Very friendly customer service! Worth the wait! They did a full inspection and tire rotation when we only came in for a oil change. Definitely recommend coming here!

I have been servicing my car here for more than three years, today my service и was appointed and my car was simply forgotten for 2 hours without any reason. This is not respect for the client and his time. My prepaid service doesnt pay off.

Very slow for an express service center. For just an oil change with no tire rotation, it took them 1hr. The time before that, it took them 1:30 for oil change and tire rotation. I wouldnt be as critical about it if it was first come, first serve but right now they are booking appointments a week out. That gives them a week to properly adjust their staffing to accommodate busy periods or to reduce the number of appointments per hour they book but they are still failing.

Apparently the “mask required” is not actually true. This man is coughing, sniffling and goes to the bathroom leaves the door open.. proceeds to blow his nose and flush it and then not wash his hands (pandemic or not that’s nasty) and sit back down. I look over and sure enough he isn’t wearing a mask. (A few disclaimers yes I know the common cold still exists and yes I know the masks aren’t some magical product that protects you from everything but cmon). I said something both to the man and the workers. Did they do anything? Of course not. I have surgery on two days and have to be properly social distance because of I got covid I would not be able to have it. We are both customers but I have to get up and move from where I was first because some man can’t respect other people? And a business can’t make sure customers can feel safe and respected. I’ve had no other issues but I am so disappointed by this experience.

A wonderful experience with staff were knowledgeable and make you feel like they care about your business work is done quick my vehicles I typically just as clean as when I left it. The offer good advice and perform a good inspection highly recommended.

For the situation we all are in with COVID, not bad. Made appointment and went in for service. It was a little longer than usual, but I understand things are not normal. Great free tire rotation.

Fast and professional service! Due to COVID-19 you now need to make an appointment to keep the waiting room from having tons of walk-ins milling about. Im always amazed at how much I get taken care of for how little cost. I bought my Jeep next door and I think that helps!

Only place I use for oil changes. Buy 6 oil changes for $140 is a steal. They never have failed me in over 4 years using their services.

This was the best service I have received getting an oil change anywhere in the country. May sound a bit dramatic, but the waiting area was clean, there was a room dedicated to those waiting with children (thank you! 🙌), service was fast, and above all the lady at the front desk was so friendly and offered great customer service — which we have not really experienced since moving to the area a few months ago. They didn’t try to nickel and dime me with “dirty air filters” and even let me know about FOUR recalls that my previous dealership neglected to tell me.

Jerry and his crew are professionals at getting the services done in a timely manner. Their professionalism is why I always come back for all my services.

Professional, friendly flexible. I have a fifty year old suburban and I brought my own oil and filter. They were fine with that. Surprisingly cheap, twenty dollars total, I think. Not quick like a jiffy lube but they didnt try to sell me a bunch of other stuff. Ill Go back with the mini van.

The service has come a long way in the many years weve taken our vehicles to get serviced. The staff is, and has always been friendly. The main issue was the wait times, which have improved. There is also a good play area for children while you wait.

Unfriendly staff and hidden charges they dont tell you up front, there pit guy was rude and unfriendly when I asked him about it and not only that had me waiting on my filter for over an hour while he roamed around before going down to orileys to get it as they apperently didnt have it in stock. Beware of this place as the manager is just as unfriendly and lets his staff act this way as he watched the whole time as his employee treated me wrong

This is my go to place for an oil change. They are fast and convenient. They do have their flaws though. They need to be thorough when doing the complimentary check on the car cause they miss a lot of things. I have had to go back a couple time just to have my car checked and I have also been present when other customers were complaining about the same. Please work on this. We love coming here.

Great customer service, fair prices, and super quick. The waiting area is so nice too- WiFi, couches, and a deluxe coffee machine. Would recommend this place for sure.

Week 3 @ the dealership. Jerry F made everything right, & answered all my warranty questions. Finance finally applied my free oil changes.

The people working are nice.There is plenty of seating including areas to get away from the tvs.They also have multiple charging stations for a variety of devices.NOTE: make sure to double check your oil after it is changed because I have mine done and they overfilled by 1/2 quart.Other than that time i havent had to many issues and have gone after this incident.Lastly you will have a long wait so bring something to do.

Its Absolutely the slowest place to get oil change it took them 1:40 minutes to get my oil changed and this happened every time I go there never again for sure

Leave worse than I arrived. Couldnt wait to get me out, Couldnt spare 3 seconds to cover anything. Unfortunately I purchased a package from them and they are so bad nobody else will honor it

An hour and twenty-five minutes is not a express service for a oil change. That was with an appointment.

Went to the New Mopar Express Lane Service Building today and OMG! It was fabulous! Customer service was great, the new waiting area was amazing and gorgeous; and once I sat down after checking in, the rep came to me with his tablet to update me on my vehicle information! I only got up once and that was to pay for my service before I left. Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend!!

Good customer service!

I arrived at this Mopar on a Saturday morning just after opening along with a bunch of other people. There were already 3 people in the waiting area and several more ahead of me in line. At first I was thinking that I got there at a bad time, but they cheerfully greeted me right away and within a few minutes had my info and my fob. I was there for an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. In total, it took about 90 minutes which really surprised me because their waiting area is so comfortable that it felt like only 20 minutes had passed. They have WiFi, Tv, furniture, snacks, cameras in the bays so that you can see them working on your vehicle and clean restrooms. I bet if you timed it differently than I did you could get in and out of there even faster. It was a really pleasant experience that started my day off right. I even had time to run a bunch of errands including a Costco run afterwards which I wasn’t expecting to be able to do. I definitely recommend.
