I didnt contact them directly, I went through towtruckservicenearme.info and they sent Ready Set Tow my way. I never caught the name of the driver, but he was fantastic! He cared about the car as if it were his own!I needed my car towed to a buddys house to do some clutch work. My car is low so he needed some help to make it easier, which was perfect because I wanted to be involved anyways. Took some creative use of some wood blocks to get it on without scraping. On the offload my buddy said, He was perfect getting it off! Best part, the price for the tow was like half of what I was expecting. This was my first experience having a car towed and Im glad it was a positive one!

I sold a car to a friend and it got stolen before he could get it registered. This company towed it and gave him a HUGE hassle trying to pick it up even though he was the one who filed the police report. After not letting him pick up the car and asking for him to pay his tow and sign over the car to him, over 2 weeks later he sends me a certified letter for the fees of his tow even though it was on record with the DOL that I sold it. This guy is very shady. I’ll never do business with him.

I had a really great experience with these guys when my car broke down on the highway. My insurance company estimated their arrival in an hour, but they got to me in half the time. Bruce was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to drop my car off at my mechanics shop while I rushed to a holiday party. I was expecting a huge ordeal, and thanks to Bruce and Ready, Set, TOW the whole problem was resolved almost effortlessly!

Malcolm a brand new tow driver went above and beyond to get pur vehicle towed from Grandview Washington to puyallup Kia he did an amazing job. I would call back this company in the future. Polite great communication and cared about making sure we were happy and informed on the tow. Made a very stressful situation manageable.

I needed a jump near Point Defiance Ferry Terminal. The driver (sorry, I forgot the name) quickly devised a plan to free my car from the crowded parking spaces and had my car started and on the road in under 5 minutes!! If you’re in the need of roadside assistance or a tow/jump, consider Ready! Set! Jump! They rock!!

I’m very pleased with this company! After my accident tonight, I was very shaken and not sure what was going to happen with being 103 miles away from home:/ John was amazing and prompt. He was there in less than a half hour, made me feel reassured over the phone that he knew right where we were and he wud be there very shortly:) He also knew from the insurance call that he would be towing me and my boyfriend and my car all the way Home, he never once acted “put out” he was professional and sweet offering us cookies that were home made:) He knew that we were both very exhausted from the events and made us feel comfortable and held some good conversation with us to try and get our minds off of the accident, also saying to us things like “I’m glad ur all ok” u can replace a car but not people. John is a great guy and loves helping people and loves his job! Thank you John! Bless you!

Called around 3pm and got told I’d have to wait a couple hours for a truck. That was no problem! Well about three hours later I called them back and they told me “OHHH I was just about to call you dude. Brakes went out on the truck. Won’t be ready till tomorrow. I can get you a wrecker out there in about 45 minutes though.” I respond with yes I’ll wait. About 45 minutes go by and I get a call saying that the guy is on the way with the wrecker but he doesn’t think my car can’t fit so he doesn’t come. He tells to me to wait till the next morning so he can get the breaks fixed. Well it’s 1pm and the drivers phone is dead. So I’m taking my money and business else where which I would assume you do if you don’t like your time wasted.

My Roadside Service company sent a locksmith company, but after 2 hours waiting, they switched to Ready Set Tow, and Shaun was there within 20 minutes. Called me as soon as he was assigned to let me know when he’d be there. Keep up the great work and customer service!

The control arm on my car broke when i was in a parking garage. I called Ready Set Tow the had some one there quickly. They had to put my car on slider to get it turned around witch could of cause more damage. The driver explained all details cleary i said ok and held my breath...she did amazing and everything was great! Over all it was the best experience im greatful and will always call them when i need help!

Kyle came out originally to give me a jump but I ended up needing a tow 🚨😫. Kyle was so awesome and waited with myself and my two daughters for over an hour so that my insurance company could switch the claim, He even offered his jacket 🧥 and a warm seat in his truck so that we could stay warm🥶. I really do appreciate him going above and beyond because Great customer service is hard to find but he Definitely delivered it on 9/28/19.

In the past year, I have had multiple car break downs which required tow services. Most of these ended in poor service and many hours waiting by the side of the road. Although, my husband and I did have to wait a few hours, Ready, Set Tow had honest communication, our driver Tom was friendly, and did their best to accommodate our situation. Unlike other tow companies, their eta was almost to the minute. They are reliable and have good integrity. They made a unfortunate night better than expected!

