If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I were moving to Portugal and we decided to ship our vehicle. We called and scheduled Liberty Towing to load our car onto one of their flat beds and to bring it level with the back of a 20 shipping container so it could be rolled into it. The operator was patient with us and performed the job flawlessly. Even before that the scheduler was kind and forbearing with us because we rescheduled the appointment 3 times due to the container company not being able to secure an empty container. So we were absolutely horrible customers but they rolled with the punches with us and were totally awesome and understanding and adapted to our changing plans at every step. Our vehicle is now on its way to our new home, thanks to Liberty Towing. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are truly an amazing and professional company.

I was involved in an accident on a busy weekend. I was driving a rental, and it was not drivable after the accident. I usually call AAA when I have car problems, but time they were too busy(on hold for ever) to send out a towing service that could tow the car back to the rental company. I had to find someone else. I called Liberty towing. They answered right away.They were able to find me a tow within 45 minutes, that could take me the longer distance that I needed. The driver, Steve, was great. He called to let me know when he would be arriving, and showed up when he said he would.The rental company would not give me another rental, so I would have to get a rideshare to get back to my hotel 40 miles away. This would have been very expensive. Steve said it would be no problem to drive me back there, as he had to go back in that direction. This was incredibly helpful and not some thing I would have expected.Liberty towing provided great service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a tow.Thanks!

My husband and I and our baby were stranded on the side of highway 5 all night and morning long with no phone after getting robbed along the way from San Diego, CA and a lost car key. When someone finally pulled over off the road to let us use their phone, Liberty towing was the only tow service to pick up and send someone out to us. Waited 4 days to mail out the impound notice by the time I got it was over 700$ then waited 3 hours for them to show up to get the car out which pushed it pasted 12pm just to charge me another day. There a impound yard there about the money not the people dont give them any extra work call someone else

Today was an unexpected lockout and within five minutes of Tom from Liberty Towing (Tacoma Washington) showing up we were back up and running. Our BMW i3s electrical/computer system is totally shot and was parked in a tight space, so we were feeling pretty hopeless. Liberty Towing employee named Jerad Meads came to towe my truck less than 2 miles to my home. The location was also only 5 minutes away from their business.I was told on the phone that it would be $90 dollars total for the pick up and drop off and no other expenses.When the driver arrived he told me its $90 dollars just for him to attach the latch on to my car and he called it a latch fee to carry it and another $90 to drive it a mile and a half to my home.He was serious as I confirmed this with him and he was at no time joking. I had to agree to his new terms, after confirming this information with him. I told him thats not what the operator said and Jerad made excuses of why the price was different.I had to agree to his new terms and we then continued with the towe.He only charged me $90 instead of $180 after we got to talking upon drop off, when he then changed his mind. I seen him switching the prices upon arrival and it was set for $180-190 for the towe.Be careful and report all these employees to their bosss, write a review, and report these bait switch offers to the proper authorities, and the police.

He let my son run a couple of the hydraulic levers that moved the bed, then “paid” him 5 bucks for his work, so he could go get ice cream . Joey was fantastic. Showed up on time, called to update me on his arrival time. Truck had no electrical so would not start. Had to winch it backwards in my driveway about 10 feet to use jumper cables to start. Was able to start truck and move into a safe place to load. Loading was done in a safe and professional manner. Had no concerns at all about safety of delivery to repair facility. Joey performed in an outstanding manner. He was very safety concious, knowledgeable about truck systems and meticulous in his driving to both get into my driveway and also to get out of the driveway. Next time I need towing - Liberty and Joey will be my first call!!!!!

Couldn’t have been more simple. Had to get my daily towed over to a shop for some extensive work, and one of the employees Joey showed up on the scene extremely quick to action. He wasn’t complicated in any way, and he managed to throw some jokes around to make times more positive. HORRIBLE !!!! customer service. Was used with progressive for a tow. Tried to call there service more than 50 times in one hr of waiting to update my car was pushed to a safe location in which I needed to update the location. NO ANSWER or way to leave a call back number. Had 5 kids with me waiting in a cold car that wouldnt turn on. How does a place like this have noone to answer phone calls or way to have them contact you when not busy JUST HORRIBLE

He checked in ahead of arriving, knew exactly how to tow the car safely, then negotiated an awkward towing situation that including cutting across a busy Starbucks Drive-Thru line, then followed up to let me know car was safely at dealership! Joey was amazing we were stuck on the side of I5 at a curve with a truck that broke down and a 19 foot trailer. With Semi trucks and cars flying by us he was able to get the truck onto the rollback tow truck and then hooked the trailer up to the back of that and got us into Seattle and home. Spoke to the manger Linda about getting my car out of their lot. She was immediately rude, unprofessional and not kind or compassionate. She continued to raise her voice and dropped the call on me. When I called back she ignored the call. After reading the reviews from this place I was expecting great customer service. Her behavior was expected for an employee but not as a manager. All I wanted was a different solution or to negotiate my options but she refused to sympathize.
