and answered all my questions. Their hours are perfect for anyones storage needs. Will be needing a storage room here in the near future and will definitely be storing here.

I was iffy going there by myself at night to pit things in storage. Christopher made it easier. Came out and observed when people showed up. The storage place is always clean.

It was clean and quiet I never have any problems there. My sister found a little dead mouse that startled her 😆 other than that its a storage.

Just a blight on the neighborhood. Does not keep the area clean and is a huge waste of space.

This facility is the cleanest storage place in town & with reasonable prices for storage. Chris, the Representative on site is very helpful & I feel very safe while I am using my storage. Keep up the awesome work Chris!

It is in a bad part of town. There were people in the parking lot and units using drugs. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! The storage unit beside mine was broken into during the week I left my belongings there.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, I had been trying to reach them for weeks to get info on locksmiths to use and if my boyfriend could be there to do it and no one would get back to me. Then when I finally got through to the store the manager and general manager wanted to put the blame on me because it was the last couple days, I told them had someone given me accurate information and returned the numerous calls I’ve made we wouldn’t be at the last day dealing with this. Then they tried to make it seem like they did me a favor by paying for the locksmith and not charging me another months rent. Most unprofessional service I’ve ever had.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! This place is full of false information and will literally do anything to squeeze every penny they can from you. When I first got the unit they said they would bill me on my billing date they billed me 5 days before our agreed upon date (which is the same date on our contract). Today I checked out came to the main office not the unit itself (by the way another false statement on their part) and they said I could simply call to cancell the agreement. I called when I got all my stuff out and they told me I had 2 come into the office and sign a paper like come on man!!! Horrible company! I would have given it negative stars if that was an option! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE SERIOUSLY!

Some workers not knowledgeable enough, nearly impossible to get someone on-site to talk to about renting. Good luck! Also no restroom available for renters to use due to others mis-use.

Great shop. Well stocked. Clean. Outstanding crew running the show. Reasonably priced. Small toilet room in the main floor area.

They say that they are no longer 24 hour access. I paid for 24 hour access . They have two restrooms in the facility but one of those is always closed. The manager is not customer friendly .Over all their business ethics are very poor in my opinion . The one star rating I give is really generous in reality I would give them a negative one star . They bait customers in with 24 hour access then switch once you to less than 12 hours . I think that is not legal and if it is it isnt an ethical way to run business in my opinion . I will never do any business with this companies again in any shape or form .

Customer service was excellent and very friendly! They were very accommodating with my schedule, which I was very grateful for! Very trustworthy and reliable. I definitely recommend renting from here! A+++

They cant get my bill or my access straight. Now theyre telling me that I only have a 5 hour access window!That is not what I paid for. Ive called several times and the manager never answers or gets back to me. This whole exp is going from bad to worse.05-15-19 It has been months since 24hr access was taken and the they still havent changed that on the website.

Avoid leasing a place here at all costs! I have had horrible trouble there. So much so, I moved out! It is not a manned station(meaning there are NO onsite employees) so good luck getting any kind of help there. When you do call in, they route you to a call center who sends an instant message to the store but I never got responses or assistance. And get this, one time - they cut the lock on my unit because another renter had lost their key and said that my unit was theirs! Thankfully that renter was honest but UHaul didnt even verify! Heck no. Go some place else. Anywhere but here.

The hours your aLOUD to access your unit are very inconvenient for myself but they have cleaned it up got rid of most ppl living there and all the geekiers

I called and made a reservation and then went to the location, rang the call bell, and waited. And waited. And waited. No one ever showed. I’m still trying I get my reservation cancelled.
