Really stellar service. Got my oil changed to prep for a road trip. Then later that day my car wouldnt start. Had no idea what was the problem. Frank the manager came to my home early the next day to check it out. He jumped my car and even gave me a discount on a new battery. Definitely going here from now on.

In and out quickly. Topped off fluids and addressed issue with car. Treated professionally and courteously. Im glad they were there.

Love the drive thru service. Sit in your car and get your oil changed and be on your way. They even process your payment from the seat of your car. I dig the new system.

Everything about my service experience was good. However, due to my digital gift cards, it slowed the process down. I was prepared for this, but the manager of the facility was not. When the lady was helping me she was extremely patient and kind. The manager asked what was taking so long with bay 3 and she said he is using gift cards, and then the manager said, just run them as a credit card. The manager or whoever was leading the team during my experience was not a leader I would desire to work under. He was rude to his employee and did not offer support and understanding but rather was critical of his employee. My stars reflects my experience overall with the service but if I could rate the culture of this shop, it appears to be toxic from within and the only way that will change is a heart change of the leadership.

1st time using this location and was impressed at the prompt and friendly service. The staff were up front about the cost and quickly took care of my oil change. I didnt even have to get out of my vehicle!

Mike and Sequilla were super helpful, professional, extremely friendly and knowledgeable.The two seemed like an incredible team and very communicative. They had me in and out as fast as they could while still providing the best quality.I had a minor leak and Mike suggested I come back in a week or 2 to make sure its not too severe to save me the possibility of having a $300 fix later down the road from a mechanic shop. Highly recommend, and will definitely be going back.

Technicians were good, no complaints. The company pricing is incredibly high however and I will not return to pay nearly $90 for an oil change. They did not carry the standard oil for my vehicle (which I think is odd bc its a 2018 Nissan) and I only had the choice of synthetic blend or full synthetic. I can go to my dealership and get an oil change for $25. I didnt want to hassle with an appointment and time the dealership typically takes, but definitely worth it for the price difference.

Over the weekend, I had a low oil signal on. I was out of town so I decided to go to Jiffy Lube. I received excellent customer service from Seqeulla ( forgive my misspelling); she greeted me with a mirthful disposition and exuded professionalism. Best decision I made that day. Thank you kindly!

The people who work there are borderline rude. You cant leave your vehicle and pick up later. So you have to sit in your car while they work on it. So on the upside they have a range of different services to choose from for a oil changing place it is ridiculously clean in the bay area they have a couple of chairs outside to sit in to enjoy the sun if you opt to not sit inside your car. I will most likely go back for my next service due to the time it took me in and out. I just hope the employees are a bit more friendly next time.

Ive been using Jiffy Lube for about 6 yrs in California but just moved to Washington and after my second Jiffy Lube visit here in Tacoma at 2 different locations I will not be returning. First location scratched the front of my car but this review is about the S. Sprague location from todays visit. I needed an oil change. There was one car in the stall and I pulled up behind it. No greeting, no wave, no acknowledgement that I was there. Waited nearly half an hour for them to finish the car in stall ahead of me and after it pulled out I was then approached. I said I just needed an oil change and the guy said he ran my plates and said we are out of your oil filter. I told him you know Ive been sitting here waiting for my turn and it wouldve been nice to know this much earlier like upon check-in when people arrive. Bad customer service!!!

My truck had been leaking oil like a seive from a botched job at the dealership for about a month. Frank and his crew got the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 10 minutes, saved me hundreds in repairs.

I had a synthetic oil change. I have been in Tacoma a relatively short amount of time. I got spoiled by all the oil change places I went to in California which automatically topped off fluids, checked air pressure in the tires, cleaned the windshields and if you were staying in the car- offered you a free canned soda for your wait included in the cost of a regular oil change. The service attendants used to go over what they found/recommended based on my mileage. Here no mention was made of what they found/what they checked nor any kind of recommendations were given. Here it is bare bones- oil change and done. (in and out) . I had to ask them to check my tire air pressure and also asked them to run code on my car as the check engine light had been coming on and staying on this past week and I was worried. They said they could not find the reader - it had been lost for a while - but they did direct me down the road to an auto parts store which was able to read the code for me. I would probably go back due to convenience but only because I NEEDED to- not necessarily because I WANTED to...if that makes sense ? Maybe that is the way all oil change places work in Tacoma Washington ? I may have to get used to the new normal :)

Mr. Jeff was very professional upon my arrival and his support on explaining to me how and what each blend or mixture of oil does and the names of the oils really helped me with my choice. AlsoThere was a older lady with a bad knee who needed my chair which I gave to and was mot expecting him to find me a chair because I had a bad toe.lol. The mechanic Mr. Joe was awesome also. Very happy that I was able to get my oil changed here. I was sent over from the Jiffy Lube on Mildred st. because apparently they had trouble getting my drain plug off for my oil pan. Frank and Sule were able to change my oil with no issues. Frank and Sule were very professional and knowledgeable.

This morning I was helped by Sule, Frank, and Sequilla. All of them were very helpful. I recently had an incident with the vehicle and they helped address it to make it (mostly) better which was out of their synthetic oil change scope. They also convinced me to do an engine flush about which I would normally be skeptical, but at 250k+ miles, I think it was time. I think I was one of the first customers of the day, so that helped. They also seem to have the patience of saints with other customers (not just me). Seems like a good team. They got me in and out quickly. I am glad I made the decision to stop in. Also, I have been to this location a few times before and never had such a positive experience.

