Tacomas finest? Ha. My girlfriend was stranded on a hill in the snow and they told me they couldnt help. They told me to consider other options. Well I did. I considered JAZZ Towing, and they did the job easily. If you want Tacomas finest towing, then go to JAZZ Towing.

My roadside assistance uses this company so they dispatched them and after a 5 hour wait (and no call back) when I did decide to call them, they didnt answer. I realize that they were busy but I do not think a phone call to keep me abreast of things would have been out of order. Thats how you treat and keep a customer!

This was the worst experience i’ve ever had with a tow company. the night of my accident, i was told a tow would be there within 30-40 minutes. i had called about 15 minutes after the time given to see what the status was.. when i called they said it was going to be another 40 minutes because they sent my driver supposed to pick up my car to another accident site. after about 2 hours after the accident my car was finally picked up. they said it would be at the body shop that night the key would be left in the dropbox and i was good to go. next morning comes along so i call to see if everything went smooth. and they said because the body shop didn’t have a dropbox they were going to take it the next morning, so I was told it would be there by noon. Noon comes around and I call and they say that it’s getting ready for shipment and that it should be there within the next hour. 2:30 comes around and i call to check a status again. and they say that due to the flooding in the Tacoma branch they had shipped my car to South Seattle. The issue was not the flooding or the delay, My issue is when I asked where my car was and what the location was they did not give me an address they just kept saying that it was in storage. And every time I asked for a status update it was always something that went wrong. There is no communication with the company. I only get news when I call. They have not tried to keep me informed with anything. they have constantly come up with excuses. Now because it was excuse after excuse my car will not be moved until the following week because it took them a whole day to do nothing. i will never do business or recommend someone to this shop. it is very unprofessional and lacks in so many areas.

RAMMED MY FRIEND’s CAR INTO A BUILDING!!! Shame on you!!!! Delayed payment and as such their car is being held hostage. And your Agero company is even worse!!