HORRIBLE customer service. Not only did they take 3+ hours to tow my vehicle to the dealership they had to make a “pit stop” at the yard to move a vehicle. I paid an overage for mileage fee which both USAA and myself feel like should be refunded due to poor service and extra “pit stop”. Ready Set Tow told me they are unable to do refunds. How does this make any sense?? No where did I sign anything claiming they can not do refunds. USAA filed two complaints against their service and claim that they will be pushing to longer use them.

Said it would be 90 minutes - then claimed to my insurance company it would be another 30 minutes because the driver “got stuck in traffic on the bridge” (which was actually a lie - there hasn’t been traffic on the bridge all day - because it’s Sunday) When I called after waiting another hour past the promised “the Dispatcher said they “didn’t know where the driver was” and that “knowing where they are isn’t my job”. Four hours later I’m still stuck on the side of the road - the insurance company is FURIOUS and now it’s getting dark and really unsafe. I’m stuck on very narrow backroad that was fine when this started and it was 2:30 on a sunny afternoon - now it’s after 6 - still no tow truck and it’s getting dark and VERY cold. 😡😡😡. Did these folks care? Not at all.PS After FOUR HOURS the driver finally called and said it would be another “90 minutes” because they were in Roy WA. I said “Funny - you told my insurance company you were on your way and stuck in traffic on the bridge and would be here over three hours ago.”“oh yeah... I was... and now I’m in Roy”.“That’s not “on the way” to where I am at all - that’s over 60 miles in the OPPOSITE direction from where I am. So how are you “on your way” over three hours ago going the opposite way??”“I got stuck in traffic”...THE WORST.UPDATE: My insurance company (which is a HUGE one - and let’s just say - not a good company to Tick off in a military community) said they called “Ready Set Tow” to find out what was going on and said it was “one of the worst exchanges they’d ever had”. So not only is their customer service to stranded drivers bad - they get into it with senior officers from Insurance providers who actually pay them. Not a good business model.

My son locked himself in the car, we were getting ready to break the window with the cops which would have cost us a lot to replace and would of been bad because this is a lease vehicle, they got out to us and on base in 10 minutes didn’t waist anytime didn’t ask any questions got the door opened in seconds and I got my baby. I tried contacting you guys via your website but your site was not working. I was driving home this evening heading east on Kent Kangley towards Maple Valley. One of your drivers apparently thought I was going too slow and felt the need to flash his high beams at me multiple times. Due to the conditions I felt 30-35 mph was sufficient. Not sure if you driver was looking for more business or what. Not a cool thing to do with the current conditions or while driving the company truck. Hopefully this is not how you guys typically do business.

Horrible towing experience initial time was told 6:50am and it’s now 9:00am and still haven’t gotten here. Requested this service the night before so I could have everything done before work and now I’ve had to call into work because of their continuous excuses of when they’ll be here! Had an appt for my car to be looked at to with the repair company and now that’s had to be reschedule because of them also. Would never recommend them to anyone

First initial text sent from the company said the driver would arrive within 90 mins. 2 hours later got a text saying they would arrive in 75 mins. Called to check in & was told the company barely received it from our insurance.... okay fine but then 2 hours later I talk to the driver (Alex) on the phone and he had the wrong address. So then he asked if I could text it to him. I did right away and he replied nicely saying thank you, confirmed that I was on the base & that the ETA from downtown Tacoma was 21 mins. Over a hour later I get a call from a completely different person asking me my address and all these questions like this process just started and when I asked about Alex and said I’ve already been waiting for him he said that he was his father and that he just got it dispatched to me and had no idea what I was talking about. Alex’s father was beyond rude and after a day of waiting for this guy Alex literally just talked to him a hour ago, I wasn’t trying to wait any longer & he was asking me to meet him off post. Heck no! And then fast forward 15 mins, a friend of mine saw a tow truck stopped at the gate of the base with police around him soo clearly this company is trash. Do not recommend at all. Worst experience ever!

I think the drivers name was alex i’m not sure, but he was kind and helpful and kept conversation the entire hour drive to my home. definitely worth a recommendation and didn’t take long to reach me