I pulled in and was told they would not perform an oil change because my car sounded strange and I should seek different service. I live close by and my car was still warming up, which is why I think it sounded strange. But, fine. Then they proceeded to tell me to go to a different Jiffy Lube and get my oil changed there. That didnt make much sense to me... Wouldnt they tell me the same thing? Did they just not want to deal with it and send me somewhere else? Not sure but it seems they were just being lazy to me. It was particularly strange because they had no one else in line, the guy even told me he had nothing to do at the moment. They could have at least checked the oil in my opinion. This was October 19th, a little after 2:30 pm.

I stopped in and there was a Professional looking man whom was the Manager named Mike standing outside i told him i was here for a oil change and he covered his face with some papers and told me Frank would take care of me because he could not wear a mask Frank approached with his mask on made me feel like i was a member of the family and offered me a bottle of water he than went over my choices and let me deiced WOW no pressure at all he also mentioned other services than i will be getting done in the next week or so I cant believe with all that is going on we still have service with respect i do want to say Mike was 3 car lengths away and i felt his respect for me even tho he could not wear a mask Thank you all for what you are doing

The employees were pleasant and skilled and fast and compassionate... but also they missed something when I had my visit thats pretty glaring and I would have paid more to handle. Oop.

I recently moved to Tacoma and was not looking forward to finding my new oil change team, as you never know if youll find the friendly, easy going mechanics or the ones that judge and condemn your every deed.This team was friendly, professional and offered excellent advise for issues they could not fix. They also looked like they wanted to be there, which makes a huge difference in quality and ethics for day to day.It also came up that I had pushed this visit a few thousand miles further than I should have, however they didnt lexture/make me feel bad for life happening. Their attitudes helped me ease away from my trepidation, and Im excited to come back in a month to get my air filter changed.THANK YOU!

I visited Jiffy Lube this morning since the sticker on my card said I went way over the miles for when I’m due for an oil change. I was welcomed by Camero H the AYM of the establishment, he was very kind and after hearing I was there for an oil change he proceeded to check if it was needed. He went over to my engine and pulled the oil stick out for me to see and gave an amazing explanation of how to tell an oil change is needed. He recommended I don’t do a change since my oil was bearly dirty and that I should wait maybe another 1k miles, I was amazed. He also checked my file and increased my miles because my car shouldn’t be coming in so soon only after 3k miles. I been going there for oil changes and NO ONE ever checked or told me about this. I can tell why he is the AYM because he cares about the customer. Please if Cameron H. Is ever to be considered for a raise or promotion, please don’t hesitate and give it to him, he is an asset to your business. Because of how he treated me I’ll always come back to this Jiffy Lube and if I ever have questions I’ll look for Cameron H. He cares and he made sure I became a life time customer.

This is my third time coming back to this location of Jiffy Lube for my oil change. Thats saying a lot since I live in Bellevue! They do such an fantastic job. Frank and his team are so efficient, friendly, and have the best customer service. They have excellent product knowledge, and will help you decide what the best option is for your vehicle AND your budget.Even in the midst of a pandemic they were so awesome to be around! Fully compliant with social distancing, masks, and sanitizing their hands.

No lines, fast service, no upselling.

Rude and disrespectful. Oil level low light turned on AFTER my oil change, and the mechanics argued with each other, told eachother to Google how to fix it, while another employee yelled someone please explain the light to them....they dont understand. multiple times. I ended up solving the problem myself after I read the manual to them, but only after being disrespected by several employees.

Frank and Cameron are amazing! These guys went above and beyond for me. I had my oil changed at the Dupont Location. On my way home my car was blowing black smoke and would not accelerate, I called the prior location and was told this was normal! I knew better and drove it straight to the Tacoma Location. Cameron and Frank both got my car right in and could tell right away that my oil was over filled and that the prior location didn’t even drain my old oil! These guys completely drained my oil and put in brand new oil. They were able to write up a report and check all my other fluids to make sure everything else was okay. Thank you so much for taking care of my car without any additional charges. This will forever be my go to spot!

Had a fantastic experience, went to get my car prepped for a long road trip and was topped off on all my fluids and had all my tires topped off by an extremely pleasant employee all complementary. This type of experience will make me continue to use and encourage others to use jiffy lube. Once you start taking your car there and are in their system, they will help you with minor things they fluids.

Came in today for a well overdue oil change, and everything went nicely. The manager/owner (Im assuming) was very nice and polite even though he was wearing a 49ers mask lol. He even offered me cold water from inside! I can say Im never disappointed when I go to jiffy lube, especially this one. Everyone had a good attitude, even though I came in at the last hour (which just is always a little annoying when you just want to go home) haha :)

Wayyyyyy expensive!!

I did get my oil changed, which was the goal, but I feel like for the price theyre charging- the experience just wasnt really with worth the premium cost. So, as far as the basics go, yes my oil was changed, yes it was done pretty quick. My floors were not vacuumed, but I was told they were and it was marked completed by the tech on the receipt. Outside windows were cleaned, but not the inside? Weird.... Just the little things that would have made it a 5 star were missing.

I was hesitant to come back to this location as my experience about a year ago wasn’t the greatest.. they were slow and even forgot to fill my oil until almost before I left!Since this location is closest to my house I decided to give it another try and I’m so glad I did. The staff was very communicative, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and took their jobs very seriously which is a night and day from what I experienced before! Aric was particularly very helpful and informative to me.. remembered me from when I came in a few weeks before when the computer system was down. He made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and explained everything I needed to know about what was going on with car. He was so friendly and personable.. I will definitely be back! My trust in this location is more than restored. Thank you!

Been coming here for years. Always fast and reliable and extremely helpful! My oil was leaking and they diagnosed why and replaced the gasket for nearly nothing. All within 20 minutes! Great place.

The oil change was done quickly, and the crew was pleasant and professional. I had a piece in front that was hanging down and needed a clip, and they fixed it. I didnt know what to expect, and they exceeded my expectations.
