Rented a helium tank for a special occasion. While filling up 60 Mylar balloons I passed out due to a leak in the nozzle provided. A simple soapy water test revealed a patch that was put on the nozzle provided had failed. When it was brought to the companies attention, they downplayed the incident and suggested it was due to a “helium allergy” (didn’t think that was possible) and offered no apology. Bad safety practices and customer service.

Fantastic business place. They have a great stock of balloons and helium tanks.They had the nipple we needed to fix our value to fill vinyl balloons.
