We had a car wed adored for decades, though she needed a new home. We chose to donate her to Habitat for Humanity. Within hours of settling this request, Courtney helped by contacting us, explained the process in a clear manner, and offered to meet at the car in a timely manner!!!I forgot to call him back and give a time, yet when at the car, we called and he was there within an hour, without the WS Bridge functioning! He even sent us a picture afterwards of our car on the tow bed! Then called later...who says saying goodbye to a car is no big deal!! Thank you!! A company with heart!!

I called them to pick up a junk car and he came and got it in 30 min and was in and out. I’m very happy! A lot of places wouldn’t take my car and they did. It was a total junker.

I have been using this company for the last 5 years on and off. I have never had any problems with any of the employees. Reading some reviews, I realize that other companies, direct competitors post bad reviews to sway customers away. This trick has been used for years . These guys are the best people I have seen. Their price is very reasonable compared to other tow companies

This business does not have an active business license, but they are registered with the Dept. of Revenue under 5 other business names. Called to see about hauling a travel trailer out of our driveway as pictures of their ad showed trailers. A Slavic man answered the phone, told me he didnt take trailers. I asked if he knew anybody who did. He told me hed make a call and call me back. He never did. Obviously this person knows nothing about American customer service. Based on the comments below, I would have to say that the positive posts got somebody other than this jerk. Base on the comments below, I would have to say that the negative posts are absolutely true. The only reason I pressed the button for one star is because I couldnt post without giving a rating. Do not expect anything from these people. Rudest customer service ever.

Called to ask about parts for an F-150 no we dont have one and hung up before I could ask if they had any Expeditions (compatible). Sometimes people forget they are, or busy and their mind just think f150. Its fine, it happens, but hanging up before giving me a chance to say anything else is rude.

Called a little after 6:30pm today. And this douche had the nerve to CUSS at me?! Harassment! Called back and he didnt say a thing and hung up on me! So I called until he answered and he finally answered and I asked, what was your name? He said, why? I said, because you work for an establishment and I have the right to ask for your name. Then he hung up on me again...... Wow! Great job, if you dont like your job then go somewhere else! JERK! And another guy called me back and cussed me out! Karma come around...

The owner of this company sold my wife’s 17 year old little sister a salvaged car that he bought to flip that had concealed damage that could have got her killled in a accident!Cracked and bent rim and damage tire hidden from the inside.

I read the comments and yet I still called. They said they would call me when they have a truck and you can guess what didn’t end up happening. They were so unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very rude and disrespectful! I called about a quote to sell a vehicle and he only offered me $70! What is that? I can by the part for that and fix it myself if thats the case...but when a customer is trying to didcuss business with you and they mention the cars kbb value and you get upset and reply back then sell it to kbb and hang up on me? I recently had my semi towed by Mink Towing & Recycling.The pirce was more then fair, driver took extemely good care of my truck while we were in tow. Would recoment this company to my friends any day of the week!!

Purchased a vehicle from these guys got a few miles down the road vehicle catches on fire called them up they told me oh well you’ve been burned buddy I’m sure the person who they bought the car from that I’m about to sue did not know that is what they were going to do with the vehicle when they sold it to them
